I tried initially to replace these myself. Problem was that the connection nut and faucet handles were frozen tight to the countertop. My neighbor highly recommended Connell and I found out why. First of all, no service charge for coming out. Secondly, they responded quickly with an appointment. The price was very fair and the job was performed very professionally. I was very pleased and glad I called them. A total of six faucet cartridges were replaced.

Everything went very well. Connell Plumbing is professional, honest, and ethical. What more can you ask for from a plumbing specialist.

I had a leak in my living room coming from the bathroom above. I only have one in the whole house, so it was a serious issue. I knew it was something to do with the toilet. I called several providers on Angie's List, ready to hire the first person who could come to the house. Fran was one of the first to answer the phone, but he was unable to come before I got the work done. He still stopped by anyway, because his phone had died. What a courteous gesture! Luckily for me, I noticed I had a small leak when I had turned back the water valve on -- an unrelated problem. Fran taught me how to fix it on the spot with no charge. Albeit it merely took seconds, he could have charged me. He's a very personable guy and I wish he'd been available sooner. I will keep him in mind for the future. He was impressive enough that I wanted to thank him by writing a review. He seems like an honest and reliable businessman and deserves the support.

We were really pleased with their service and their pricing. The plumber was on time, professional, courteous, and worked really hard to solve a very difficult/unusual installation. The job ended up requiring both an unusual solution and far more time than originally anticipated. Nevertheless, the plumber stood by their original estimate. I will gladly use again.

I called at 10:00 AM & was told someone would be out later that day. At 2:00 PM the plumber arrived, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. They were very friendly and professional. The charge was very reasonable.

Fran is very responsive. I have used him for many projects. He always does everything he can to correct the problem as soon as possible, They are very neat and always clean up.

I called in the morning and he came over in the afternoon. I explained the problem. He examined the tub, fixture, the piping behind the wall. He ran the water. He diagnosed the problem and discussed the solutions. He didn't charge for that he was here. He was real gentleman.

My kitchen faucet split along the spout causing water to shoot out of the side across the room. I called Connell Plumbing after finding the name on Angie's list and reading the excellent reviews. Fran was able to come the same day and replace the faucet with one I had purchased myself. The work was performed quickly and cleanly by Fran who was experienced, personable and reliable. I have already passed his name on to my colleagues for their future needs.

I called Connell Plumbing this morning for help with the toilet. Fran answered the call immediately and said a technician could get to my home this afternoon. I was thinking it would be later afternoon and Marty arrived by 1:00. While on the phone, I asked for a ballpark figure and Fran said it would be between $75-95. Marty had the parts to fix the toilet, it took about 10 minutes. Fran stopped by as well because Marty was out of receipts and I let him know how happy I was with Marty's service. What a great company to work with and I will recommend them to all my friends.

Fran Connell was very good. He was able to come out promptly to take a look at what I needed done. He gave a fair price and was able to come to do the work very quickly. He and his helper replaced the front spigot with a frost free valve and also replaced a worn shut off valve in the basement. They also fixed a non-working drain lever in a bathtub. They worked professionally and quickly. I am very satisfied with the work and would hire them again.

Connell Plumbing was recommended by a family member and, after seeing that the company has received great reviews, we contacted Fran Connell and requested an estimate for replacing a leaking draining pipe (replace cast iron with PVC)- for a house we recently purchased. Of three estimates we received, Fran's estimate was in the mid-range. His estimate also included an estimate for replacing another cast iron pipe- though he thought it would be unnecessary (note that two others said replacing the second pipe must be done). Fran was able to schedule the work within the week. Fran and Marty replaced the pipe, and did an excellent clean up job. Overall, I would highly recommend Connell Plumbing.

My wife and I have had Fran do a number of odd plumbing jobs around our house, including the replacement of a hot water heater, replacement of shut off valves for a new washer and dryer etc. He is incredibly responsive and professional in the work that he does. I would recommend Fran to anyone as he provies a very high level of service for an incredible value.

In replacing washing machine, the installers told me that the shut-off valve had failed and they couldn't even remove the old washer. I called Fran and he came in 1 hour and came back with the part and finished the repair within two hours. When they washer guys returned (two days later) they praised the work that he had done.

I emailed the company early in the morning. Later that morning Mr Connell called and we discussed the time and day that he could come. He assured me that there was no danger at all with the situation. That really was my concern. I was afraid to turn the stove on. Mr Connell arrived as promised on time the following day. He lowered the gas valve so that the oven could fit back where it belonged. He was great. The job was done quickly, neatly and I have a stove with no drama in my mind! Job well done. Everyone I have hired from Angie's List has been great. I would hire Mr Connell again for any plumbing job.I would suggest him to anyone seeking a professional, skilled man.

I smelled gas in my basemant and had the Gas company inspect. They informed my my basement gas pipes had several leaks. I called several plumbers. Fran arrived ontime (actually a few minutes early, suprise) and reviewed the leaks. He was very informative and provided me with estimate and sound explanation of how he was going to fix the problem. After accepting his proposal, he immediately began the work. He and a worker completed the work the same day as promised. In addition, he showed some issues I had with my dryer and hot water heater that should have been properly addressed by the contractors who installed those pieces of equipment. I would highly reccommend Connell Plumbing. Whenever I call a plumber I get nervous because many of the them will try to "take you to the cleaners". Fran is not this type of person. He has a very honest and trustworthy demeanor about him. I plan to call Fran first for any future plumbing issues. For me, trusting a contractor is very, very important. Fran engendered that trust.
