Description of Work: Paid $150.00 for Angie's list big deal. Contacted Masters electric, could not settle on a convenient day or time. Person I spoke with was rude, uninterested in my business. I dropped the whole thing, delayed and finally contacted South Hills ELectric. An entirely different experience. |Much more satisfactory.

Description of Work: They put in 3 new light fixtures and a ceiling fan. They were great, would use again.

Description of Work: We needed electrical upgrades and fixes in the house we just bought -- adding outlets in bathrooms, adding 3-prong outlets, fixing some things. The electrician was efficient, did good work, and answered our questions thoroughly. We'll use this company for some planned future work.

Description of Work: We postponed the service due to close proximity to the holidays. Will reschedule in spring. They did work for us in the past and we were pleased with their professionalism, punctuality and work.

Replaced an outdoor electrical outlet and showed me how to determine if the breaker needed reset on the outdoor outlet. Determined the problem with the outdoor light post and replaced a light sensor unit. | |I had a problem with a previous contractor not showing up. I was greatful that the Masters Electrical rep kept in contact with me and worked throughout the 4 hours. He was friendly and very patient with me asking questions. This was enough time to complete almost all items I had thought of at the time. I will be calling again to schedule for additional work to be completed.

He was prompt and explained what he was going to accomplish while there that day. | |He also provided me a list of materials I would need to complete the rest of the projects I wanted completed around my house. I liked that so I could do some price comparison shopping and make sure I was getting the best deal.

Description of Work: Don did a terrific job. We discussed the job beforehand, and he had good ideas about the work to be performed. He added two electrical circuits; one for lighting and another for receptacles. All the wiring was done very neatly and I was very pleased with his work overall.

Description of Work: An independent electrician found problems with the installation of the electrical outlets/receptacles performed by this electrician. Also, the receptacles were installed upside down without being asked for my preference.
