'Eric is meticulous and a perfectionist, which is more than alright by me. They arrived on time, and worked hard throughout. The job took about 8 hours. Most other electricians would have probably taken 10-12 hours. They tightened & cleaned every thing up as though it was their own place. They did the job for exactly the price as quoted. The time & effort he took to repair the hole where the service line enters the dwelling (not his fault) was extraordinary. Masters knows the business. As Eric said to me, "...I'm not the least or the most expensive, but I'm the best you'll find" And based on what I observed, I believe it. FYI he was just about the least expensive too.

He arrived on time. cleaned everythng up after the work was complete. and there was alot more to it then just replacing the fan, and he just explained what needed to be done, and did it . will defintiely use him agian , as needed in the future.

Outstanding. I originally thought I would be able to "sneak" another job in, but the overhead ceiling light took longer because they had to make a bigger hole in ceiling due to bad wiring that needed to be cut away AND to make better mount. I ended up running to HD to get a ceiling medallion to cover up the bigger hole (doing this myself allows them to continue working). I bought four (4) overhead shop lights for the basement and he ran new wiring to the power source. Great work and he cleaned up the areas as best as he could without a vacuum. For the price, I think that was great 4 hours of work! He went over 30 minutes which is expected. Be reasonable in expectations if you go for the 4-hour deal. You want to get all 4 hours used up but it might run over. I asked them to come out again to do some other work. UPDATE: I've used them again to put two closet lights in where there were none and also install GFCI in the garage. Right on time -- great service.

It went pretty well! I had them repair a few electrical outlets and change some light fixtures. The price was reasonable and I was satisfied with the quality of the work. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well as recommend them to others.

The did a variety of electrical services. They rewired a few items, changed out a few switches and some receptacles, etc.

They were awesome, on-time, efficient and got the job done. I will definitely use them for all of our future electrical needs.

It took more than a month to get the appointment but he came on time and was very competent describing what he was doing and why.

Arrived on time. Was very efficient. Explained everything that needed done. Made suggestions concerning things that I had not thought of. Cleaned up as he went.

He is an excellent worker and resolved all the issues we were having both at home and at my office. I certainly will use his services again when needed and I recommend the company.

The young man, Don, came on time and immediately began working. He was here for 2 hours and the cost was only about $180. In fact my wife, while writing the check, asked if that correct, given that she and I both tough that the price was indeed too low. There were discounts for using Angie's list and for being senior citizens. In all we were more than a lot pleased with the service, the price and the quality of the work

Needed work done, bought coupon and contacted firm, then told by them coupon doesn't cover the services I need. Wording of coupon is ambiguous, but I'm not going to insist if they're not willing. Just want my money back.

I got a Big Deal package so the price is good.

They installed a new fluorescent light and helped me install all of our cables into the wall in our living room from our TV. We had to purchase additional cables and we ran a half hour over the four hours which I was fine with. The service overall went well.

Scheduling was a bit challenged and there was a slight miscommunication on the day itself. However, everything was straightened out and the gentleman came out to my house, as originally scheduled. He worked quickly and efficiently and got everything on my list done in 3 hours. He switched out the ceiling fan / lights in my kitchen and office, installed 3 outlet boxes and light fixtures in my baths, installed a new light fixture in my hallway, fixed lighting that wasn't working. I had nothing left after 3 hours. It was worth every penny. I would hire these guys again!

I had used them before for some electrical in the kitchen. They did great work and were very professional. They were always on time. They only took about an hour. One guy came to the work. Would recommend them to family and friends.

Eric was very helpful and prompt. The work done though the Big Deal offer was efficient and successful. I found the quotes for additional work to be reasonable and I am planning on using Master's for those projects, as well.

Dan was great. Fixed all the outlets.some from 2 to 4 and others brought up yo date. Labeled all circuits in panel and put needed outlet in kitchen. Discovered stove should have its own path to panel and will address this in the future. Still waiting for invoice to be emailed to me.

I am preparing to place my home on the market and wanted no surprises during inspection. Don arrived promptly for my appointment, saw what need to be done, listened to my goal of getting my house ready for inspection and went to work. He worked extremely efficiently and got a lot done in a short 2 hour time span. He cleaned after all of his work and was very pleasant while doing the work. He evaluated the electrical system room by room and corrected any code violations he found. He also alerted me to a larger potential issue outside of my home and gave me a ballpark estimate should I need to repair it in the future. Overall I am very happy and will use Master's Electrical again.

We have had other companies here and Master's Electrical Service Company was able to figure out what the problem was. They actually knew what they were doing. They were knowledgeable and they knew what they were talking about, and were able to solve our problem. They are excellent for everything. If I need anything else that is who I am calling.

Don showed up early and quickly installed the duplex receptacle. Soon Eric arrived and they began working on the installation. They encountered several problems in mounting the wall bracket and fishing the cables behind the wall. After they got the TV up and running they patiently answered my questions about operating my new universal remote. In the end they delivered above and beyond-- in spades. Even more important, my wife was delighted with the results ;) I'd used Master's before, and as before, my experience with them continues to be first-rate.
