Arrived as scheduled, Introduced selves, then proceeded to the work. The fan is great, works without wobble. In addition, they replaced my wall switch at no extra charge as my dimmer switch was not appropriate for the fan. In addition to the fan, I had them install a ceiling light in the living room, as my old one hung low and we occassionally bumped out heads on it. Their price for the addtional work was very reasonable and I am pleased with the new ceiling light. I also have another ceiling fan which has a slight wobble to it. They checked at no extra charge and determined it was not a safety issue. I greatly appreciated this extra service. They cleaned up spotlessly. I will use them again when I need electical service, and would highly recommend them to others.

This wasn't that easy of a job, as it needed a lot of trouble shooting and pulling out ceiling panels to figure out where everything went to. They first pulled out the wall outlets to see if they were the problem (and while they weren't obviously the problem - they went ahead and changed them out - at NO extra charge for parts!!). Then they traced a number of lines in order to get part of the house on one breaker and the microwave in the kitchen on a different breaker. When they were finished, they cleaned up (even though we told them they didn't need to) and didn't charge me extra even though they were obviously here more than 2 hours. These guys are obviously trying to build up a good reputation, and they sure did so with us. We are absolutely going to be hiring them for all our electrical needs in the future, and I simply can't speak highly enough about their honesty and quality of work. I found them on Angie's List, and for our family simply finding this company has made signing up for Angie's List worth it. If there was a rating higher than an A I would be giving it to them. :)

I called this company because of their $99.00 for 2 hours listed for Angie's List customers. I told them I needed an electrical box in the basement moved so my dryer cord would reach it. That's a 10 minute job at most. I also said that as long as I would have 2 hours, I needed a porch light changed to a motion detector light, a motion detector added to an outside light, a broken light and motion detector on the outside fixed, and possibly 2 other motion detector lights installed on the outside. I also said as long as they were on the premises, I'd like all the plugs checked and then possibly have a couple more outlets added to the back porch. I prioritized these tasks, so that as much as possible could be done in the 2 hours, with the statement that if it went over, I'd just wait to do the lower priority items. The owner immediately started telling me he can't know how long any of it will take without seeing it. I started timing out what it would take for each task, and told him I could not take any big surprises in the bill--that if it went over, I'd have to wait on some things. He then started telling me how much more I'll pay with every other company. I decided to take his 2 hour deal, and just get done as much as possible, according to my prioritized list. He then said he was not available until next month. I said I really could not wait that long to get laundry done--that I had to have the dryer plug moved before then, so I'd have to call another company. Again, he started telling me about how much more I'm going to have to spend if I call anyone else. So he cannot come and do the work, but he wants me to know that if I go to anyone else, I'll pay way more. I ended up telling him I will move the dryer box myself, and then just call another company for all the lighting work I need done. The lighting work I would not have minded waiting for...but it's his attitude of trying to make me feel bad for having to have work done before he himself said he can come and do it....that made me mad. He is unavailable, but doesn't want me to call anyone else. According to him, I should have to wait till next month to do laundry so he can have a sale. Not good. Not reasonable. He started yelling and interrupting me as I explained I'd have to call someone else. Very poor professionalism. I won't do business with them. That $99.00 coupon is not worth the unreasonable aggravation. As mentioned, this guy is full of excuses. No other business was. I did not ask him to throw his schedule away...he didn't mention his schedule at all. I mentioned that one item would take 10 minutes...not all of them. He needs excuses. That's how he conducts business. Then he excuses himself in his excuses. Sad.

Work was beautifully done with no glitches. Would recommend to anyone.

I purchased the angies deal of $99 for 2 hours of electrical service. The deal couldnt have been any better. From the time I purchased through completion of the two hours, everything was smooth. I would highly recommend Master's Electric to everybody. I plan on having him back to my home within the next couple months for another project.

All contact with Master's Electrical Service Company went smoothly, including scheduling and discussing the job via e-mail beforehand. We had to re-schedule due to weather conditions, but available dates were provided, and a reminder was sent the week before our scheduled date. Eric and Don arrived on time, took measurements, and quickly got supplies to install the gutter cables. They worked efficiently, and seemed to really know what they were doing. They even finished ahead of schedule. I was very pleased with the experience. I hope to have no icicles this winter! Thanks, guys!

They did excellent work, even went out of their way to purchase a piece of lumber to make the outlet accessable to the outside. I am extremely happy with their work and highly recommend them.

it went great. learned a few things along the way.

