The gentleman from Masters Electric arrived promptly, consulted with my wife about the desired location, and had a working outdoor outlet installed in less than an hour--he even set the outlet to operate off an existing switch in our living room. This allowed us to turn our outdoor Christmas lights on/off from inside.

The provider did excellent work. He did it in a timely manner and was good value for the money. If he was unable to do exactly what we wanted (location of outlet/old grounded box), he described why he couldn't do it and provided an alternative course of action that was just as good and yielded the same results.

He was really nice & friendly. He raised a chandelier that was very heavy. He fixed the bathroom exhaust fan, fixed a another fan, and straightened out the arms in a chandelier. We didn't have enough to fulfill the big deal time, so he changed out some light bulbs for us. Scheduling through Angie's List was easy & straightforward.

Master's went above and beyond for us on this job (this is the second time we've used their services, first time was through an Angie's List deal and we're glad to have found them). Rather than just simply install the ceiling lights as-is, Don put a fan bracket box in the ceiling in case we ever decide to swap out the light fixture for a ceiling fan...that way it's already ready to go. For the amount of time quoted, the work was done FAST and very neatly. Would hire again for sure, happy repeat customers here. :)

Great Job, the work started slow because they he needed to identify how the wires were initially route, after that everything moved smoothly, It helped that I knew exactly what needed to be done.

A bit of back and forth by email to get scheduled, but vendor certainly accommodated my limited schedule. Communication was good, and minor adjustment was able to be accommodated on the day of service because of mobile phone communication. Courteous, professional, respectful, clean, intent on completing the job, asked meaningful questions and, the best part, was able to do all that I asked in the allotted time and cost. I am in the midst of arranging additional work with this company because of the successful experience I had. I do recommend. Thank you.

It took a while for me to get scheduled with them. They said that happens after they offer a big deal. It turned out not to matter, but I would rather have been scheduled sooner because we were dealing with an inspection period on a house that we were trying to sell. It was only 2 1/2 weeks, though, so to someone else, that may have not been a big deal. There was a delay that morning of a couple of hours, which was explained to me was because a truck was not working. The two men came and did everything very quickly. They even plastered over a wall outlet that they dropped into the wall. My only issue, which I guess is not really their fault but a fault of the way these big deals are done, is that the two of them together worked for only a little more than an hour. So, I paid $196 for four hours of work and only two hours of work were done. The work has to be completed on that day and there was nothing else I needed done, so they completed what they had to and that was the end of it.

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List and their services turned out good. He showed up when he was supposed to. He was very courteous. He cleaned up after himself. We paid for just the big deal purchase and nothing extra.

Don corrected electric boxes with spacers after a ceramic wall was installed. so the outlet cover plates fit. Then he completely wired a small piece of hallway, helping me to create a dressing area for a bathroom. When I showed him where I wanted a fixture hung, when I changed my mind. He rewired and hung the fixture in another spot, without and complaint. I felt he was very professional on everything.

Purchased a deal for 4 hours of labor. They were very responsive and it was easy to schedule a date over email. We needed to change an old outlet in the garage to a grounded outlet as well as add an outdoor electrical outlet. Provider was very prompt and efficiently completed the two projects as well as offering an estimate for a third job we may schedule in the future. Outstanding service overall and a great deal for the price.

This was bought as a coupon. The guy that came was great and got more than I thought he was going to be able to do. The coupon was for four hours but I had nothing for him to do after three so I gave him the rest of the time. I would definitely use them again. Knowledgeable and great service.
