An on site visit occurred on July 9. Today is September 21. I paid him $300 on July 9 and have not received a report as of today. Making a living by taking money for a service not performed... well draw your own conclusions. Hire somebody else

Work was not done. He has been evasive and promised an appraisal report and seems like he has disappeared.

He was very professional. I hired him at the last minute but he was able to deliver his services and got the information to me in a timely manner.

If I could have given all zeros, I would. Erik showed up late to the scheduled appointment by about 10 mins. I thought ok maybe traffic; no biggie. He came in and did the inspection of the property, took some photos, and told me a little bit about some of the problems he noticed. He seemed knowledgeable and thorough. Once finished he stated that he'd have the appraisal report back to me in a "few days"; That was a Monday. On Friday I called to ask where it was and I was told he had gotten backed up and it wasn't finished yet, but he would be completing it over the weekend. I said okay but I need it by Monday at the latest. On Monday I called him and text him but nothing. Needless to say I never heard from him nor did I receive the appraisal. It's now been escalated with HomeAdvisor but for now I'm out of $300 and no deal on the property. So I absolutely would NOT recommend him to anyone. Also FYI HomeAdvsior's Resolution process sucks. 8-10 days for someone to make initial contact with you.

I do recommend! He explained to me various high points to improve and get the maximum. He was very courteous, and he impressed me so much I've hired him again. He was also very informative, taking photographs, and very detail oriented as well as thorough.