They arrived within the 1/2 hour window and Eric was able to determine that he could use the existing wire. He and Don worked quickly and were able to knotch out a place for the wires to clear the drywall. He described what he was going to do and continue the project with Don's help. Close to the end of the project, Don set about examining and repairing the cut wire from the garbage disposal and had it done and put back together before Eric finished the other project. They then volunteered to patch the drywall and set about doing so. Eric described how to continue the patch work until it was ready to paint. As he completed discussing with me my next project, Don had the kitchen back together and looking as clean and neat as when they had first arrived. They thanked me for the work and left.

Eric and Don were friendly,polite and professional. They assess the situation at hand, prioritize the jobs and get right to work. They are efficient, getting each job finished in a timely manner and clean up the work area when the project is done. I could not have been more thrilled with the result.

Eric and was very professional and knowledgeable. He and his assistant did a great job and were very efficient and personable. Eric put in drywall to cover the openings left by the sconces. They also did a very thorough cleanup. I definitely plan to call on Master's Electric again.

Since they do not wear uniforms and dress very casually, I was a bit concerned when they first got out of the van. But Eric immediately introduced himself and his assistant and was very polite and friendly, then just plain got right to work. He showed me the problems and fixed it very efficiently. Thank goodness his casual style is just with his his clothing - not his work - the work was professional. We are pleased with the service.

Very well. I will use them again and for a bigger project.

Eric and Don were wonderful! They came on the date and at the agreed time; they did the work with the minimum of fuss - which required them to access the wiring through a crawl space in the attic - not something my husband was prepared to do! They cleaned up and went the extra mile to make sure everything was okay for us before they left. We were extremely happy with their work and their upbeat attitude and would definitely hire them again.

The experience was excellent. Both men were extremely courteous and polite. the expense was very reasonable in relation to the time taken and the 2 jobs that were done. Everything was explained to me in a way that I could understand it. I have to admit that I have never had this positive of an experience when dealing with a company that was completely unknown to me before the job. I will definitely do all future electrical business with them.

I needed an electrician to uninstall an old kitchen ceiling fan/light, and install a new unit. I also wanted the other kitchen light checked. Eric not only did this, but also assessed an electrical box I had installed in the past, repaired my door bell, checked an outlet and placed a cover on a switch for me. All this was done professionally by Eric and his assistant, swiftly and without inconvenience to me. He also cleaned after himself (I did not have him clean the kitchen floor as I was about to do this myself, but he offered to clean it). The men were pleasant and informative and seemed happy to answer any questions I had. The fan/light fixture looks good, works well and operates without any wobble - something I see in some ceiling fan installations. Eric further went the extra step to ask if I would like the remote installed, and where, and he did so for me. This was another of Angie's List Big Deals that has worked well for me. I would absolutely recommend this electrical company and would certainly have them back again. It is really a bonus to find a company owner that wants to, and does, provide excellent service to the customer.

They did all this work in 2 hours. They had time in between jobs to do other projects. They were awesome.

The lamp post in our front yard had not worked since we purchased our home (approx 10 years ago). Called Masters for an estimate on what it would cost to get it working again. They arrived promptly, assessed the situation, gave us an estimate, and began working immediately. When the job became considerably more complicated than originally thought (not their fault - there were unseen problems underground) they reevaluated, gave us a new estimate at a very fair price, and promised to return 3 days later to complete the job. Again they arrived on time and finished within the estimated time frame. The job involved digging through our garden, under a sidewalk, and through our yard. They left the place looking better than when they started. I honestly couldn't tell that any work had been done. Everything was pristine. Our light is fixed and I am very happy. I can't say enough good about this company and will definitely use them for out future electrical needs.

Eric was referred to us by our cabinet maker. He came out right away to review the job, gave an estimate and got right to work. Eric and his apprentice Don arrived on time and did exactly what they said they would do. They take pride in the work they are providing.They gave 110% of themselves and left the place better then they found it. Eric was very interested in the total package of the finished project. He even went out of his way to help us fix an issue with the drywall around the lighting cans in the ceiling. He also helped out on our project by putting a range hood in our vaulted ceiling. ( not an easy thing to do and was not in his time schedule but he did it upon request) He took his time, was patient and the end result is fabulous. Great job! Will have them back again to do other projects in our house. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
