Erik Pogwist arrived; however, he did not provide the report. I keep calling him and leaving messages and text. He promised to give me the report by Monday January 23rd, 2022; however, I have not received the report. Erik Pogwist was at the house January 6th, 2022. I paid him January 14th. Today is January 26thandI haven't received the report yet.

This house is in limbo we can not sale it because we need an appraisal.

Erik was able to do an appraisal on very short notice when my bank's original appraiser was too backed up to complete an appraisal in time for my closing date. We were able to save our closing because Erik worked so quickly.

I needed an appraisal of my property for tax purposes. We agreed on a price, date and time. Eric was very knowledgeable and was familiar with the area. I have literally never left a review about any product or service in my life but I am so disappointed by this experience I feel that I must. I booked this appraiser for a home appraisal, choosing a time that was said to be available. Later that day he said he was not available and asked to reschedule for a few days later. No problem, we rescheduled for a 10am appointment. At 8:49 he sent a message asking if we were still on for 10:00; before I could even reply (busy cleaning the house!), at 9:02 he said he had a **family emergency** and had to reschedule - an hour before our appointment. I took the whole morning off work and we had done a lot of work at our house to prepare, only to be canceled at the last minute. I will not reschedule with him and I see that the **family emergency** excuse is one frequently employed by this appraiser, based on other reviews.
