I find comment truly amazing. This member went to my website where my charges per hour are posted. I went over the bill with him and no negative comment was mentioned. This member did not spend $1000.00 but he did spend $860.00. Work included installing 3 customer furnished lights, rebuilding 2 shower valves, and inspecting roof to locate source of roof leaks. I also reviewed his heating and AC system no charge and provided pictures of roof which he downloaded to his computer. I needed a second person to inspect roof which was included in this charge. This member never complained to me. I am truly surprised.

My situation is that my husband and I both work full time busy jobs. We don't have the time to do any of this stuff and we don't really know how. I have used many other people and it has always turned out to be horrible experiences. What I like about Bill is that he pretty much can do anything and if he can't, he will find someone who can. He also provides options and tries to do what will work for your lifestyle. He is not inexpensive. He charges for travel time to your house. He will charge for any additional help he needs. If you need someone who is dependable, responsive and does quality work, I would definitely call him. Even though his prices are a tad high, I don't feel ripped off. He is a quality guy trying to make a living.
Description of Work: Bill Gavin can do electrical, plumbing and handy man work. I used him several times and spent about $1500.00 or so. This included all supplies and work. He replaced a new hot water heater, replaced a faucet head in my shower, fixed a water pressure problem in my shower, replaced stoppers in my sink, fixed a plug in my oversized bathtub, adjusted water temperature. He also installed TECH Lighting in my dining room that involved twisting the fixture into a "S" curve and hanging globes with spot lights. This took about 2 hours to do. He also replaced a bathroom commode for me. He also fixed a lazy susan. And he was able to get someone to come into my house to hang shelves in my son's bedroom.

I AM GLAD THAT THE MEMBER FOUND ME TO DO HER WORK. SHE IS A VERY BUSY WOMAN AND I DID MY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE HER SCHEDULE. NICE CUSTOMERS LIKE HER ARE A PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH. IT WAS QUITE INTERESTING INSTALLING HER CEILING TRACK LIGHTING IN A S PATTERN AND HANGING THE 3 PENDANT LIGHTS IN A STRAIGHT LINE OVER HER DINING ROOM TABLE. THANKS FOR THE PLEASURE OF WORKING FOR YOU!
