Very professional and very nice....Prompt and did a good job.

Super nice, prompt, caring. My light stopped working within hours of when he left, and he came back right away to fix it. I am only dissatisfied with one large strip of wire mold that is 15 degrees crooked. Nothing I can do

Don arrived on time and after a brief discussion of what we wanted done he got right to work. The one job was a bit more complicated than we originally thought but Don made some good suggestions and we are quite pleased with the result. We had purchased the light fixtures before hand and Don had the additional materials on hand (wiring, boxes, etc) so the work went quickly. When finished - he cleaned and vacuumed the dust and debris. He gave us some good information about some other electrical issues that we have in the house so we will definitely be calling him back for future jobs.

Great overall happy with service. If you need the services ASAP I would call the directly. They a very busy with Angie list customers.

The two man team arrived on time and through previous e-mail description were familiar with my specific installations. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival to reconfirm. Courteous and professional, they arrived on time. Our house was built in the 1940's prior to the electrical 1970's mandate for three-prong outlets. At the price of $196 and the work completed, this Angie List purchase was a true value.

We purchased a deal for 4 hours of electrical labor. It was clearly a popular deal since we had to schedule the service a month and a half after purchasing the deal. He explained that it was a small company responding to multiple customers with the deal. Since the issues were all cosmetic, this delay was not a big deal. He arrived on time once the appointment date arrived. We had some simple and not so simple tasks, but he was able to check off almost all of the items on our list within the four hours. We were unsure that the biggest task would be possible without opening up the wall, but he was able to move two switches from one side of the wall to the other side of the wall while using the existing openings for the boxes in the wall. He was friendly, quick, and responsive to our questions. He even installed a new wall plate and cut one end down to size.

It was great. Easy to schedule, and Don showed up timely on the scheduled date. He did the work quickly and gave me some helpful suggestions for future tasks and considerations.

I bought the Angie's List deal from Master's for four hours of electrical work on 7/16/2014. It took several months of trying to contact them via AL, phone, and e-mail; what finally worked was getting the AL help desk involved. Once I actually got in contact with Master's they were easy to deal with in terms of scheduling, prompt and professional, and their work of high quality.

This company never contacted us until I called and complained to Angie's List, even then he just sent me an email instead of calling me. He said he wouldn't even be able to get to until mid January. He then assumed we would need 2 electricians and there would be a lot of work and he would charge us extra. I am going to get this refunded and will not try to use this company again.

Great bargain! Don Liggett arrived early and completed the task well before time. I appreciate that I was able to budget the cost with the time. He cleaned up after themselves. As other reviews stated you do need a 3-4 week window for scheduling, that is fine if you know it going into the deal.

He tracked the wire from the outside roof lights. He found out that the wire was connected to another outlet. He had to fix the outlet and he changed the lights on the roof. he also changed a light switch for me. He did a great job. I would recommend them and use them again.

I was happy enough with the work that Don of Masters Electric did at our house. I was impressed that when he finished with the electrical work for the dryer that he replaced the dryer and hooked it up for us -- electric and vent. This was not part of his scope of work so it was very much appreciated. He was also very nice and helpful. He did leave debris on the counter and floor from his work in the kitchen. And, when he had completed his work, I by chance went to the Master Bathroom and found that the lights did not come on. That indicated that he had made a mistake which he went right to fixing but had I not inadvertently tried the lights, he would have unknowingly left us without electrical service to our bathroom. Bottom line is that he made a mistake and was willing to fix it. I was however not happy with two things: 1. I waited a long time for this appointment -- 3 or 4 weeks in fact. And the day of the appointment, while I cleared my calendar and missed another appointment to make this happen, the appointment was delayed by 2 - 3 hours, from 1:30 - 2:30 start to a 4:30 pm start. That means that 4 hours of service took it way into the evening. 2. We had to wait three or four weeks to get this appointment. In the meantime, we had no dryer. So the delay was a major inconvenience, but we hoped that the value of the deal and the assurance that we would be limited to a bill of $196 for the labor (materials are extra of course) would be worth it. As it turned out, the work that we lined up really didn't take that long and there really wasn't a saving in it for us. We would have done better to pay the hourly rate and schedule earlier. But we didn't know that at the time. So, I was unhappy with the schedule on two counts and I happy with the work that was done, even with with the need to do a little rework.

