Description of Work: They were great. On time, professional, good work, cleaned up well when job was complete. I'll definitely use them in the future for electrical work in my house. Had to call/text three times to get the appointment set, but once they came they did really good work for much less than another quote I got from a less experienced, unlicensed "friend of a friend".

This is the second time we used them and will again in the future if needed! Only b rating was responsivemess. To a few phone calls/emails to get work scheduled, but well worth the wait!

Description of Work: A variety of new lines for third floor a/c, bathroom, kitchen heater, outside garden socket. |Kept all lines inside the old building, which required much experimentation and crawling about the attic. Excellent, speedy and economical.

Description of Work: They were one hour late but they did call me and let me know. Their normal costs are in line with other business's cost. I used an Angie's list coupon so the cost was great!! The work was done professionally and quickly.

Description of Work: They were to replace outlets and switches. Started out good but they replaced dimmer switches in 2 bathrooms with regular switches-ended up with dark bathrooms. Also had to pay second electrician to rectify the problem. No deal at all

Description of Work: LED light retrofitting for recessed lights throughout most of house

Description of Work: Created new socket on wall for TV mount. Fitted 6 ceiling lights. Isolated electrical problem with kitchen sockets and fixed.

Description of Work: Master's installed a new outlet, three flush mount ceiling lights (mount locations were existing fixtures, they just removed old lights and installed new lights), and installed an under cabinet range vent hood. It took a bit of effort and waiting (over a week) to get an appointment, but the two electricians showed up on time and worked pretty efficiently. The new outlet required some drywall patch, which they dripped all over the place and did not clean up. The range hood vent install did not go very smoothly, which resulted in the one guy cussing up a storm for about 20 minutes and, in his anger, damaging the cabinets with a hastily driven screw. The work itself seems fine. Everything works and the price was about average. I doubt I will use them again, mainly because of the difficulty of scheduling and the subpar customer service, but it wasn't an altogether bad experience.
