From sales to install my experience was great. Overall, I was extremely pleased in the quality of materials used & the quality of installation I'd definitely recommend them to anyone & hope to use them again. All reps & etc. were kind, courteous & knowledgeable .

Addendum: Got a call from Don shortly after I posted this. He came to my home and helped clean up the remainder of the mess left by his guys. The windows seem decent and house is warmer. In the future I would recommend that when a job is complete, have a supervisor come and do a quick inspection. This was a very unfortunate thing and was avoidable if someone had checked their work. Thank you Don. I did hire, they were not good. three hours late, left a big mess, my house smelled terrible like they smoked cigarettes and left broken glass in my bedroom and all over my driveway along with a ton of cigarette butts. the final straw was one of them tried to take my step stool and quickly put it down when my son caught him. Completely unprofessional and sloppy

From sales to install my experience was excellent ! Great work, very satisfied with the install of all my downstairs windows, front door, and sliding back door. There were 4 workers sent here, all extremely skilled , they worked non stop until job was done. I was very impressed with their professionalism, Jason the project manager oversaw the work, and was very detailed to all that was being done ! Very happy with the energy efficient windows and sliding door ! I can feel the difference already. The best thing is their limited Lifetime Warranty ! Best one overall out there that I've seen. I will definitely recommend to my neighbors, friends, and family .

Quality job completed quickly and with quality. Protected property and clean up was thorough. Project manager returned to walk through and personally check final product. Entire experience from sales to workmanship was excellent.

Had Green Star Exteriors come to my home and was cursing the whole time he was here. Said he would be here at 7:30 pm, showed at 8 pm so he was late. Asked for a quote and said I wouldn't give a yes or no today, started getting upset and cursing more. Told him to leave and acted as if he wanted to fight me almost escalated it to the cops. Running his mouth the whole time, Will NEVER USE them or recommend them.

We have a high pitch roof, old asphalt shingles and many dormers. Great team to work with and responsive to calls. Definitely recommend

Fast clean efficient and professional

The roofing crew was excellant. Very quick and thorough installation. Tarps placed to protect landscapping and gazebo. Excellant cleanup. Absolutly no complaints at all.

Bad experience. Irresponsible sloppy work, not professional at all. Too expensive. Good customer service from one person only- construction manager Brian Carty. He is excellent. He fixed the sloppy work from the roof crew.

These windows are fantastic! The houses are very close in this neighborhood and I no longer hear the cars drive by or my neighbor playing his drum set at 10 am on Sunday mornings! The salesman and installers are great. When selling me the windows, they spent 2 1/2 hours at the end of a long day, patiently explaining what makes the window thermally efficient and sound dampering. The installers are 3 men, 2 of them are brothers. They are truly artists. Their measurements were so accurate that they used no shims. My home is 99 years old and they made the outside look as beautiful as the inside. They care in what their work looks like. They are meticulous and clean up after themselves. I'm going to use them again to replace other windows and doors.

They delivered what was promised. My new roof looks great! Project manager answered all my questions before and after job was finished. Only minus is that I thought Green Star was pricey.

Make sure you meet with the protect manager before the work star

The whole process from estimate, to scheduling, to completing the work was very smooth. I'd definitely recommend them if you need a new roof.
