Description of Work: I had a neighbors tree leaning toward my house. Bartlett came to give clearance away from my home. They did a great job, but most importantly, they prioritized safety while doing there job.

Description of Work: Four men, including arborist Rob Palochak, pruned 2 oak trees and 9 other trees in my yard. They were all very professional and worked most of the day. They cleaned up all branches and checked in with me before they left to ask if I was satisfied with the job they did and to know if there was anything else they could do for me. I was impressed with their work, work ethic, and job done. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Rob and Karl had to remove a large dead tree in our backyard. The also agree for a little more to take down a smaller tree. They arrived on time. We felt bad that about an hour into their job it started pouring rain. They finished the job. They also did the proper disposal for the large tree that was infected with the ash bore. Rob and Karl were awesome! Our only issue was scheduling them. Somehow our info had not been passed along to the new person. When Bartlett replied to my message on Angie's list, it took a couple weeks for the to send me a message back. We almost started looking for somebody else....

Description of Work: The Bartlett crew was very professional. They removed some old shrubs and several dead ash trees. They also pruned several trees. The work went very smoothly in spite of rainy weather. We were very impressed with the skill they used in taking down tall trees in a difficult location. When they left, all debris was cleaned up and taken away.

Description of Work: trimmed the tree and installed a cable. They did a great job. Just thought the price was a little high. But I did not want some backyard cowboy with a chainsaw cutting on my tree. They did a nice job and cleaned everything up afterward

Description of Work: They removed a large pine from the front yard and trimmed and fertilized two crabapple trees. They did an excellent job, great clean-up. Gary Adams was the arborist and he was very thorough in his explanations of his recommendations for the three trees involved.

The local Bartlett representative, Richard Vrboncic, provided a detailed plan for my approval, along with information on the schedule and cost for completing each phase. The work was completed as planned and significant improvement in landscape appearance is now evident. I highly recommend Bartlett for professional tree/shrub work.
Description of Work: My landscape includes numerous trees and shrubs that were deteriorated in appearance due to lack of appropriate treatment. Bartlett developed a detailed plan for improvement that included soil analysis, tree pruning, soil treatment to supply necessary nutrients, as well as suppress various damaging bugs, and release of predatory mites to suppress damaging mites.

+ -1 moreI REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE IN EARLY JULY, RECEIVED ONE JULY 21. I SIGNED THE CONTRACT ON AUGUST 3, AND MADE SPECIAL REQUEST THAT THE ARBORIST PERFORM THE WORK HIMSELF WHEN I WAS AT HOME. I WAS ASSURED THAT THIS WOULD BE DONE. IT IS NOW OCTOBER 21, AND HE NEVER PERFORMED THE WORK. EVERY WEEK THAT HE WOULD EVEN COMMUNICATE HAD A DIFFERENT EXCUSE; THE VAST MAJORITY OF WEEKS, HE NEVER CONTACTED ME AT ALL DESPITE MY MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO CALL HIM.

STEPHEN CAME OUT AND EXPLAINED WHAT THEY WOULD DO, WHEN THEY WOULD DO THAT, AFTER I EXPLAINED WHAT MY OVERALL AIM IS. THEY ARE EXPENSIVE, BUT WORTH IT. AS THEY DID A FANTASTIC, PLEASING OF THE EYE JOB, AND A PERFECT CLEAN UP. NOW THE TREE LOOKS HEALTHY AND MORE BEAUTIFUL.
