Description of Work: I used them twice and they solved the problem. The first was a leaking pipe in bathroom sink and he replaced the pipe and also installed a new faucet and noted that the sink wasn't secured and he repaired that too. | |The second problem was the toilet not filling with water. They replaced the piece in the tank and solved the problem. They are prompt and courteous.

 + -1 moreThey returned our call very quickly and were able to come out the next day. We had been having chronic problems with our toilets leaking and running, and previous repairs with other companies had not lasted more than a couple of months. They looked at our toilets and determined that decades of wear had deformed parts of the tank and would make it impossible to achieve a long-term fix without replacing the toilets. We agreed, and he left to get the new toilets. Within an hour, he had returned, and was finished with the job in another hour and a half. He was very polite and professional, and we were pleased with the end result. He cleaned up after the installation, and did a very good job.
Description of Work: They came out to repair our leaking toilets, and decided that they needed replacing. They were able to replace both toilets the same day they they came out.

Description of Work: He responded very quickly to an emergency in my basement. Without going into too much detail because it is rather disgusting...but my basement flooded with a certain matter one finds in the toilet...he cleaned out the drain and also was able to locate where my main drain was even after I contacted several plumbing companies who could not find it.

 + -1 moreI called on 9/24 requesting an estimate for a drain cleaning. My call was returned the next day. I called back on 9/26 and was told my info was not in the system, but was told someone would come out on 9/30 between 9-10am. No one had come by 10:30am, so I called and was told the original plumber had an accident and someone else would be sent out after finishing a job around 12pm. Again, no one had come by 3:30pm, so I called the office. The answering machine picked up, so I left a message. I am totally irritated by the episode since I had other appointments and things to do but rearranged my day to accommodate their changes. I really wasted a day. I'm wondering if anyone will get back to me on Monday. I wonder what would have happened if it was an emergency!

 + 0 moreCompany was very easy to deal with, and gave us a thorough and accurate estimate. Upon removal of the floor, Wexler recommended that we also replace the feeder lines, which was not in the original estimate. Since they too were over 35 years old, we agreed. Workers performed their jobs with diligence, but unfortunately left the job with the hot and cold lines reversed, leaks in one of valves and the main drainage joint, and a non-functioning bathtub stopper. It took two more visits to completely fix these problems, but the work was finally completed a week later with no additional charges.
Description of Work: We needed to have our leaking bathroom drain pipes replaced. This also required removing our tile floor and replacing it with new.

 + -1 moreTerrible attitude, rude. I have a $4000 job that I wanted to see if Wexler Plumbing could do, but they lost my business now and forever with this behavior.
Description of Work: I called to get an estimate on a job for a possible problem between our house and the main city sewer line (digging up the curb traps and replacing). A previous company had said that's what the problem was. When I tried to explain I wanted a second opinion on what this prior company had told me, the company rep started to tell me what the problem was exactly and that they would charge $160 to clean drain out. I tried to explain that someone already did that and it didn't fix the problem, but then I was rudely told I shouldn't cut her off. Her basic attitude was that I was an idiot, and should just shut up and listen to her.
