Went perfectly - they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. We love the recessed lights in our living room and kitchen. Absolutely will hire them again.

They only sent one electrician and he did a good. He gave good advice.

Bought an Angie's List coupon for services. Took multiple attempts to contact to schedule appointment. Appointment was finally scheduled, but no one showed up or called. A voicemail was left as well, with no follow up. Angie's List refunded the price of the coupon for me.

I purchased a coupon in the summer and finally contacted them to get an appt. this fall. He called back promptly and we set an appt. for Dec. 1st. That day came and went but there was no word from Eric. I emailed and then called about the planned appt. that he missed. He eventually called back and apologized... said his van had broken down and that he had accidentally left his schedule book in the van with all his numbers. He said to call him back in a week or so. I called and emailed a few times and eventually he called me back. We rescheduled for Monday, Dec. 19th. He arrived at the given time, worked quickly, was very friendly, and did a good job. I recognize this is a busy time so appreciated the fact that he made sure to keep in contact even though it may have taken a bit longer that expected. I would hire him again as he was knowledgeable and was personable.

We hired Master's Electrical Service Company to install TESLA charging station. Their installation was found in violation of electrical codes and represented a fire hazard. They are totally incompetent. We would never let them into our house again.

Baffled. Eric came in, did a brief walk through, wrote nothing down, and said just off the top of the head job estimate was $12,000. This is a 1920s 1000 sq. ft. 5 room cottage that already had an updated electrical box with no knob and tube wiring. He neither looked at nor did he test any outlets to see which ones were grounded, as other electricians did, nor did he even come all the way up the attic steps to see the setup there. It appeared as if he didn't really want the job and just wanted to get done as quickly as possible. I'm sure he has a stellar reputation on Angies List, but definitely not with us.

It went smoothly from the beginning. Unlike a typical bathroom fan/light combination I wanted the two functions separated and positioned in different spots. The original way I planned the installation would not work due to some ceiling joist positioning; Eric suggested an alternate way that was both functional and aesthetic. In addition I needed a GFI outlet repositioned due to a planned larger medicine cabinet. Eric repostioned the outlet working in rerouting the wiring from the attic. Eric and his crew kept me informed all the time they were working and cleaned up after themselves when done. I would highly recommend Master's Electric.

The entire job was fine. We did have a little difficulty setting things up initially but once we set up a date everything worked out well. They arrived on time and worked efficiently to get things done. They went thru the job quickly and asked us what needed to be done next. They helped us by checking out some possible electrical issues for our upcoming move. Don and Devon were very personable and professional.

Everything went smoothly from contact through Angie's list to installation of the ceiling fan and box.

I ended up having to undergo emergency eye surgery (to repair a severe orbital bone floor fracture under my left eye) on the date the electrician was to come but my girlfriend's 25 year old son was here to show him where the trouble was (in the garage). I was told that he lit up a cigarette in my garage and then gave attitude when something was said to him about it (I do not allow smoking ANYWHERE in my house). He did fix the electrical issue in my garage but left a bill for $20 for replacing 2 light fixtures, that were never replaced!! If they were, the ones he put in were identical and looked just as old and dirty as the ones that were already there, plus in case they needed to be replaced, I purchased 2 brand new fixtures and had they sitting there available.. To this day they are still in sitting there in the boxes unused.. The following is what I put in the notes for the order: "Light fixtures and 1 electrical outlet in Garage recently stopped working. 1 breaker switch seems to shut off power to several rooms. I've already replaces 2 problem outlets but fear there are more.." He did Not check any outlet anywhere else in the house!!! I was told He briefly looked at the breaker box and recommended having it upgraded to 200Amp for about $1900...

Cons: - I had to call multiple times and threaten to cancel my purchase before someone called me to schedule. It took about two weeks to schedule instead of the 3-4 days stated on Angie's list. The lack of response to my phone calls was highly unprofessional. - I had to pay $60 extra for materials after the work was completed. - I had to sweep and clean up after they left. Pros: - Once scheduled, the work was completed as requested and to my satisfaction. - The price was reasonable. - I would use Masters Electrical again.

Dan was very responsive to both phone and email; he was prompt, professional and friendly. He was helpful in explaining what was contained in the inspection report and what he recommended as a result to meet the needs of the report. The work was done efficiently and for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Master's Electric.

This is were the problem started, the company turned up on the correct day but turned up with two men rather than one. He said the other man was a helper and started the project. He changed the outlets in the kitchen and put recess lights in the room. It was not until after the work was completed that I was handed the bill for the second appointment I figured that it would be a little bit extra as he used some of his own materials and went a little over time. No physical bill was presented at this time. I received the itemized bill on the 04/11 for 446 dollars, this was basically twice the cost of the original service. When inquired about the extra cost the response was that there was two men rather than one and then he was sorry that I didn't understand the fine print on the Angie's List deal. Looking into the deal purchased there is no where on the fine print of the details about a rate for second individual. I feel that I would have never have gotten the work done with this company if I would I knew this upfront at the point of the second service. He then told me that I could just pay 220 dollars for the service and then pay later for the extra. I paid with a check, then I was supposed to pay the outstanding 250 dollars at a later date. I should have realized that something was astray as he only asked for the cost of the Angie's List deal. I feel totally deceived by this company, I went out of my way treat them in a way that I thought I was being treated but for them not to mention the extra cost on the second appointment upfront disappointed me. I won't use this company again as I feel they did not live up to their word.

I purchased a "deal" for 4 hours of electrical service. My husband and I are expecting a baby soon and we wanted an extra outlet or two added to the nursery. When I purchased the deal, I gave our availability and three possible appointment days and times. 2 mornings and one afternoon. After three days (they are supposed to respond in two), they responded with an alternate day and time 2-3 weeks later for April 7th between 1:30pm - 2:30pm. We confirmed the appointment. On the day of the appointment, my husband made sure to get off work a little early and be at our house right at 1:30pm. He had a work-meeting that he got special permission to not attend due to us needing the work to be done so we could progress with the rest of the nursery. At 2:45pm, he called me at work to let me know that no one had shown up to the house. I took a short break and found the phone number and called Don. I didn't get an answer, but left a voicemail saying that I had an appointment between 1:30 and 2:30 and it's now 2:45 and no one has shown up. A minute or two after I left the voicemail, my husband received a call from Don cancelling the appointment. Don wanted to reschedule for a time over a week later that neither of us were available to be at the house. I followed up with an e-mail asking why we were not given more notice that the appointment was not going to be kept by them. Don responded that it's "hard" to stop working and call someone. I had asked if we had any type of guarantee that the same thing would not happen again if we rescheduled. I was told that they could offer no such guarantee and that mornings are better if we want to make sure they would actually show up. However they were not giving us any options for mornings that would work for us. The lack of professionalism for a company with an "A" rating was astounding. I declined to reschedule with them due to not getting a guarantee that they would ever actually keep an appointment and called Angie's List to get a refund on the deal we had purchased. We will choose another company that can value our time and be more professional.

I purchased this 4 hour service block on March 14th, 2016. I have called 3 times and left messages to set up an appointment with no call back. Do not use this company!
