Don completed most everything on my list and did an amazing and thorough job. The only remaining item requires advanced work with a second person because it will take cutting out part of the finished basement ceiling to pull stereo wires. He was great.

Eric was great--he did an excellent job and fixed all of my small issues with my house. I was nervous having an electrician come because my house is old but he put me at ease.

Went very well ! All items required were completed on the day. Eric cleaned up any dust or plaster work disturbed during the work. We're very happy with the work performed and will certainly call Eric back when we have the need.

Arrived on time and started working right away. First removed non working ceiling fan and installed new on. Then removed track lighting and covered boxs. Then seperated the plug in the bathroom from the light switch and but it on its own line so that it is hot all the time without the light being on.

They arrived on time. they worked quickly, neatly and were polite. they cleaned up after themselves and were a pleasure to have in my house. they were quiet and efficient. I would be glad to use them again though I don't think i'll have to . I think they did everything I could need.

Eric was professional and such a nice guy - the job took him 6 hours. The original job was only for the 2 hall lights and fix the light on the porch which would have been a 2-3hr job. He showed up on time for the job, and I asked if he could do some additional work and he luckily had no other jobs that day and said it would be no problem. He told me everything he was doing step by step and went from one job to the next without any delay. For the new plug in our sunroom he had to drill into the brick to the basement rafters and showed me everything he needed to do before he did it. He worked straight for 6 hrs with a brief lunch break. I was working from home and he was respectful of the times I needed to be on the phone when I couldn't have too much noise. He cleaned everything up and hauled away all lights and old fans and debris. His price was great for all the work he did, and I would definitely have him back again..

Don was professional and explained everything to me before starting the job. It took him a little longer than he expected - it took more time and materials to hook up one of the units. I purchased this service as one of Angies Deals. The work took a about an hour more than the cost of the package deal. Even with paying a little extra, the price was still less than other quotes I received for the job. I am very pleased with the work done by Masters Electric. He explained how to use the gutter heat and cleaned up when he was finished. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to others. Thanks Don!

Eric came to me on two different occasions. He was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. He removed several fixtures, replaced and repaired switches, capped unused connections, removed and dry walled an old intercom, and installed and hung a chandelier containing 534 crystals. He did not want to leave the crystals for me, he wanted to be sure it was done perfectly and he found two areas on the chandelier that needed holes to make the pattern exact. Eric was so nice and his partner got back to me right away to schedule my appointments. He had to run out to get a part or two but still finished the job ahead of time. Very satisfied customer!

It was a good deal for electrical work, if you can wait 2 months. Seriously, when people need electrical work, do they really have 2 months??? It should have been better communicated what the wait was.

I purchased the coupon before contacting the company. I needed the work done within the next two weeks and they were booked through August.

They contacted me promptly and, while we were not able to connect, they were very professional. In the future if I need something else done I would not hesitate to contact this provider because of how well they handled this situation with me.

I did not end up using the deal because they were only scheduling out three months in advance and I wanted to get myu kitchen done sooner.

Very happy with price and final product. Don arrived as scheduled, and completed the agreed projects on time and professionally. We had a follow up issue with the exterior lamppost, but he sent someone out to fix it quickly, and it is all good now. All in all, a time, professional job. Would recommend Don and Masters Electric again.

They were unable to do the work because it was a hvac issue. They were very nice and knew from my explanation that they couldn’t help me with that particular issue. I had the deal refunded.

Great. Don was professional, skilled, and took care of all the work we wanted done. We bought the $196/4h of work, which was a great deal, and paid (a discounted rate) for a few more hours of work. He stayed late, finished everything, and rose to the challenge of some strangely wired stuff in our house. We'll call him again regardless of the rate.

Eric was efficient and cleaned-up after each assignment. We would be happy to use Eric's services again.

Don arrived on time on both of my scheduled appointments. We bought the Angie's List deal $196/4 hours of electrical work. On our first appointment, we had only scheduled for 1 fan to be installed, but we had time left over so Don scheduled another time to come back to complete an install on a second bedroom (we appreciated this because he carried the time of our coupon over to the next appointment). The only costs we had were for parts and 30 mins. of labor for the second appointment. Arrived on time for each appointment, very nice, cleaned up after himself, would use again for any electrical needs.

Bought four hours on a coupon through Angie's List, didn't get four hours. He was good, but feel like he could have done more.

We purchased the deal and requested an install date but didnt hear back. Several months passed as we forgot about it. However when we put in a resolution request, we were pleasantly surprised to get an immediate appointment. Usually when contracts are postponed contractors dont honor their quote but there was no extra charges and the outlets work. Extremely happy.

I wasn't home when he installed the light fixture and the bathroom fan. I assumed it went okay. He came back to install one of the 2 outdoor outlets that I had originally requested. He was puncture and did a great job. The only complaint was how long it took for him to get back to me the first time. When he was working on the outdoor outlet, he was talking on the phone on personal business, which I find to be very unprofessional. He gave me a quote to do the 2nd outlet as it would require more work than the Big Deal would cover. The quote was reasonable, but again, it's taking longer than I would like. Overall, his workmanship is good and the price is very reasonable.

It went well. I'm not sure the quality of the lights themselves is all that great, but that's a Home Depot issue. Installation went exactly as promised and lights look good.

It went very well. I needed a new sensor light and they installed it. The light works great and the light shines right in the direction it needs to be. They showed up on time and he explained everything so I knew what he was doing. I would recommend them to anyone.

We purchased a 4 hour deal to hire masters electric to install recessed lighting in our family room. Eric installed the lights quickly and efficiently and they look great!
