We never received a report. We been trying to get our appraisal report for over 6 months. Erik came to our property in April 2023 and took our payment and has not delivered a report. We have reached out to him several times and at one point he said he had already sent the report to us. We confirmed that neither me or my husband had received it. He said he would send it again. He never did send it and he stopped responding to our texts or voicemails. That was in August. It is now November. I do not like leaving reviews like this but I would just like the report or a refund.

Erik was very professional and easy to work with. He took his time and got all the details of my home so that it can get the highest appraised value. He also spend a decent amount of time researching home near me that sold for similar prices. Great communication, and trustworthy. Well worth the money, and has fair prices and lots of experience in the field. Best of all because of his well documented appraisal my mortgage company dropped my PMI without any issue whatsoever. Eric was professional, friendly, interesting, and thorough. Eric showed up 6 minutes late and texted me before to apologize. 6 minutes is nothing! He was great. He was professional, walked me through the steps of the appraisal, respected my home, and was efficient and has an eye for detail. I was impressed at every stage of the process. He completed the appraisal and sent me the full report in a very short time. I would recommend him to anyone and laud his service and experience. Great work!
