There was some difficulty with the box springs due to the tight space at the bottom of the 2nd floor stairs but they managed. I was very satisfied.

Great job on clean out. They even found precious pictures and gave them to us. We thought we had sorted things well, but we obviously missed a very important box or two. They also found children's savings bonds we had misplaced in a move years earlier and gave them to us but asked for a cut of half the amount as they were handed to us. That's fair if you look at it one way..that they would have been totally lost otherwise, but as they were a gift from someone to someone's chilld, if I were on the other end of the equation, I would have just done the decent thing and given them back with no strings to the customer. I could have said 'no,' of course, but if that's how they feel they have to play it, then it's not worth debating, merely a different perspective on things. However, that did put a negative taste in my mouth none-the-less. Also, I didn't appreciate a few of the comments made, one being that I could hear the f-word said loudly while I was in the house with my kids.

It went very well, I was very pleased.

Good communication to coordinate. Had to coordinate because we found that we had a bees' nest and needed to remove first. They also needed to make sure they had the right vehicle for hauling.

It was fine. I asked them to do extra work. He charged me $100 more than was on the Big Deal. It seemed to be fair on the charges. They were very responsive, and they got the job done quickly. They had to dismantle a couch in order to get it out the door. It was junk. So they didn't complain about that, they just did it.

They did a A job! There were a few things they couldn't haul away but I understand why. They were on time, their responsiveness was top notch. I would use them again if needed.

Robert and his crew were very organized and professional. I got the initial half truck deal that they had on Angie's list. Would I hire them again? I already did.

The company does have a truck/trailer, but buyer does need to rent dumpster which was an additional cost. The project went smoothly and in a timely manner.

The service was great. I did, however, find the size of 1/2 of a load smaller than I expected.

They gave excellent service with quick and clean removal. They were careful with larger items and made sure not to damage anything. I liked that they were easy to get in touch with and were very accommodating. There were some family photos that we were unaware of, but when they found them, they returned them to us.

They did an amazing job. The basement is completely empty when before there was barely a path to get through.
