Always returns phone calls the same day, and pleasant, professional demeanor. Trying to work into his schedule for a non-emergency was more difficult. However, when I finally called and said I really needed him to show up, he did that day, at the time he said he would. Everything on my property was clean and tidy when the job was done. The drains are cleaned out well, and are working again!

We had contractors working in house and they found the problem. We called him that night and he called back at 7 the next morning and was there at 10. The crews that were there interacted very well together.

Wonderful. Bud had a challenge on his hands and he did everything he could until he got it to work. I had other people tell me that it might be necessary to dig up the floor and cut the pipe, etc. but Bud was able to do everything with the tools he brought. He explained to me what was going on. He is also such a nice guy. I enjoyed chatting with him. He also didn't leave a mess like the last guy did! I hope that I don't need to call him anytime soon, but I definitely will if we have a problem like this again!

I have very old pipes in my house (from 1924) and the tub drain had become so clogged with build-up inside that the tub took about 2 hours to drain after each shower. I had tried every commercial drain-cleaning product on the market and none had even the slightest effect on the drain time. Bud scheduled me promptly, and had the drain cleared and working beautifully within about 45 minutes.

WONDERFUL ENDING to a yucky beginning. Late last night, one of the kids flushed an upstairs toilet which caused a LOUD gurgle throughout my house resulting in water spewing out of my downstairs toilet and raw sewage backing up into my downstairs shower in a rather volcanic manner. Needless to say, I freaked out. I turned the water off, realizing I needed professional help I called and left a message last night at 11:30pm. I received a return phone call this morning before 8 am. He re-arranged his ENTIRE day to come and help me.... sensing the stress. He was extremely pleasant... took time to diagnose the problem and then set to work. One of the nicest people I have met in a long time... worked very hard. Fixed the problem... no more stress!

He responded and completed the work within 24 hours. Our handyman had tried to clear this clog and failed.

Bud called back promptly and arrived within 45 minutes. And, within 20 minutes the drain was cleared and everything was fully functional. Highly recommended. He's been in the business a long time and was a pleasure to work with (which is definitely not the case with many other plumbing contractors I've worked with in the past).

I called and was able to make an appointment for the day I wanted. Bud arrived 2 hours later than expected, but he let me know. He came in and checked the main shutoff valve first. That was a simple fix; he explained it should be completely on or completely off for the packing to work. He also tightened the packing nut for good measure. Next, he worked on the two v-e-r-y slow drains. They were difficult but he cleared them. The clogs were not soft like hair but hard like corrosion. The drains run great now. In the process he replaced the tub drain closer. I couldn't tell from the outside, but it was TOTALLY corroded on the back side. It also works much better now. Then he worked on the toilet valve. He said it was not the valve leaking but the supply. Replaced in minutes and working fine. While there, he checked the new flush valve I'd installed and removed a clunky "braking" system and now my toilet fills faster. Finally, he repaired the leaking tub faucet.

He figured out the problem that had baffled others. It required that he go at the drain from a pipe in our basement. He opened the pipe and found the source of the problem: a 'u-joint' crammed full of years' worth of gunk. He cleaned it out without chemicals, or a plumber's snake--all was done by hand.
