Signed up for the big deal and everything seemed great. Unfortunately, my schedule requires this work to be done sooner than that. I called the company the following business day (after hours) explaining the situation, and in less than 24 hours I received a call back apologizing that they can't meet my needs, and very courteously informing me how I can request a full refund with no annoying pushback or sales pitch. I give a B rather than an A only because there was no notification prior to the purchase that there may be a delay in availability.

Excellent service. Don did what we needed, when we needed it done. Very professional and thorough. Pleasantly offered his expert advice on how to do the job right. Hire ahead of when you need them! Master's Electrical is busy because they are good!

Repair faulty broken wiring, backup lights and power outage signs. Communication was great, I told them no hurry and they put me in the schedule and ALL work was done without question perfectly. Thank you guys very much!!!

We were not able to schedule electrical work to be completed before we move into the house, so we will have to go with another company. Their earliest date was in July, but we move in at the end of June. Thank you!

Warning: If you buy the big deal the provider will indeed schedule you, but it won't be for over one month. They could not start the project for over one month. This wasn't an acceptable timeline for my project.

Excellent job and very accommodating. It didn't require the full 4 hours purchased, so the electrician offered to change light bulbs or any other work I could find for him to do.

Wonderful! Eric very courteous and professional. Needed to use his extension ladder to convert the light above garage to a motion detector. All went well. I thought that his cost for services to me were very reasonable. Thank you Eric.

There was conflict with the timing.

We are pleased with the communication and service of Masters Electric. We inadvertently purchased two deals and are requesting a refund for one of the two. There are no concerns with the company, just an error in ordering.

I found them on Angie’s List. They were very good. They were very professional. They did exactly what they said. They actually had solutions to problems that I didn’t even think were possible. They did them and everything works well.

It was quite a few weeks before we could be scheduled, but that wasn't an issue since I had some fixtures and needed to order 2 more. The electrician showed up at the appointed time, on the appointed day on time. He installed the fixtures and cleaned up after - dust and stuff. He fixed the lights that wouldn't work needed to re-wire the switches. Ran out of time whne fixing doorbell, but explained to me know to finish.

Arrived on time, fixed things that needed to be fixed within the 4 hour allotted time.

Did not use Master's after all, instead going with an electrician friend. However, Don was extremely professional and was quick to return my phone call. He even suggested the job may not take as long as I had thought, which would save me money.

Excellent job. Arrived on time and went right to work. Was able to complete all the projects in the 4 hour time slot. Will definately use again.

I called them the day before and left a message. They called back the following day and promptly came to the house 30 minutes later. It was fantastic. He quickly solved the issues, did the work, and cleaned up like he was never there. I wouldn't hesitate to use Master's again in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

The service turned out fine, I had no problems with them.

Don gave me a window of time for his arrival; between 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm and was at the front door just after 2:00 pm. He went right to work on the aftermentioned electrical projects. While he didn't have all the materials he needed to complete my work on his truck and had to make a run to the local hardware store, he didn't waste any time while working at the house. One of the projects required a larger ladder than he had with him and he re-scheduled right then and there for the completion of that work. I was extremely please with the work and ill definitely consider Master's Electrical Services for my next home improvement.

It went very well. The electrician quickly evaluated our situation and got to work, wasting no time. He was pleasant and professional. We were pleased with the amount he was able to get done in the "4hour special" we paid for through Angie's List.0

I've got this deal and I've got the email saying to call a number. I did several time, no answer, left a message, no call back. I've sent an email and they replied but they claimed to be extremely busy, had trouble with the answer machine, and they want to schedule the job for the 27th of May. Ridiculous.

This was an Angie's List Deal for 4 hours of electrical work. The company was prompt and professional and completed the work in one visit.

I requested a refund for the big deal only because I was able to find an electrician who was able to complete the job sooner. This was not a reflection of my experience with Master's Electric, as he was very professional when I spoke with him on the phone.

I have several pets and my carpets are old. They needed general cleaning & deodorizing. Roth came promptly and the technician seemed knowledgeable. He worked diligently and when he left I felt that the carpets were clean and sanitized. This was not an easy task, but the carpets all looked better than I had expected. The cost was very reasonable and the results were positive. My only negative comment -- and this could well have been a misunderstanding on my part -- was that none of my furniture was moved to enable cleaning underneath. Despite that, I would use this company again.

Before Don came, I emailed him to see if he could recommend an outside flood light and he gave me a few brands to go off (which were also highly rated on amazon) so I had time to purchase before he got there. I requested that he come a bit earlier than he had planned because I had an appointment. He arrived promptly and went right to work. He had me check the height of the interior light fixtures but otherwise just did his thing while I worked around the house. He did run over the time I had purchased by ~30 minutes, but the additional cost was not very much. He cleaned up after himself and did a great job. Everything works and looks great.

They told me the deal didn't cover what I wanted to have done.
