It went well. They kind of have their apprentice with them so it wasn't quite the whole two hours for each person. Everything worked well. They could have gotten one more thing done if they didn't have to keep going through the guy's stuff.

I've been using them for all my electrical stuff because they're very fair-priced. They come quick and they get the stuff done quick. We've used them. They are nice guys. Their prices seem fair and they get the job done fast. My interaction with them is good. They are very polite. It was a favorable quote. I imagine when they come, it'll be priced by the hour.

It was good. They were efficient. I had a good interaction with them. The work turned out good. It works.

The service worked out really well, they did a good job. They came out in a couple of weeks after I purchased the big deal. I paid an additional amount, but that was for extra things that I had them do. The quality of service stood out, particularly when they had to install the outside outlet, it was tricky and it ended up being a really nice and neat job. I thought their price was very fair, and reasonable.

Electrician was not able to provide service in an acceptable time frame. More importantly than that, if he would have called me the next day to let me know they got slammed on the Angie's List promotion, that would be one story. He waited two weeks to let us know it would be another 11 days until he could get out here. This is really what got me upset.

They contacted me through the Angie's List website, even though I submitted my phone number and email and requested that they call me to schedule. The only time they ever called me they said they were at my house ready to do the work and we had never even scheduled an appointment. I then received an irate voicemail about not being there, but I didn't even know about them coming in the first place! Now I am trying to call them to reschedule and they are completely unresponsive. I do not plan on using them in the future.

They were punctual and performed the job as agreed, they also helped us figure out what adapter we needed to buy to finish the range hood installation.

Everything handled with excellence. Don arrived on time, I handed him the list describing what needed to be done, and he breezed through it, fixing one problem after the next until it was all done. In addition, I told him about a joint plumbing/electrical problem we were having and he diagnosed and resolved the problem within minutes. He gave me the information we need to ensure the problem does not re-occur, in any of our houses. He saved us several hundred dollars that we were going to pay for a plumber and replacement part! In sum, Don works fast, gets things done, know his craft, and I recommend his company to anyone needing electricians you can trust. I give this company an A+.

As usual, Don was great. He arrived on time, performed a flawless job, and cleaned up. We will work with his company again.

Worker came on time, changed all 4 light fixture. He tested all the bulbs to make sure the fixture was working correctly. He also swept and cleaned up after himself. We will be using this company for additonal light fixture changes and mounting our TV above the fireplace.

Electrician was very professional, punctual and helpful. I will definitely use Master's in the future.

They were very good, excellent. We went round and round with cancellations. I cancelled him and he cancelled me. I had to pay extra for some parts for the outlet, about $25. The outlet was an afterthought. I just asked him how much it would cost and he said that he would do it right then and there. He was very good.

They were wonderful. We had them do a little extra work than what we originally bought the deal for.

It was very good. They were good. We were surprised. The deal said four hours' worth of electricity work. The guys came in for $200 for four hours of electrical work at our other home. We had quite a list of things they could tackle there. When they showed up, it was two guys and they stayed for two hours. That was not presented. It was four hours' worth of electrical work, but it never said it was going to be two guys for two hours. I thought that was a little misleading. I am not dissatisfied with the work that the fellows did. They were fine. They did as much as they could, but they were there for two hours. I don’t know if only one of them had been there, they would have got the same amount of work done in four hours. It was misleading to start with. Had we known that they were going to be two people for two hours, we would have maybe approached it in a different way. They really did good work. My wife set this up. I was the person who went to the home with these folks. We had no complaints about the work they did in two hours. The only complaint I have is that it wasn’t enough for two people for two hours. I don’t have any complaints whatsoever with the work they did. They are pretty far away. They came a long way. Where they are located and where they came to is substantially over an hour's trip just to get there for a couple of hours' worth of work. We probably could find someone closer, but when it comes down to quality and what they did, I would hire them again for their quality for sure. They did a good job.

We attempted to call them several times to schedule an appointment and never received a return call.

They were prompt and worked hard. I felt like the price was fair and the material costs were very minimal without mark up. They helped me with the issues at hand. I actually had them out a second time for some additional work.

Had hard time getting the service scheduled. I could never get it together because my schedule can change.

I've aware that the 4 hours advertised is actually 2 hours for 2 people

They did a great job. Arrived on the scheduled time and went straight to work. The job was a bit easier than expected so he lowered the price. I am very pleased and would use them again.

Eric and Don are both good electrician. They don't try to gouge people. Their quotes were fair and work ethics was great. Most importantly change orders are very reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves and if there was a mistake they patched things up well. They are good people working hard to make a buck. Would recommend both of them without hesitation.

Master's was so awesome I can't say enough about how pleased I am. They gave me a 9:30a-10:30a window and arrived at 10:30a and went right to work. We had a closed off box in the LR ceiling, replacement fixtures for the DR/Bath/back patio and upstairs hall. All of those were done in 2 hours. They installed a new weatherproof box and replaced our GFI outside and then finished with a new breaker and outlet for our chest freezer. I had a lot of things on the list and they completed all of them in just 4 short hours. The electrician was pleasant and friendly and took pains to ensure everything was installed and tested. They had to use some of their materials and the cost was less than what I would have paid going to the hardware store to get the things needed. I would definately use them again! We have an old house so I was worried they were going to find major issues that would eat up the time, but they took care of everything!

That went good, they said they would work for four hours but they only worked for three because one of the things that I wanted done they didn't have the supplies for and they were supposed to provide the supplies. I used him like last February, March, I had him for four hours, It was the same guy and he's very thorough and neat, I think they're great. But like I said he was only there for three hours and I had paid for four hours. He needed to to do some outside tubing and he didn't have the supplies. I would definitely use them again.

No problems at all. I am very happy with the work completed. I plan to call Master's Electrical in the spring or summer for some outdoor work.
