Description of Work: A Moen faucet cartridge needed replacement. However, the retention ring was "frozen" and would not move. Bob, knew how to apply enough persuasion to remove the ring without damaging the faucet. He installed a new cartridge and ring, inspected his work carefully and cleaned up the sink area. Bob was pleasant, well spoken and knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to have him back for other work.

They know their job, but I felt that some of the details and finishing touches could have been been completed in a manner to match the rest of the work that they did. I plan to use them again in the future.

Description of Work: My 23-year-old well was in need of a new pump. Adams came out the very next day after I called, and temporarily fixed some plumbing issues. The next day, after inspecting the pump, the part was ordered and picked up on the same day. The repair was done in one day. I still had problems with dirt in my line, since it had been disturbed during repair, and they were out first thing Monday morning with an easy fix. I would definitely recommend this company. I had dealt with them over a year ago when I had my kitchen remodeled, and they installed my sink. When the faucet ended up being the wrong one, they went above and beyond looking for a new one.
