Great and fairly priced. One thing I really appreciated was that Eric gave me careful explanations & instructions about the work he was doing. During the second visit, they ran into technical difficulties due to the remotes being faulty. Eric was tenacious in problem solving & simply would not quit until he got it right. He made many phone calls to the company who markets this particular remote. He solved the problem by returning these remotes & installing a different product. I will definitely use this company again. It is clear that this company takes great pride in their work!

We used them initially with a Angie's List deal-- $99 for 2 hours electrical service-- which was a fantastic price. Two electricians came and removed and replaced five ceiling lights and one ceiling fan. This week, we had them come again for two hours, and they removed and replaced one ceiling light and removed two over-sink bathroom lights and mount new wall-mounted lights (a more time-consuming job). Like the first time, two people came, and they worked very hard and efficiently. They cleaned up all their mess and took the old fixtures away along with boxes for the new ones. We paid $225 for this visit ($125 for the first hour and $100 for the second), but they are totally worth it. Very professional; friendly; reliable; and a big bonus having two electricians working. I'd use them again in a heart-beat. I highly recommend them.

He did a fantastic job and even fixed a dryer door at no extra charge. I didn't even ask him to do that he just went ahead and fixed it.

It was a big deal. We loved everything about them. They were right in time and cleaned up after themselves. They did everything we asked them to do. They got done within the 2 hours which was the time limit. We actually like them so much that we gave them a $50 tip.

Great experience! I purchased the Big Deal for $99 (2 hours). I called and left a message and Eric called within a business day. We set up a time and he gave me a one hour window in which he would arrive. He was on time and went over what we needed done. I added the furnace outlet to my list and he was extremely accommodating. He and his partner worked quickly and efficiently. I had the opportunity to talk with him a bit and learned he'd started the business about a year ago. He's clearly interested in establishing good relationships with his customers.I was happy to use this small business and he's now my official electrician.We also obtained a very reasonable estimate for a ceiling fan and we'll use him for that.I highly recommend this company!

Masters was prompt and very professional. They did an excellent job and I plan on having them back soon to do more work. I figure they will be my electrician of choice from now on.

Don and Eric were very professional and thorough. They updated my receptacles according to code...replacing a few with GFCI receptacles. I only paid for materials and labor was covered with the coupon I purchased. These guiys are very experienced and not only were they thorough but they were very clean...cleaning up all debris when they were done. They were also on time and worked in a very timely manner and they were so affordable. I will definitely call these guys again.

I had been trying to do the work myself but was having difficulty. They had found that a mouse was lodged within, that had chewed the wiring. You could tell they were very experienced. He was not in a hurry. He was thorough and explained everything as he went. He also spent more time than the allotted 2 hours and found a faulty circuit.

They were very thorough and nice to deal with. Eric gave me his assessment of what needed to be fixed and what he thought did not. They were able to do everything that day and I would definitely use them again.

We scheduled an appointment over the phone after explaining what we wanted done and they gave us an estimate of time and cost. They were punctual and very curteous and the job took less time than anticipated and was less costly as well. We found them very knowledgeable and were very happy with their work and price. We even got their recommendations on other work we want to have done and will be contacting them again for future jobs.

Eric arrived not only on time but 10 minutes early.He set right to work and had the old kitchen light out and the trac light in, he then replaced the ceiling tile that I assumed we would have to do ourselves later.Also installed a dimmer switch in for the light..He then went outside and started on the outdoor light.The previous owners had mortared all over the base of the old light so he had to chip it all off to remove it. After installing the light Eric said he was sorry that he did not have any mortar to repair the space left by the new light. I was not upset at all as it looks better than before and can be fixed easily when the weather is warmer. After that was done Eric then started on the smoke detector.I was not prepared for him to be able to do that the same day so I had not purchased one.That did not matter, Eric said no problem, ran out to the hardware store, bought a smoke detector, ran back, then ran the wire from one end of the house to the other end. When everything was completed he insisted on cleaning up, thoroughly. He also took all the garbage and scraps from the work. Time that Eric was here was over 3 hrs. I had purchased a coupon online for 2 hrs of work for $ 99, but the work and added materials cost an extra $ 100. Overall was a great experience, very professional. Would definitely recommend him and do plan to call him again in the future.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE!!!! Eric and his assistant were friendly, professional, and did a SPECTACULAR job! The price was more than fair, and the work was definitely high quality. Both outlets were installed AND tested. Since I had purchased a Big Deal for 2 hours worth of service for $99 and they had some time left over after installing the outlets, they even hooked up a live line to some outdoor lighting for me! Also, I was only charged cost for the materials - no mark up! I will DEFINITELY be calling them back for future jobs!

They were wonderful! He is very conscientious, personable and pleasant. This is the first time I've used him but I would use him again.

Eric and Don arrived promptly, worked very efficiently, did a terrific job, and cleaned up thoroughly. They completed everything within about two hours. I was especially pleased with the job Eric did in creatively turning our porch fixture into a photosensitive fixture (now I don't have to turn it on and off every evening and morning)!). The cost listed above reflects a credit that we had from prior work; but the overall price (including the credit) was very fair. Eric and Don are also extremely pleasant to work with. We will certainly hire them again.

Asked that a chandelier installation, outside fixture intallation , and indoor repair be done. Though the job took more time than that of the special price advertised, the two electricians did not charge any more money. They also came in from a drive that can take over an hour when traffic is heavy. Jobs were performed very well and they cleaned up after themselves to a tee.

I contact with them as soon as I purchase the big deal from angie's list. Eric was very responsive and came as scheduled. I showed them all the projects I would need to get done, including running new wires to install new ceiling fan in 4-5 rooms and all the outlets near wet area (about 6-7)need to be replaced with GFI protection. And we had came to agreement to use these two hours for GFI outlets. They were really nice and actually spent a little more than two hours for that and also put on new covers on three exterior outlets for us. I had them also give us an estimate on running new wires to install new ceiling fan on 4 bedrooms and one family room. Their price is very good compared to another two electrical serviced I had contacted with.

Very efficient. Prompt, friendly response to my initial phone message. Easy scheduling. Arrived on time, even a little early. Worked fast. Likes animals. Excellent work. The only thing keeping me from being totally delighted with this job is.... The electrical outlet that was installed is very unattractive. My fault for not considering this at the time of the order. I should have asked what the exterior outlet would look like. And I wasn't home when the work was done (my husband was, and he doesn't care.) So I forever will be shoving porch furniture in front of this big plastic box to hide it. But it's functional and long overdue. We can use the outlet for reading on the porch on summer evenings, keeping a neighbor's cat warm with a heating pad in the winter, and enjoying ornamental lights year round. Had it not been for the Angie's List Big Deal, I would not have called an electrician from the next county to come all the way out here. Now that we know this team's work, we will call on them again.

Eric and Don did a great job. Installed exterior outlets on front and back porches and also repaired a faulty outlet in basement. Did the work quickly and cleaned up everything afterwards. Would use them again for any electrical work.

We had previously purchased an Angie's List "deal" for two hours of electrical work with Master Electrical. Eric was unable to perform all the electrical work we needed to have done on our kitchen remodel, because he was out of town for a short time. Unfortunately we hired a bigger company straight out of the "Yellow Pages" to perform the work, as we were on a time schedule. What a big mistake! The first electrician made a mess of everything and we didn't even pass an electrical inspection. The company had to send someone else out to fix all the mistakes. That being said, we still didn't have our system correctly grounded so Eric came out and did that work for us. We were happy with his work and we did have him come back to do some decorative lighting in the kitchen. We certainly wish we had waited to have Eric do the whole job!!
