Description of Work: They opened the wall and replaced the shower valve in my bathroom, installed the Delta faucet kit (which I brought) on my kitchen sink. |They did a very good job, the wall was cleanly cut, they covered up the floor during the work, and cleaned up everything after the work.

Description of Work: I always use Fran. The amount above was for work he did a few months back when I tried to play plumber and I messed everything up! Fran was very prompt, professional and a great guy to work with. He offers very fair pricing and have given us free estimates for other work we are looking to get done. The kicker is that there was a project that i wanted to investigate and I asked Fran how much it would cost. It would have cost a substantial amount of money for not much work. Fran flat out told me that, unless I really wanted to do the project (which was more of a nice to have vs. a must have) he strongly suggested that we do not go ahead with it b/c it would have been a waste of money. Not many trade professionals talk you out of a $3k job. I highly recommend Fran.

+ -1 moreFran and his assistant were prompt, courteous, neat and professional. They completed the work in a reasonable amount of time and the cost was less than anticipated. I'd recommend him to others, and I'd definitely use him again.
Description of Work: Needed a variety of plumbing tasks completed. Moved water lines for washer and utility sink, installed new utility sink, moved outside faucet, added emergency shut off valves in several locations.

+ -1 moreAfter noticing extensive puddling near a sewer vent in our front yard, we called Connell Plumbing to check it out. They diagnosed the problem in no time by performing a pressure check and told us that we had a pretty bad leak in our water service line from the street to our house. The work was done a few weeks later (because of vacation schedules (ours and theirs) and obtaining permits), but the work was done in just about a day. They were very efficient and cleaned up nicely.

+ -1 moreIn both situations, Fran was responsive, professional, and completely above board. With the water heater, I had just noticed a small leak and called him to come over. He saw that the entire heater was about to burst open (literally) and went out that minute to get me a new and very reasonably priced heater. The total cost for the heater and his work was about $1000. He usually brings an apprentice with him who is equally polite and professional. I have used other plumbers before and always felt like they were over charging, but Fran has always been punctual, responsive, extremely reasonable, and professional.
Description of Work: Fran installed a new sink faucet for us and entirely replaced our water heater.

+ -1 moreIt didn't go. I thought we had set up an appointment, but apparently I was wrong. The price he had quoted falls in the middle of people I had talked to. He struck me as a little aggressive on the phone, but seemed to know what he was talking about. He recommended buying a toilet with a wooden seat, which I find aesthetically objectionable, but really that's minor. . .
Description of Work: I spoke with plumber on the phone about installing new toilet and fixing pipes ruined during a kitchen remodel. He said he'd try to squeeze me in on an afternoon a few days later but would call me if he couldn't make it. He didn't show up and hasn't contacted me since.
