I was looking for work to be done in a week or two. They are booked for a month and a half later.

Excellent deal and service. I had a lot of small issues that needed to be addressed. He performed the work quickly and with great results.

Initially, I asked them when my service would be performed if I purchased it from them, and was told mid-November. So, I purchased the deal, and when the website asked me to choose 3 dates, I chose 3 dates in mid November. Subsequently, the owner emailed me to say they would be here on the morning of December 9th. I won't be in town on that date, and have emailed the owner asking that they reschedule, but they've ignored my emails.. I've done a lot of business with contractors on your site, but never have I not been consulted about when the service will be performed. Since when do contractors pick a random date without consulting me, and then ignore my request for them to choose another ? At this point, it's obvious they don't care what I think, and have ignored my repeated attempts to get a change of service date. And frankly, had they told me the work couldn't be done for 6 weeks, I wouldn't have purchased the service. Please issue a refund of my paid "big deal" so that I may seek another contractor. I don't wish to deal with this one any longer. Nor do I want to hear from him now, only after the threat of a refund is imminent. Best Regards!

The gentleman was professional, kind, and a hard worker. He was honest about what he couldn't do, and told what he needed to make a job we needed done do-able. He returned when he said he would and completed the work beautifully. He cleaned up after himself, liked our dogs, and was very polite. I will use him again. Oh, and he really worked hard to fit into my schedule.

They did an excellent job, I was very pleased with their work.

Eric and Don came prepared to work. Don called to tell us they would be a little delayed due to them having to pick up supplies. Eric diagnosed problem areas and how to remedy the situations. They both worked hard and put in a good days work. They will be back in January to complete the work.

Don completed the work. He is professional and does excellent work. I will definitely ask for this service again. I am just so pleased.

Electrician arrived on time assessed the job and went straight to work. Was very respectful and receptive. Went over different options of displaying chandeliers and was very patient with my decision making. Took extra time to ensure a safe installation. The work looks wonderful. We are very happy and will call again soon.

Don arrived on time and completed all tasks in a minimum of time.

The electrician came to my house to install an electrical switch. After two hours, he made many holes in my wall without finding the proper location to perform the task. When asked if additional time would be required to complete the job, and if we would be billed for these additional hours, he became upset and left without completing the job and told me to get a refund from Angie's List. Pictures of the damaged wall can be provided.

Service was scheduled for approximately one month after purchase of the deal. We greatly appreciated that the deal page actually gave an estimate of how far out scheduling was prior to us purchasing it. I provided a list of the work we wanted done, expecting that the list would take far longer than 4 hours. Don arrived on time and managed to finish everything on our list with 20 minutes of the 4 hours to spare. While completing items on the list he identified some other issues with the existing wiring. He did a great job explaining what the problem was and was able to quickly fix those issues so we won't have problems moving forward. He also made us aware that a ground wire existed in a room that currently had all 2 prong plugs and was able to change them all out for us. We purchased the new lights ourselves, but Don provided all of the other materials that were needed for $20. We can't thank Don enough and definitely know who we will call for electrical issues in the future.

Don was prompt and professional. I erroneously bought some el-cheapo fans and Don had the parts on hand to make things right. I appreciated that fan assembly was on the list and they all look and work great. He also made sure that the work area was covered and clean and cleaned up well also.

It went great! Eric, owner and operator of Master's Electric is a pro. Already have him scheduled to come back for more extensive wiring update throughout the house.

I am very happy with the service that was provided. Don installed two outlets, two circuit breakers and performed assorted trouble shooting. He discovered a problem with the main circuit breaker. He was able to find us a new one, and he and Eric returned the next day to install it. Everything is working GREAT!

Very good work, very pleased. When I called to schedule an appointment they were quite behind due to the high volume from this promotion so they couldn't schedule for ~3 weeks but they showed up promptly, professionally and were quick. Very happy.

Did good work, but took longer than I expected. They allowed me to purchase the additional hours of work at the Big Deal rate.
