They are absolutely excellent. They appear when they say they will and they know their stuff. They are excellent and I can’t say enough about them. We have a maintenance agreement with them. It is so delightful to deal with folks you can depend on, gives you good information, and pleasant to work with. We have been customers with them for about 6-7 years now. The scheduling has been excellent. They are very respectful and don’t talk down to you.

They came on the day they said they would. They stayed the entire day. They were very educational about the process and how the generator.

My dryer stopped working. It would turn but it would not get hot. It worked for about 5 minutes after they left. My husband noticed that it needed a new plug wire and replaced that and it has been working fine ever since. I was not satisfied with them at all. They got the job done in about half an hour. They were out within a day or two after I called them.

It turned out very well and as planned. They did everything right and they were friendly. They came when they said they would. I couldn’t expect anything more. They came, they saw, and they conquered. I thought the price was expensive because they did not even need to do the excavating which they thought they might have to do. They got the job done over 3-4 hours each day for 3 days.

They did a great job. The electrician was very helpful. They got the job done in about one hour.

The service is always fine from them. We have had no problem with their work. We have a maintenance contract with them. We have been customers with them for about 7 years now. The worker was very courteous, friendly, and explained everything. We couldn’t have had a better person. They always notify us before they come.

They are great and awesome. If I have problems I call them and they talk me through it and tell me what to do. They did a good job and I have a service contract with them for my generator. I have been a customer with them for about 4-5 years now. They worked really hard in ice cold temperatures to install the generator. I would not call anybody else.

They did a very good job and I would certainly go back to them again. They told me the cost up front and gave me two options. The technician was professional and explained everything to me very well. I called them and they were able to schedule an appointment within a week. He went and got the materials and got the job done within half a day. He cleaned everything up and took everything with him.

It was good and they corrected my problem. They got the job done in about 90 minutes. The electrician was good.

They are a professional company but their estimate was a little too much. They are the best company in the area. The worker was excellent and I have no complaints about them. They got me scheduled within a day for the estimate.

I would highly recommend them. They were thorough and clean. They treated me fairly and I would recommend them. I would not hesitate to call them again.

ARC Electric/The Wire Guys as usual provided me with excellent service. I have relied on them for over 20 years an and every time I have called to have work done, they are available and their work is always top quality. They are friendly and great to work with. Their work is excellent, never a problem. With all the bad service from other companies out there, it is always a relief to know that ARC Electric and The Wire Guys are still the best.

The installers arrived as schedule, went right to work. They did not stop for a break or to rest until the installation was tested and complete. They then cleaned up after themselves and went through all the operational training. They did not leave until all our questions were answered and they were satisfied we understood. I would recommend their services to anyone.

I was very annoyed because I still needed the project done but now I have to go on vacation. They really did a rotten job in responding back to me. I was very disappointed in them. Even the man’s voice recorded on the answering machine was very short and sounded like he had worked all day and was not in a good mood.

The technician was very respectful of our home and was very patient with all of my questions. He was able to give us an estimate right away and take care of all of the items we wanted taken care of at this time. I was impressed by how efficient the technician was and know that our home is much safer now with these changes made.

The experience was okay. We have dealt with them several times. They are a reputable outfit, and they do exactly what they say they are going to do, and I have always been pleased with them. We have had 2 or 3 people from Wire Guys come to our house over the years to do several things, and they have always just been flexible, knowledgeable, and friendly. They are very competent. You pay for the expertise. If they say they are going to be there, they are there.

It was an excellent experience! They did exactly what they said they were going to do. We've been using it for at least six or seven years now. Their price was competitive.

It went really well. I liked the guys.

I wanted to replace a bathroom fixture and it was a good thing I did due to the fact that it was in pretty bad shape. I would've ran into bigger issues if it wasn't done. Bathroom light took a while cause there was an issue with the wire and having to go up to the attic to gain access below. It was all done though, not a challenge. I had to get the security light put in at a later date because it was a two person job and time was a factor for me because I could not get off work that day. They came back today and put in the new light with the new wiring, conduit and breaker to go with it. It was about a good 2/2.5 hours but in the end everything turned out really great. The wire guys are awesome at what they do. They even took down an old antenna tv cable that was flapping in the wind which served no purpose at all. They have my business every time. A+

They understood my request up front and came through without fail. They seemed to appreciate the character of my old home and made me feel as though they were proud to be a part of their participation in its renovation and upgrade. I've used them before, and will use them again as I continue to upgrade.

Great Professional Courtious Service Period.

From the estimate- installation and anual tune-ups the always explain what they're going to do And do it right the first time. Great service techs and wonderful customer service. 5 Star Service!

Initially called them on a Sunday night, intending to leave a message inquiring about services and how I would go about getting a quote. Didn't expect to hear back until Monday, but received a call back from Zach within a 1/2 hour letting me know what to expect and that he would have their secretary call me and schedule a visit for an estimate. Also let me know that in many cases, they could begin work the same day as the estimate. Showed up on-time, which was definitely a positive right off the bat (contacted lots of other companies for quotes, and it was pretty rare for someone to show up on-time, one didn't show up at all!) . Was very impressed with the service Zach provided when he arrived, told him not to worry about getting the house dirty since it was pretty much a construction zone, but he put booties on to protect my floors each time he had to go out/in. Listened to my concerns, explained his recommendations, and spent quite some time investigating and evaluating the electrical system in my house - (didn't just glance around and quote a number like some other contractors I went to for quotes). Once he was done with his evaluation, we sat down and he talked me through how he came up with the quote, what work he was recommending, and why he was recommending the work - I really appreciated his willingness to do this, since we bought the house a year ago and didn't know the electrical "health" of the house! Once I agreed to the quote, he said he could definitely start that day, and spent the next few hours working. At the end of the day, he said he would need to come back to finish the work, and we agreed on a day for him to come back. The 2nd time he showed up, he was on-time again, brought a helper named Will, and finished off the remaining electrical work. He definitely knew what he was doing, was very knowledgeable and professional, and answered all my questions. Was conscientious, and it was apparent that he cared about the quality of his work, he even went above-and-beyond in several instances - for example- one of the electrical outlets he was converting from 2-prong to 3-prong was installed straight into the drywall in my house (not attached to a stud), as evidently the previous owner made some ghetto low-budget renovations to the house. After replacing it, he expressed concern that it wasn't attached to a stud, which meant that it was not very well secured and could potentially collapse into the wall in the future if things were plugged in too roughly. He asked for permission to replace the box and add bracing to it (and didn't charge me any extra at all for this). Was very impressed, as he could easily have just done the work we agreed on and we never would have known the difference. He also noticed that a few of our breakers were the incorrect (size? type?) and replaced those without charging us extra, as they were a possible fire hazard. Note: The quote was a bit more than I expected, since several other quotes I received were in the $800 range, but after seeing the amount of time and effort put into the work (a day and a half at least) and the care he took with my house, I definitely think it was well worth it! We have peace of mind that the work was done right, and he treated our house like it was his own.

Zack, the electrician, was exceptionally professional and courteous. I would use Wire Guys again without hesitation.
