Stone Masters inc is a stone fabrication showroom and factory. We fabricate and install countertops, vanities, fireplaces, tub surrounds and bars made from Granite, Soapstone, Quartz and Marble. Our showroom features over 500 stone slabs, sinks, faucets and tile for backsplash.

Description of Work: They provided and installed the granite counter tops for the bathroom vanity, tub and half-walls; provided and installed quartz countertops in the kitchen; supplied the kitchen backsplash. Prices were in-line with others and actually due to timing and sales, provided a good level of savings. Little difficult to schedule when they were not the primary supplier of the Contracting Company but when all was said and done -- quite happy with the results.

Description of Work: Installed new countertops in kitchen. They had a special running that was at a very reasonable price. They were able to squeeze my installation as I was under a very tight too me constraint. They were prompt polite and professional.

Description of Work: Installed granite countertop. Measuring and installs were very good. I think what was missing is more interaction from the sales team. For example, I purchased 40 sq ft(I had to purchase 40) but I know my install was less than that. It would have beena nice touch if they would have said 'hey you have this many square feet remaining, maybe we could do a backsplash for you. But that never came up, nor was there any followup after the installation.

Thank you for your review! We appreciate your taking the time to write a review. A typical slab measures 60 square feet. Cutting a slab for less than 40 SF results is a financial loss as the remnants are not nearly as marketable as whole slabs. The average kitchen is about 45 S.F. and everyone wants to select the favorite color. As a result the whole granite industry offers packages typically 30,40 or 50 SF in size. Most customers with less than 40 SF do select backsplash, window sills or tables to utilize most or all of their package. This is outlined in the contract. Thank you for selecting Stone Masters Inc.

Description of Work: Repaired a previous counter top/under mount sink that was installed incorrectly. I thought I was going to need a whole new installation because nobody wanted to drill into the granite. When the offered to fix it I actually cried on the phone. I had just bought the house last April and wasn't prepared for such a big repair. I will definetly use them again. Honesty speaks volumes to me.

Description of Work: Stonemasters prepared a bathroom cabinet design and BOM. We purchased the design and its being installed (by an independent contractor). We also purchased a granite top and sink basin from them.

Description of Work: Do visit the Kennett Square showroom and allow the knowledgable staff assist and escort you to the onsite large warehouse full of many Granite slabs . Do make return visits if . but do tell someone you are are the premisses . Do use them to do all the fabrication and installation, even if you happened to purchase the stone elsewhere
