Was hours late, due to an emergency call. Zach was very professional but after speaking with others who had similar work done I feel I was way overcharged. Will not be using them again in the future.

Wire Guys started with the generator and worked to the inside and tested it to make sure it was right and gave a thorough explanation on everything as it was done and gave us a clean bill of health. Their costs were very reasonable for their skill level and knowledge. I have them on speed dial. I would give them an A+.

The same guy comes back every year. He does a very thorough job, takes his time and lets us know what we can do to keep the unit running smoothly. He also lets us know everything he did to the unit. They always give us a reminder when we are due for service. Scheduling appointments is fine and they accommodate our schedule. The communication on billing is good. I have recommended their service to others.

They corrected everything that was wrong with it. The technicians were great. They knew what they were doing . They ordered the part and it came in within about six weeks. They connected it all up in one day. One person completed the work in a day. The repaired was covered by Lowes, which is where the generator was purchased. Wayne, the General Manager at Lowe’s in Bartonsville took responsibility and followed through for making sure the repairs were covered.

Everything was completed quickly and neatly. Zach and Tony did a wonderful job of ensuring the electrical system in my house was taken care of and safe.

All went well. Showed up in time frame given to me, found problem fast and had parts needed in truck.

Technician was hard working, had a good attitude, very pleasant and professional. We have always found Arc Electric employees to be very personable and they get the job done and they make sure it is what the customer wants to have done.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the company. I wanted an estimate to purchase and install a propane-based back-up generator for my home. A receptionist made an appointment by phone and a sales rep came on time. He was very professional and competent. Pointed out things I needed to be made aware of; he was able to answer all of my questions. He seemed to know the product line (Generac) very well. Before he left he gave me a written estimate. I did not use the company because I found a lower estimate from a local company. However, I would call Wire Guys again if the opportunity arose to use them. I was very impressed. Only one minor problem, but easy to overcome. I had to call twice to arrange a visit. No big deal, only a minor inconvenience.

They gave me a firm price, not an estimate. There wasn't any excitement or drama. They came in did the work, and I paid them. The were very professional, and did a good job. When they first came in they put overshoe covers on. That was a nice touch. If they weren't exactly sure of what I wanted, they made a point to ask me. I certainly would use them again.
