Description of Work: We have used M Leonard in the past, they were expensive but got the job done. We had them in more recently in to fix a leaky connection in 1 toilet and a problem with automatic flushing in another. The leak was fixed. The other issue persisted. The bill was over 300$ | |We are not satisfied with the service and the price seems too high.

Description of Work: We used Mike Leonard's Plumbing for plumbing services. They provided a new p-trap for the sink in bathroom and the main bedroom's bathroom.

Description of Work: Called to get estimate for water conditioner and pressure tank replacements. I was told there's an $85 fee applicable to total cost of job if I use them. This after already dealing with other plumbers and water system companies who do not charge you for the privilege of considering using them for service or equipment purchase. I guess there's enough rich or crazy people out there to pay $85 for nothing or information freely and willingly given by Mike Leonard's Plumbing competitors or maybe this company really doesn't care or have much interest in developing new business.

Description of Work: I called Mike Leonard's Plumbing after getting a quote from Pronto Plumbing for a leak that was originating around my bathtub somewhere and going into the basement. The gentleman showed up. looked at the main pipe from the shower to the faucet and then looked around the tub and tiles. He said he didn't think it was a problem with the pipes. Meanwhile, I had just received confirmation from Pronto Plumbing that it WAS the pipes and the cost to replace the old copper piping (the essential plus a few more in the basement that were old) would be $2700. The gentleman called the guy they refer to for tile and grout, Bill Garrison. He talked to Bill on the phone while pushing in on the tile and assessing the grout. He told me he was sure it was due to the cracks in the grout. He said to go get a shower curtain and a spring rod as a quick fix until Bill could come fix it. I paid for the assessment and could tell he hated to take it since it ended up to be out of his plumbing arena, but it was money well spent. Bill and his coworker spent a 10 hour day at my house pulling all of the tiles off and re-grouting. It looks fantastic and no more leaks. They also left the bathroom floor cleaner than it was when they got here, so that was a bonus. Great crew and a great assessment and referral by Mike Leonard's Plumbing.

Description of Work: Amateur installation of disposal resulted in water leak. Called Leonard's, came promptly, removed and reinstalled disposal while providing a new part which had not been used in initial installation and subsequently thrown away. The base rate for work is $83 and I was charged $20 for mounting bracket . I do not know how their hourly rate compares - it seems like a lot, but I find them totally reliable and prompt which I have to have.

Description of Work: I bought a new kitchen faucet from Costco with the hope that I might be able to install myself. After some study of the situation, I decided it would be best to ask Mike Leonard's Plumbing services to do the job. They have provided services before and the experience was good. However, today, the service technicial Mike K arrived one half hour late. I had everything ready to go. He detected a problem with my instant hot water dispenser, so I asked him how much that would cost to replace. He worked up an estimate that (with labor over $500) that I declined for the immediate time. He then put in the uni-faucet, but was unable to install the soap dispenser. He was here 2 hours, and charged me $290.00. To be honest, I felt gouged. Based on my reading of other reviews, I think he could have completed this work in much less time. But the work he did was fine and he was quite nice. I think next time I will have to be much more diligent in asking about price before I contract with them. I think $290 is too much to pay to have a uni faucet installed, am I crazy?

Description of Work: Mike Leonard Plumbing did an excellent job. They installed a new kitchen sink, faucet and garage disposal. The repairman was friendly and professional. I had a small problem with the sink , they retured replaced the faulty part with no additional labor charge. I only paid a small amount the the part. Thank you for a great job.
