Very responsive to any questions we had. Very competent and knowledgeable. It took two days to install the system. They were careful to cover the work area inside. When complete they took time to explain how to use the new thermostat. I found them to be pleasant and unassuming as to our abilities to cope with new technology. ( We had one representative tell us he wouldn't sell us a programmable thermostat because we were probably too old to cope with it!) Other companies sent out sales people to give an estimate...these guys came themselves. They listened to our concerns and needs and advised on the right system for us. The new system is great...quiet and cool.

This company is absolutely the best! Michael and Tyler have been servicing my 20 year old AC unit and heat pump for the last 5 years. They have kept it up and running for me until this spring when it finally needed to be replaced. I have had to call them several times in an emergency and they have always gotten back to me promptly and made repairs often the same day! They are professional and extremely knowledgeable and have often gone above and beyond. They gave me several price points/options depending on my budget and I was extremely pleased to have these choices.They reviewed all my options with me so I could make an informed decision. I converted to natural gas and am really happy with my new system. On installation they found some duct work that was installed incorrectly and pointed the issues out to me. They will be repairing it as much as possible in the next month or so. This will provide better air/heat circulation in my home. I highly recommend Anderson Mechanical. They are so personable and really easy to work with. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Monday they arrvied and replaced my water tank. They noticed my furnace was mis-firing and explained what the mis-firing was and why it was happening. They also noticed I had an extreme amount of air in my water pipes and bleed the lines. They asked me if I could hear water running at times and I never gave it a thought why and it was due to the air in the pipes. They explained things to me in detail and now I know what to look for in the future that could possibly head off any major repairs in the future. I also asked about a converting to a water heater for the summer to save on oil costs and Typer gave me a ball park figure of how much it would cost for the water heater and explained it could heat my water year round and really help with heating oil costs and it would be around $20 extra in electric per month. Installation would be no problem since my electrical box is within feet of my furnace. I was very happy with the customer service, the professionalism, the attention to detail and Tyler even mentioned the $25 coupon to me after I said I was an Angie's list member when I originally called. I will definitely use them again in the future and even have mentioned them to my friends and family already.

What a joy to work this company. Personal prompt service. Phone was answered by a person when I called to make the appointment. They were running a little late and called to let me know. Arrived promptly after that. Explained the work they did as well as how it was priced. Very reasonable pricing, too. They even noticed a minor problem that had nothing to do with our heating system. Told my husband how to do the simple repair, where to buy the part and how much it would cost. I gave them A's in everything and I NEVER do that. What a great little company.

I called them, they answered the phone (no answering machine or (service), said they would call me back to let me know if they could come on the same day. A few minutes later they called me and said that they could be here on the same day. They said they would be here at 3:00. They were just a little late, but not too bad. Very friendly and professional. They kept me informed of what they were doing the whole time and explained everything that had to be done. They were here for a little over an hour, yet only charged for one hour. No hidden fees of BS! They also provided recommendations on what to do or not to do with my system moving forward, as it is an older system with some challenges. They fixed everything promptly. I have decided to switch companies and have this company service my system moving forward. THE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH A HEATING CO.

They arrived, were careful to keep door closed so dog would not escape. It was a dirty job but they cleaned up in the house and garage. They were friendly, professional, and patient with our family.

It was an excellent service experience. They are very thorough at what they do. (as an example, the description of services preformed came off the invoice they gave me.) From start to finish they were very professional. I was experiencing water temperature and pressure changes in the shower and hot water coming out of the cold water side of the sink. I first called my brother, who works in construction in another state and asked him what might caused this. He told me it could be a few things but I probably needed a new water heater.I then called Anderson's late on a Saturday afternoon and they picked up. The best time for me was early Monday morning and they were here right at 8:30. They ran some test and came back and said the water heater was a little old but is working fine. The main problem was the high water pressure coming into the house ruptured the bladder in the expansion tank. That needed to be replaced and also suggested that I add a pressure reducing valve to prevent it from happening again or damage any other systems or seals in the house. (They told me it was not required to fix the problem but would recommend it.) They gave me an estimate and actually came in below it. The whole visit went very well. On a side note, they have also worked on my AC/HVAC system and even my roof, every time the price and been fair and the service excellent. (I even sent them over to help out my dad with his house.) I also like the fact that it is small family run business that stands behind their work.

This was a rather expensive but necessary upgrade to our home. The two young men from Anderson were excellent in every way. They promptly contacted us to make an appointment to give an estimate, (unlike a number of other contractors we contacted). They arrived for the estimate appointment on time, again unlike one of our contacted contractors. They quickly got back with an estimate, or really 3 different estimates comprising the various options we might choose. Once we had selected a set of components, they set a date during the next week to install the system. They showed up and worked all day for two and a half days, keeping me apprised of progress and issues as they went. Their work was well executed, neat and professional. The techs, Mike and Tyler, were very pleasant, clearly intelligent and competent, something I appreciated given the long term investment involved. Overall I would highly recommend them for heating and air conditioning work.

The two gentleman that came to my home through the whole process were the most professional and socialable contractors/servicemen I have ever dealt with. I have never laughed as much and enjoyed myself while spending so much money before. They were very clean and cleaned up any mess they made when they made it. Didn't leave it and track it all over the rest of the house. I recommend this company to anyone thinking of replacing their heating and air conditioning.
