I purchased the Deal for $175.00 for 2 hours/2 men work. I had contacted Eric prior to the purchase of the Deal. I told him what I wanted done and he gave me a rough estimate of the time involved. I purchased the materials and had the exact position of the lights marked. He arrived on time and was very professional. He completed the work in 2 hours and cleaned the area prior to leaving. I am very pleased with Masters Electrical and will definately be using the service again.

They communicated well in advance, showed up on time, and worked very efficiently and professionally. There was some existing work they had to troubleshoot and that was done without a problem. The ceiling fan went in without a hitch and they were tidy throughout the job. Would hire again for sure.

I bought the "Big Deal" for 4 hours of electrical work and wanted a ceiling fan installed in a room that had no overhead light fixture. Don called me almost immediately to set up the work. I had an appointment within a week. He was delayed a little on the day of service but called and let me know. What I really liked was that he discussed all my options with me on the phone prior to arrival, which basically gave me the choice to have the wires inside the walls instead of in casing on the outside. I've had 2 other ceiling fans installed by another company and they didn't even bother to ask me, they just put up the ugly casings. Don was very careful in his work, kept everything as clean as possible and cleaned up well when he was done. I wanted to offer any help I could and he was gracious and glad to have me assist. All the work was completed on time and very well done. The fan runs smoothly and silently! Thank you Don!

It took a while to schedule this. I was told it was due to the success of this promotion. It was actually almost a month before the could come out. The installed arrived on time. He was very professional. He did a great job. I'm very pleased with the work performed.

The work went very well. . He was efficient, very knowledgeable about the problems, courteous and cleaned up after the work. I will definitely have him do other work.

The end price was $200 over the estimate. They sent the wrong invoice to me and there was no itemization. They still haven’t come back to fix what I asked them to.

Don was prompt and very professional. He did a very nice job. The fee was very reasonable even though he had to go up to the attic and fight through insulation in order to re-wire (add a third wire) to an existing light switch. I couldn't have asked for better service! I hope Don continues to work for Masters Electric for as long as I own my home. I will definitely call him again.

Technician arrived on time, performed work within the allotted time, all done well and functioning. Technician was pleasant and personable. Also explained how remote light switch indicators work and left card for future work, cleaned up after self and left work area clean and neat.

Don Liggett was the electrician who came out. The price was great and they were very customer-focused. The job was done extremely well. It was done above what I thought was going to happen and they did an extremely good job.

Master's Electric came in and found a problem that TWO other electricians couldn't figure out. I was told by the others that I needed a new line run from the breaker box to my bathroom. Master's came in and did some diagnostic tests the others didn't and found that the old wiring in the house had been installed backwards...the wrong wire was the "hot" wire, so someone had inadvertantly connected the ground to the "hot" wire sending current into my light fixtures and shocking me. Master's found the problem, fixed it without needing to run a new line, and took their time to make sure everthing was working and correctly gounded. The electrician was pleasant and took his time. They were quite affordable and when it came time to settle the bill, the total was well below the price I expected to pay. If I need an electrician again I'm calling MASTER'S! They're the best!

It was great! From arrival to departure he completed the job in 30 minutes. He was very professional and kept a clean workspace. Would definitely recommend to others.

He also fixed my outside light and was extremely professional. I asked for a 4 outlet box and not only did I get that but it had this really nice raised plastic cover. The best part is that because I used Angie's list and the Special, the whole process was hassle free. Thank you Angie!

They did a good job. They weren’t able to do what we wanted them for when we bought the deal. We bought the deal to see if they can get that outlet working. They were here for a good while but they couldn’t find the problem with the outlet though. They tried and looked at all kinds of connections. They told the building wired up was kind of unusual and they could not find where the hookup was. We looked in the garage, we looked in the basement and we looked all over but could not find where that outlet was hooked into the other outlet. So the guy was unsuccessful. We felt that they put the time in and they really looked for the problem. We just had to give up on that outlet. While they were here they looked at one other outlet that was giving us problem. They found a broken wire so they fixed that. We were satisfied with their efforts even though they didn’t solve the problem. It was a big deal purchase.

I purchased a big deal for Master's Electrical Service Company. They were perfect. There came on time. They did it. Their price were really reasonable. Everything was done very professionally. They cleaned up well and I don't have any complaints for them. I paid a little extra.

I would happily recommend him to others. This is the first "Big Deal" that I actually felt was a "deal" and the first Big Deal where I felt the service provider was a true, qualified, skilled professional. I am a happy customer.
