He arrived on time and did all the work he was supposed to. He cleaned up and was very professional.

Very Responsive. The electrician showed up exactly went he said he would. He did the installation in a very professional manner, and explained how the system worked when he had completed. Everything was completed in a neat and tidy fashion.

The young gentleman arrived on time even though we were right on the cusp and it took him 1 1/2 hrs. to get here. He was very professional and gave me some suggestions on where to place the lights. I was very pleased with his work.

Installer was friendly. Very experienced. Wasted no time to install plug on porch. Drilled through brick wall to interior plug and installed the very latest outdoor electrical plug that allows the plug cover to completely close when anything is plugged in. Work was done in about 45 minutes. Will love the plug for Christmas lights, electrical cords, etc. Way worth the money! Company was top notch! Sent the invoice via e-mail listing what was done. Very pleased.

Perfect! Master's Electric were great from the start. On the first phone call they were realistic in estimating how long it would take befor they could get out to my home. Although it was 3-4 weeks, it was worth the wait. If I need an electrician again, I would wait to have these guys come again. When they arrived they got right to work. I had to keep giving them more to do. At the end, they had some spare time after getting everything we wanted done and they kept asking if there was more to do. I think they were more concerned about us getting our value than we were. The team was extremely pleasant. I can't say enough good things about them.

The work was completed in a very expedient manner. They were careful walking through the house and cleaned up after themselves. I would call them again for any future electrical needs.

Erik was responsive to my scheduling calls and even re-scheduled at the last minute when I had a conflict unexpectedly arise. The crew arrived late due to traffic, but called to let me know they were running behind. The work was completed within two hours. The motion sensor floodlight they installed was defective and I had to call them to come back. They did so within a few days and replaced the fixture at no additional cost to me. They were respectful of my property and cleaned up after themselves. I would call them again for any future electrical needs.

They were very helpful and easy to have around the house. They finished within the allotted time and accomplished everything we needed. We will use Masters again in the future.

The day of the appointment Don phoned to let me know they were running late because of road traffic, which I thought was nice of them to do. Upon their arrival I gave them a written list of things I wanted done and they got to work promptly. They were able to finish the VERY IMPORTANT things on my written list but unable to start any of the IMPORTANT things on this list because of time restraints of the Coupon. (New outlets (2) in my Kitchen; New phone jacks in Dining Room, Living Room, and Upstairs Bedrooms. Also I wanted to have them change out all the old electrical outlets in the home. There was a problem with the new outside fixture, it did not work. I phoned Eric the next day and he said that he will come again to take care of the problem which he did during same week. I am going to have then come back again to finish installing the IMPORTANT things on my list sometime in the future, with or without a Coupon because I was very pleased with their work. I highly recommend MASTER'S ELECTRICAL SERVICE COMPANY on Angie's List.

The company was very prompt in calling me back to set up an apt. They scheduled that day and showed up in the scheduled time frame. They were very professional and love the outlet.

The guys did a great job locating the problems I was running into. The only problem was that the deal was for 4 hours however it was really for 2 hours with two licensed electricians. I should have read the fine print more closely as I just needed a pro to work with for the 4 hours as I knew it was going to take that long. The guys did stay for an extra hour and gave me the deal rate, however we didn't get everything I wanted to get done.

They had a special offer listed, that I bought through Angie’s List. My experience was good. They were very professional and straight forward. They were very consistent with the reviews that I read on Angie’s List like the people said. They were true to their estimate and I felt like it was a fair deal. They came when they said they would come; I remember that not being a problem. They were timely in the time that it took them to do the work. I would use them again.

I had Masters Electric install two outdoor electrical outlets and a new porch light on my Mother's home. If I ever need any other electrical work done I would not have anyone except Masters Electric do the job. They are outstanding in their field. I originally requested to only have the electrical outlets installed, however when I asked Eric about replacing the porch lantern, he was more than happy to do the extra work. I didn't have a replacement lantern and he actually went to the hardware store and brought back several styles for me to select from. I don't know of any other contractor that would take the extra time and effort to do this. Their work is of the highest quality you could ask for. They are prompt, courteous and cleaned up so well you would never even know that any work was done. ERIC AND DON ARE THE TRUE DEFINITION OF PROFESSIONALISM. You won't find too many contractors out there like them. I plan on spreading the word about Masters Electric to all my family members and friends.

Extremely well!! In fact as I anticipated the challenge of the lamps, other projects came to mind and I started a list. So much so, I knew something would have to go. It just wasn't possible to do the whole thing. WELL, at the end of the day not only was the list kicked off but many other things too. Details that you notice and think "WOW! That was above and beyond!!" This is the bottom line. If you have invested in a home, work hard to improve it and care about top quality work - this is your team. I know that both experiences I have had with Master Electric have exceeded expectations and worth every penny!!
