It went ok, I wish I had done a little more research on the type of truck he would use. He came to our home with a trailer on the back of his vehicle to put the debri to be moved and the trailer wasn't that large.. I thought it was going to be a truck and the price he wanted to move additional pieces of debri was a little higher than I expected.

When I made the call, they were able to schedule me within just a few days. The person who did the hauling was friendly, professional and efficient. There was an up charge for hauling containers that needed to be recycled, which was fair. I would definitely call this company again, and recommend them highly.

Rob was on time and loaded his trailer with the old scrap lumber I had stored in my basement. He was both personable and professional.

Bert's Hauling did an excellent job. They arrived on time, and were polite, professional and efficient. It took them about an hour. They loaded up a washer, dryer, hot water tank, dehumidifier, multiple large pieces of exercise equipment, old fencing and metal roofing pieces, old clothes, and other miscellaneous junk. They also uninstalled a heavy old air conditioner from a window and hauled it. The basement was pretty grimy, and access was narrow, with high steps and low overhead clearance. Both men were cheerful and polite throughout. Thank you both so much!

He charged me the 169.00 price. Truck held very little. He had to come back again and charged me over 400.00 The original value of the coupon was only 300.00 per visit. He did not even load up all the way. He was a scammer and price gouger. I would not recommend him to anyone due to the excessive amount he charged on the second visit.

The guys arrived early and went straight to work. They did a great job.

He was very prompt and professional. The only issue I have is that since it was only one person and he had to remove a large sofa, he ended up doing some minor damage to my front door (which was not spotted until after he left.) I would recommend him and I would use him again. I would just make sure that he/we were a bit more careful with moving things. I thought his prices were reasonable and he was very organized in loading truck to remove and minimize cost.
