The contractor came on time. They did the standard cleaning and then offered a deal on a more detailed clean.

They were very professional and courteous, and I appreciated their service. But they were scheduled for a 9-12am window and did not show up until after 6pm completely ruining my plans for that day

Called the company multiple to repair the cement patching required for one chimney repair. They rescheduled multiple times but no one ever showed and we never received calls explaining why the crew never showed up, For the amount of money we spent, we expected much better follow up service.

Installers answered all my questions and preformed professional work and cleaned up after all the work was done. They also arrived on time. Thank you so much

Before I booked the appointment I asked what is the level of experience of the technicians. They told me 8-12 years. The work was then scheduled for 10/22/24. The job was quoted to me as $75 since I am a First Time Customer. The Technician came on the scheduled date for service. From the start of the service call the tech tried to sell me a liner because in his words, it would prevent build up on the walls wand that gunk. He could not recall what it is called. I said do you mean creosote? He then stated, yes that is the word I could not believe, if his experience level is what I was told from the beginning, that he was not familiar with the terminology used in his field. I asked him how long has been in this field? His reply was he had just recently started, that he had been in construction prior. I told him I was not interested in a liner. Then he tried to sell me on a top mount handle damper , not the bottom mount handle damper like I have. I told him I am not interested. He did not take no for my answer and pitched to me he would get me an estimate to make his sale. Again, I said not interested. He then proceeded with the inspection and cleaning. At the end of his service call I inquired if he had closed the damper back up. He could not remember so he went back to check and I heard him, what sounded like him closing the damper. I paid he by a check the $75.00 and I signed the work proposal for the completed service. A few hours later I checked to make sure he did close the damper, only to find the damper was not properly sealed, infact, he had mis-aligned it to the point that I could not correct it. I called Shamrocks office to speak with the Supervisor several times. When I did finally reach the Manager, Katie I told her of the issue with the damper being mis-aligned by the technician, and I requested they send out a Lead Technician to fix the alignment of my damper. Katie text me the next morning with a proposal to install a new Top Mount damper for the amount of $600. Obviously Katie did not listen to my request for them to re-adjust what the technician caused. I replied to the proposal she had sent me for installing the new damper with a firm NOT INTERESTED AND DO NOT ACCEPT THE PROPOSAL. Shamrock never responded to fixing what they had damaged. So this has left me with no refund of my $75.00 check and I have made an appointment with another Chimney specialist to re-align my damper, re-inspect and re-clean my chimney of which I will have to pay out $220.00 for this to be resolved.

The company kept me informed on the project status and I really like that. They were also very friendly. This company went above and beyond on their service.

They installed a liner in the chimney. David and Manny were so nice, clean and early to start. Great company!!!!!!

Shamrock Maryland did a great job re- pointing my chimney. Both Michael a Juan are outstanding technicians, they are polite hard working and did a superb job cleaning the site from any leftover dust.

The men who came out to work were extremely polite and kind. They worked quickly and did the job. We had a leak in our fireplace, and it has not rained yet since the work is finished, but Iâ m hoping they fixed it.

Service was adequate. Seemed to be very pricey for what was done.

Chuck did a fantastic job! He did exactly what I wanted done! He is very professional, kind and caring! Katie handled all of the calls and kept in contact with me! Communication was done well. I am very pleased!

The tech that came out was great. They did a great job and the head guy took the extra time to walk me through chimney care and maintenance and, as a first time home buyer, that was extremely appreciated.
