Very smooth, efficient process from estimate through competition. Doug and his team were responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and worked incredibly hard. They took every necessary caution to social distance, wear masks etc to address the COVID-19 requirements safely. Plus we are really happy with the quality of the work, the components selected and the cost.

Fantastic New Boiler installed. Runs great. The job was done ahead of schedule and the old boiler was removed and replaced with a high efficiency unit. Doug and his crew were very nice and reacted quickly when we asked for a quotation. Explained everything and I would highly recommend Comfort Master for your Heating and air conditioning system.

Doug came and after looking at the heating and airconditiong unit which was at the end of its life, laid out options for replacement. I ask him to make a recommendation and gave me an estimate on a system designed to provide comfort and energy savings. The estimate given laid out precisely what they would do and in a very timely manner.

Contacted through Angie's... Was able to setup appoint for visit immediately (thanks Doug). Was provided with quote the same day - with 50% down... the process began. They arrived on-schedule, completed the work ahead-of-time, hauled away the old unit, cleaned up the area (like they never been there) - (Thanks Cody & Matt). Communication was great. Knew what was happening every step of the way. What can I say,.. very happy with the company, the staff. Highly recommended. A week later... so glad to have working AC in this super hot, summer weather.

Great job! Originally called them for an estimate for central AC. After their assessment we decided a mini-split system would work best. We are so happy with the job and the new system provides added heat in the winter. A real cost saver for us! Highly recommend their services. Would use them again! Very professional, clean and courteous. Great guys!

He left his garbage behind. He did not close the pipe of the battery operated pump and the water was leaking, it came back to my basement.

My furnace was not working so I went on Angie’s list to find a plumber. Found comfort master LLC. Spoke to Doug and he was able to fix the furnace but suggested that it needs to be replaced. ( I’ve been warned about replacing this furnace before it breaks down by other plumbers thru the years.) Doug showed up at 8 am as promised, replaced the furnace and made sure all floors were getting heated properly. I will definitely use him again if I have any plumbing issues.
