That went fine. They installed fans with us and they put an extra switch for us, I mean it's expensive but they did a good job. I would recommend them if anybody had any questions I would recommend them.

I haven't had any problems with it. They were quick, neat and they even balanced the thing. It looks good and works good. I thought it was a little expensive but I don't think it was out of line. I don't remember waiting for them or anything. The workers were fine and personable. They cleaned everything up. I would recommend them.

The guy was superb. The guy did a really, really neat job. He was very professional and very nice.

It went great. The two men from Wire Guys were on time, extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. They got right to work and were done in less time than expected.

It didn't go to well,they did send us some money back. The next time we did run into a problem and to make a long story short we had to buy a new generator. So no I wound Not recommend them to anyone.

They did a good job. There was one disappointing issue in that they did not have a carbide drill bit to drill through ceramic floor tile to feed the wire up to the hot water heater from the crawlspace below so the technician fractured the tile where he was drilling with a regular bit. He sort of pieced it back together and put some silicone where the chipped corner of the tile was broken away but it disappointed me that it happened at all. It was in a closet where the hot water heater is so not visible when the door is closed but i still know it's there and am disappointed it happened at all. I feel he should have stopped the job and gone out and purchased an appropriate drill bit for ceramic tile or come back with the right tools to do it correctly. I had told them the details of what the job was before they came out so they should have had the right tools to begin with. Overall all the technician did a good job otherwise and he was very nice and I would hire them again.

The work was done very professionally and we are very satisfied with the job. They were on time, diagnosed the issue and performed the repair work the same day. We would strongly recommend them for electrical work and intend to hire them again.

That was an interesting situation. He came the first time and fixed an antique fixture. It seemed like everything was working great and then about a month or so later all of a sudden the lights started flickering and I began having trouble with them again. I had to call him to come back. He came back and he thought it was something else, not originally what he thought the problem was, and they charged me again like for a service charge even though their receipt says work is guaranteed one hundred percent, then he determined that he was going to have to come back and the only way to resolve the problem was basically to rewire the fixture like on the outside of the wall. It was some time in late summer. It cost something like $279. If they did solve the problem the amount of the cost would not have been the issue. He should have taken the time in the get go to check the whole house to see where the wires went. He should have been more researched in what the problem was. He was fairly responsive. He was very punctual. He came across as being professional and knowledgeable and courteous.

We had a very positive experience with the Wire Guys. The salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He showed up on time. He coordinated the implementation promptly. We received a follow up call to set up our install the very next day. They were clear on what was our responsibility and what services they would provide. The technicians were great - again knowledgeable, prompt, and courteous. They were respectful of our home when entering. They always knocked and wore booties over their shoes so mud would not be tracked into the home. There was a delay in getting our power turned back on by our power company. The technicians fired up the new generator for our comfort and stayed very late to coordinate with PPL staff to ensure our power was restored before they left. No debris was left. Our property was very clean. Because it was very late (and dark) when they finished, they came back again to instruct us fully on the operation of the generator. Would recommend this company highly.

The two "wire guys" arrived on time & at the time agreed - IN THE RAIN ! They worked under a fold up patio cover throughout most of the day, like 5 hours. They said I'd be without power for 2 hrs, it was 1/2 that. When I invited them in the house for an estimate on additional work, they wore shoe covers. Very professional work and very funny and witty. Quite the pleasure overall

It took 2 Angie's List messages to get a call back from their office. They require a service charge in order to give a quote on an $8-10k job. None of the other local companies I contacted charged us for the quote, so we went with someone else.

Carey's cheerful voice immediately set a positive first impression of Arc Electric. I learned from Fred that your organization would work with me to accommodate my special request to maintain the integrity of the beautiful log home I bought in Bear Creek. Fred was always prompt to respond to my questions and requests. My Generac was installed on a cold rainy day in December 2013. Young Tony was the electrician who has the quiet assurance and confidence in his skills uncommon in someone so young. He worked with the customer's specification for underground wiring and panel box placement. I was ready for the install thanks to the planning work with Fred. I have had experience with union electricians on one other occasion and was impressed then with their dedication to quality and supporting the customer in achieving an installation under rigid time constraints. Tony exhibited that same enthusiasm to deliver quality. After the successful install, Tony made sure all electrical functions in the house were whole. That's when he discovered the well pump was not turning off. Tony stayed with the problem for two hours, calling his network of electricians for support. The culprit was a faulty relay. Somehow Tony solved the problem and left the customer happy. The problem was not Tony's and he could have left me to find a plumber to resolve the issue. Without hesitation, he worked the problem to solution. An outstanding performance representing your organization. Working with your accounting people was similarly refreshing in speak with friendly, interested staff. I will be posting comments to Angie's List. Great...friendly office, quick quality work

These guys are great!!! Zack and Barry arrived on time and hardly slowed all day. I watched them work and they are a well oiled machine. They answered my questions and were a pleasure have around. They did great work. A couple of time I told them to go ahead and leave the mess that I would clean up, but they insisted. The place was cleaner than when they started. They also are fussy in a good way. The fiddled and fussed with some of the conduit and connections until it was just right. Very professional job. I can't wait to have them back for other work in the future.

Zach and Tony were great and did a remarkable job. They were very pleasant and took pride in there work. They answered all questions we had. They found a problem with the breakers and fixed the problem with no extra charge. price was great for what we got done. Will use THE WIRE GUYS again. Will recommend to friends and others.

My Generac generator needed annual service, I had a local generator technician in mind but after several non responsive calls I decided to look elsewhere. Wire Guys were very responsive and knowledgable, they serviced the generator and found a few faults either from the factory or from the installer (it was a year old and Wire Guys researched the history without any effort on my part). It took a few weeks to get the generator back up to speed, but only because the parts were slow in coming from Generac, the technicians had to drive close to 100 miles to get to me which shows fantastic dedication to the business. I cannot recommend Wire Guys enough, they were honest, responsive and reasonable in cost, I will be using them any time an electrical problem comes up.

Went very well. He completed the inspection thoroughly, and even explained some things along the way. He was great at asking questions about concerns and what exactly I was looking to get out of it. At the end, he wrote up suggestions of things that should be taken care of, and said he would get back to me with some of the price quotes he wasn't able to give me that day. He was very punctual with getting back to me with the information. I am currently communicating with them to decide what work I want them to complete and when we can get that in around the holidays. So far the experience with them has been great, from the initial scheduling after purchase on here, to the rescheduling after very bad weather kept them from getting there, to the inspection and communications after. At this point, I plan to use them more in the future.

It was absolutely fantastic. The young fellow was absolutely phenomenal and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They went through the whole house to make sure everything was safe. They got the job done in about 90 minutes. The scheduling was fantastic, very easy, accommodating, and couldn’t be better.
