Scheduling was done efficiently through my AList account. They showed up on time and completed everything we wanted completed. Finished up some bathroom wiring, installed 2 outdoor outlets and tested some wiring. All work was done efficiently and cleaned up. Would recommend and Amy use for a panel upgrade.

I just bought a house with aluminum wiring, and contacted Masters to help me install Alumiconn connectors at each junction box. Bought the 4 hour Big Deal. Don worked like crazy for 4 hours - actually a little longer because he insisted on finishing the job and cleaning up after himself. I was definitely pleased with the quality and amount of work he got done, and would absolutely use Masters again in the future.

Don repaired some wiring on the outside. He also showed me how to use my timer in the garage that controls some outside lights. And he installed three sets of flood lights, two in the front of my house and one in the driveway. When i purchased the package i thought the electrician would drag his feet not to do too much work, but Don was wonderful. A hard worker who was fast and did a good job. I will definately hire Masters Electric again.

Eric and Don arrived within the specified time period. Both were very courteous and professional. They worked more quickly than I anticipated and I was glad that I had some backup items "just in case". They added a light socket that I requested in a kind of awkward place with no trouble at all. In addition, they hung 2 pendant lights over my kitchen island. I had bought a few recessed light converters and Eric figured them out quickly to install the pendants. He also gave me some good advice on which one to get if I need additional converters in the future. When it came time to hang the chandelier in my dining room, it was missing some brackets that were necessary to hang it. Eric had some electrical supplies with him that enabled him to configure something that would hold the chandelier in place nicely. I believe most electricians would have just told me that I didn't have all the necessary parts and I would have been left disappointed. Eric went above and beyond and I could not be more thrilled with the way my lighting looks! I will definitely use them again as my electrical needs arise.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT WITH THE INSTALLATION OF THE LIGHTS. WE ARE DEFINATELY GOING TO USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE. WOULD RECCOMMEND TO OTHERS.

He was very nice and professional. He drove to my local hardware store to buy nicer lights to install. I thought that was beyond the call of duty.

Wouldn't return service call requests

He handled everything I asked of him, even though he was not expecting to work on the CATV system. Was a good problem solver (had several outside lights that had not worked since we bought the house and we were not sure how they were controlled). Figured out that some were photo cell controlled, one had a bad switch and some were just burned out bulbs. Completed almost the enitre list in the 4 hours that I purchased. Was a good deal.

He was a great guy. He was good. The first time we had scheduled he wasn’t able to make it and he called me that day so then we rescheduled. He showed up on time for the second appointment and did a lot of extra stuff. He didn’t get so much work done, but what he did he really did a good job. He was able to do one project for us, but it was kind of a big one. We had five things we wanted him to do, but he only ended up doing one of them. He put a GFI in our bathroom so he had to drill up through the garage and patch the wall. He did a good job. He gave us a price to do the rest of the work and it was a really good price, so we will call him to do the rest of the work.

This was a "big deal". It took a long time to fit into their schedule. It as also a bit hard to reach them on the phone. On the other hand, they arrived on time, did the work competently and quickly, were friendly, and gave some of what I think was good advice. My house is fairly modern, but it sounds like they have broad experience in Pittsburgh-style houses

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it was great. This is the third time that I purchased a big deal from them. They are very efficient, and they are good. The gentleman who was there worked for the full 3 hours, he didn't stop once he started. The work has been great, I don't have any issues whatsoever. I had to wait a while because they were busy, but they are definitely worth the wait.

It went really well. They ended up staying here until the evening. I did pay extra on top of what my coupon was, but I didn’t mind. Initially I asked the guy what his hourly rate would be beyond the four hours. He just it would be $75 an hour. I asked if it was each or total. When he was leaving he said that they made a big mistake and that it was supposed to be $75 each. I have to give him credibility because honored his mistake. I was really happy with everything and they were truly amazing. They were very good and even cleaned up after themselves. They wouldn’t let me clean up myself.

Eric and Don came to our home September 13th the first time to handle the above tasks.... it turned out that the chandelier we had purchased from Home Depot didn't have all of the parts and Eric had to go to Home Depot to get the parts which were missing from the box. They were able to hang the Chandelier. When they went to hang the Ceiling fan it turned out that our ceiling was too sloped and the adapter kit that we had purchased only went up to a 45 degree slope and our ceiling was approximately a 50 degree slope. That being said, Eric called the manufacturer of the fan and asked if they had any adapters for a ceiling that that steep of a slope, which they didn't. Even though they were out our home for 6 hours, they honored the Angie's list price... which, they really didn't have to do. That being said, we were able to find an adapter online that we purchased. When it arrived, I called Eric to have him hang the ceiling fan in our family room. It was a 2 and 1/2 hour job and he had to make some modifications to the adapter we purchased but he made it work. I would highly recommend Master's Electric.

I told him NO, period. In my request for service I gave three Fridays I would be available for the work. He didn't come on a Friday and then he showed up weeks after the dates I provided.

I have called Eric in the past for some home repair work, and I was always completely satisfied. I called him again for some electrical repairs, and I was pleased that I received the same quality work. He returned my call within 24 hours, and we scheduled a day for the repairs. He arrived on time, and he explained the work that needed to be done as well as an estimate of the cost. He is reputable, efficient, and personable. I have never been disappointed with his work, and I feel that his price is fair. He does it once, and he does it correctly. I will call him again for two future projects that I want done in my home. He cares about his business, and It is obvious that he is competent in doing it well. I have dealt with electricians in the past who have shown little concern for what I need. I never seen this when dealing with Eric. In fact, although we agreed on a day for repairs, I missed his first call of that day as I didn't hear the phone. Then I didn't hear when he rang the doorbell as I was in the garage. He made a third attempt (called me again while at my front door), and fortunately I heard the phone ring. Not many electricians will make 3 attempts to satisfy a customer. I found Eric on Angies List, and I am pleased with his work.

Very efficient service; Eric and Don both explained what the plan was, and were able to work around the existing wiring and lowered ceiling. I am extremely pleased with the results of the new duct work, exhaust fan and recessed lights. Not only did they clean up after themselves, Eric purchased additional items to fix existing lighting to match the job. They were extremely professional and courteous, and I am impressed with the quality of their work. I would definitely use their services in the future.

Arrived on time even coming from Greensburg. Added additional lights along pathway as well as small spotlight on house at a very reasonable price. Was pleasant and courtreous. In addition to services provided, took the time to answer questions via e-mail check out availability of colored lights I was thinking of using for holiday season. This was above and beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

It went very well. Eric, the owner of the company, clearly knows what he is doing. This is an old house so there were a few things he had not seen before. Don is very competent as well. Their patience and determination to get to everything on my electrical "to do" list was very much appreciated.

Eric showed up on time and finished the work quickly. He has a very no nonsense approach to his work and it's very apparent that he's been doing this long enough to have mastered his art. It was a pleasure working with Eric and if we were still in Pittsburgh we would call him again if we ever needed electrical work.

I purchased a deal of $175 for four hrs of electrical services. The appointment was made promptly over email contact provided by Angie's list. The electrician arrived in time and worked like a machine. I was hoping to get two outlets installed at best. He actually installed three different ones, including two in the outdoors. He ran over time by 25 mints, which he warned beforehand that he might, and would charge some extra. The charge was quite reasonable, I agreed and the job was done. I was very happy with this particular experience.

Great, was performed on time and on budget. Would definitely use them in the future.

OVerall things went well. Only question I had was what exactly we purchased with the Big Deal. He was very polite and professional. Did not mind kids watching him and was able to answer all their questions
