Had a stand of 5 Spruce trees in my back yard which have had a large number of dying branches; one of Bartlett's tree expert came & examine my trees & discussed the cause of the problems & the treatment that would be needed to save these trees including estimated cost per tree; He also included cautions as to the risk of the treatment being able ineffective in saving the trees. The young man was extremely knowledgeable & professional ... was very gentle in helping guide my decision in the direction that would be best for me. There was no charge for this visit; we left it that I would call for an estimate if I was interested in having Bartlett move forward in treating the trees.

After some weather delays - it's not safe to hang high in a tree in a storm -- the work was completed. The crew that did the job was excellent, knowledgeable and worked tirelessly. They cleaned up at the end of each day. I was very pleased. I was concerned that Bartlett would be more expensive than others, but I found them to be cost competitive. The climbers were trained arborists. I would definitely use them again.

The work took several days to complete. When completed they did a outstanding cleanup of the area.

They were excellent. They were very professional and knew what they were doing. They were terrific. They came when they said they would. They did a fantastic job with the trees. They were experts and did a great job. You would be happy if you hired them. They are coming again this spring.

Stephen Miller, the rep for my area, came out to give me a quote in early September. He was punctual and professional. The quote arrived in a timely manner via email. I arranged with Stephen for the trimming to take place about a month later after I returned from a trip. Once I returned I contacted Stephen and scheduled the trimming for the following week. The trimmers arrived on time, did a great job, and (most importantly) did a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

There was a knock on the door early and each member of the crew introduced themselves,told me the reason they were here, then set out to do the task at hand; and accomplished it in a very short period of time.

Rich Vrboncic with Bartlett Tree experts was an extremely valuable partner in a small project to prune and remove some trees on my property. He was extremely responsive, listened effectively to our needs, and promptly scheduled and completed the work. While he was here he took me around the property and gave me some tips about other things I can do to maintain the health of the trees and the overall property. There was an item that we discussed to be included but was mistakenly left out of the contract. I was very impressed that he quickly acknowledged the oversight and still performed the work as we discussed. It was only a small item, but it's nice to see a contractor with enough integrity to do this as discussed. Overall, a great experience with Bartlett! I will definitely be using their services in the future.

They were really good. They came out and looked at everything. They took an image, gave me some suggestions, and gave some options regarding what could be done. I spent about $200 on the job. I would use them again in the future.

I contacted the company in mid october about possible work on my two large trees. The estimator come out when we had agreed upon and talked about what he would do to the trees and , more importantly, why these things needed done... I never got the feeling that I was being talked down to.. The crew come two weeks later, again when we had agreed upon, they were ontime, professional, neat, and courteous.. they did what they said they were going to do and did it well..I don't let just anyone do work for me and I WOULD USE BARLETT AGAIN... I was really impressed with the amount and commitment to safety i witnessed.. I never had to worry about someone falling and suing me because they were taking chances. They were very knowledgeable. I would always recommend them to anybody. They were efficient and their price was reasonable.

We've used them before so we called them again. We did the smaller trees ourselves but we needed somebody with equipment to get up higher to do the bigger trees. They took the limbs with them.

They were great. I called and the lady from the Imperial office was very quick to call me back within a day or so. She told me the name of the fellow that was going to be coming out. They emailed me a profile of this gentleman's experience, education, and photograph, so I would recognize him. All of their technicians are certified arborists, which is what I was looking for. The only unnecessary upsell was an injected fertilizer at the roots of the tree as well as another smaller tree, those trees get their nutrition at the surface roots, so a deep injection wasn't helpful.

They are excellent. We use them on an annual basis. They are very professional and very reliable. They know their business. The workers are very professional.

The service was done promptly after the contract was signed. I'm very pleased with the work. There was virtually no mess left in the yard, the tree that was removed ...frankly, the spot looked like there had never even been a tree there in the first place, and those that were trimmed and thinned looked so much better. I highly recommend Mr. Virbonic and his local company.

This is almost like a yearlong process. I like the fact that they could get the tree to come back. It is looking great now. It is an oak tree, and it is very big. They were working on some other project, and I have to give them a call to find out what is going on with the others too. Overall, I am happy with their service. They are pretty thorough. They are a little pricey. They are doing a good job.

We called 2 other tree companies and they both said that they would grind up the tree and use it as mulch. When I called Bartlett at South Hills and he said that he wouldn't do that because it was a diseased tree. He is very good and honest! He does the best work. He is very caring and knowledgeable.

From the start the arborist and crew were informative and professional. They answered emails promptly and supplied detailed work orders. I plan to bring them back for any future work I need on my trees and highly recommend the company.

The job that they did was excellent and I am very pleased with them. I would recommend them to others. They were prompt and knowledgeable. They also send a newsletter about the research that they have done on the trees. They are very good at taking care of trees. I will probably have them come out again in this October.

Rich came over and gave us an estimate within a few days of the our phone call. However, his estimate was significantly higher than the tree service that we had used previously so we chose the latter.

Even though we chose another tree service to do the work for us, I was very impressed with Rich's professionalism. We scheduled a 10:30 meeting and I received a call a few minutes before to tell me he was on his way. He took the time to talk to me about my options with both trees and let me know I would have an estimate e-mailed to me by Sunday. The estimate was e-mailed Sunday morning. I responded to him telling we had gone with another company and I was very impressed that he took the time to respond to thank me for considering him and to leave the door open for future work.

I have been using them for years. They are unbelievably knowledgeable! They are very concerned about helping you maintain the long term health of the tree. They have always arrived promptly and been very helpful in their servicing. I will continue to use this company in the future.

We have a bunch of trees on the property and they have done a fabulous job keeping everything looking real good. They do very steady work and are always here when they say they are going to be which is a problem with some companies around here.

Scott came an estimated the work, answered all my questions, gave me a written estimate that day and followed up with a typed estimate within three days. I signed the contract and returned it to Bartlett the day after receiving it. Followed up with a call to schedule the work, but Scott did not return my call within the week so I called again. Scott returned my second call and scheduled the work for the next Friday. Workers showed up when scheduled, were professional, completed work and cleaned up very well. Work did take two days to complete instead of one, and when the workers left on the first day no one let me know they would be back on Monday.