Like most reviews state, scheduling an appointment is a challenge but that is because of being a small company. However, once past the scheduling, the actual workmanship is where the focus should be and Eric is great at that. Eric and his apprentice tackled one task at a time, never rushed and explained his approach for each task to ensure i am getting what i wanted. Spent good part of the day and have additional work left. Will be calling him again very soon to finish them up.

I'd use them again. Punctual, polite, did a great job, cleaned up, etc.

I purchased a Big Deal from them to run some wires. I had to schedule it about 5 weeks in advance, but I figured it was worth it because they had some good reviews on the site. They were scheduled for the morning of November 3rd and got to the house around 9:40. I explained what I wanted to have done, and the gentleman began the work. He had to phish a cable line down to the basement and over to the cable splitter and also install a cable outlet and electrical outlet on the wall so that I could mount a TV there. The outlets came out fairly decent, but in doing the job he drilled a hole in the finished ceiling below, which I was not happy about. He did a quick repair job on the hole and said all I had to do was to sand and repaint the ceiling. Gee thanks, but whatever, I do understand things happen. So, now that that was done, I wanted to have some additional wires run. He assessed where those would go and felt confident they wouldn't be an issue, so I expected him to begin the work. Instead, he said that he didn't have the wire and wouldn't have time to do it that day, because he had another appointment, even though less than 3 hours had passed of my 4 hour Big Deal, and he said the remaining work would only take an hour to an hour and a half. I even offered to run to the store to get the wire, which was not far away. He said there wasn't time. I just felt that they already got the money for the 4 hours and wanted me to pay for them to come back, but there was nothing I could really do about it. I wanted the remaining work done, so I scheduled them to come back in two weeks. This was already strike two as far as I was concerned after the damage to my ceiling. Two slow weeks went by and the day finally arrived for them to complete the work. They were scheduled the afternoon of November 17th. I waited all afternoon and nothing. I began making phone calls around 5:10. After calling both numbers that are listed for them I finally spoke to someone. They asked my name and called me back once or twice while they were trying to track things down. That was the last I heard from them that day. I then had to call back the following day to see what happened and when they were coming to the house. They called me back later that day and said sorry but they had no record of my appointment! They said the soonest they could get me in would be in another two weeks. I could not believe they wanted me to wait another two weeks for THEIR mistake. The gentleman I spoke with said he was willing to come back, but that's when it would have to be. That's exactly how he worded it - he was "willing" to come back. Wow, don't do me any favors. If you guys have that much business that you can make people wait for weeks and weeks at a time and then treat them like this, I'll find someone else. I just could not believe it. I wouldn't use them again, and I certainly would not recommend them. They're not worth the wait, not one bit. Totally unprofessional.

Went well. Professional service. Pleasant personality. Did not waste time, made cost effective recommendations. Would hire the provider again.

He arrived ahead of time which was refreshingly pleasant. I showed him what I wanted done and he did the work. Never once had to ask me to repeat anything and was very polite, personable, and professional. Worked right along til the job was finished. Now I wonder why it took me so long to get these things done as it makes life so much more pleasant.

They were very easy to deal with. Scheduled an appointment at a mutually convenient time. Arrived on time. Provided helpful suggestions about which light fixtures I should use. And went about doing the work described above.

This was an Angie's List Big Deal - Once we purchased, they set up the appointment immediately and showed 10 minutes early. Did a great job, and we have been using the outlet non-stop with outside lights, and a spot light for our flag. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, and wish they came out with the same deal so we could have one done on the back of the house.

Don did a great job and explained the job in detail to me. My dad's house needed updated electrical service and electrical box. Don did a fabulous job. He's very prompt, professional and detailed oriented. He also did many small jobs, from adding gfi outlets to changing out a light box. I highly recommend Master's Electrical!
