Horrible experience. Did not solve my issue and when I called and left a message, my call was not returned!

DONT LET THE SUPPOSED WARRANTY FOOL YOU. We had our driveway done in spring 2020. Estimate and agreement with Jarren was that a certain amount at the top would be milled out. When the crew came out to do it we asked why they were not removing the agreed upon amount at the top the crew chief GUARANTEED water would run off just fine. First storm after that we had water in our basement for the first time EVER (been here since 1987). Never really thought it would be our brand new driveway. Had the roof checked, had the fire place checked all in a pandemic when it was hard to get people out. One of the vendors pointed out the gaps between the d.way and foundation. Started calling and emailing Pennsy. We HAD NO CHOICE but to get driveway patch and fix that ourselves after spending SEVERAL thousands on it. Yet we still have a large dip in the top and now a large puddle since there isnt a good runoff. After months of calls and emails (I have them all) Jarren finally showed up in MARCH 2021, right after the snow and promised to be back after the weather broke. And said he had no idea what happened on the bad communication on their part but lets move forward. Again started calling and emails and Jarren did offer to show up but sent an email the morning of a day we were not available. I requested and made sure we were avail twice since and absolutely no response whatsoever nothing. I am done being polite and cooperative. The driveway as a whole isnt even pitched correctly at the bottom. This company sells you a service along with a 48 month guarantee as long as you get the 1st sealing done by them which Ive also asked for that estimate over and over again. Therefore there is no guarantee Its all a ploy to get you to spend the big dollar and then tough if you have issues. Save yourself the headache and stress these guys dont care once they have the payment.

Come on time and did a fine job. I’ve recommended them to two people after both saw their work. Would have given 5 stars but can not get them back to do a little cleanup and repair minor lawn damage T Aschoff

GRIFTERS R US should be their company name cuz thats all they are! They didnt do what was proposed and its the most uneven surface Ive ever seen. It really looks bad when it rains with how lumpy it is, complimented by ALL the large puddles I now own thanks to their neanderthal ancient methods. I can only imagine what their concrete work looks like. They don't even use a laser to shoot elevations, just an inebriated eyeball and a 6 ft level. Ive known Zach all his life and did tons of mechanical repairs for him for years. Heck I even welded up his rickety run down paver that was literally falling apart in my soon to be hacked driveway. We spoke about how to fix the lumps and puddles and very crooked edge down the entire side of my garage but nothing definitive. I called many times to resolve what could be and no response. I feel bad for him because hes a good guy but his partner is the issue. Zach has been told of this during his whole relationship with Jarhead. Ignoring all the warnings Zach chose to start a business thats had to change names already. I just cant express enough of how disappointed and let down I feel after ALL Ive done for the guy. I thought we were buds till his POS partner screwed it all up. Maybe when the company has to change names again Zach might wise up and kick Jarhead to the curb. I still like to consider him my friend and my door is always open to Zach just like it always has been all his life.

Jarren showed up when expected and before the expected time. Working with Pennsy Paving was a great experience, I would recommend them to everyone. And job looks great!!!!! I have received compliments since it was done. And when measured to other companies it stands out above the rest!!!!! Thank you very happy to find through homeadvisor. 3 other companies didn't show up.

Work was done in July 2019. Initially, we were pleased with work; Jobsite looked great and was clean and free of debris. In April 2020 we noted several areas that were crumbling and stones were loose. More areas have begun to deteriorate. The contract came with a 24-month guarantee. Numerous telephone calls, emails, private messages have gone unanswered.

They are VERY busy and contact is sometimes delayed.

Quality install, friendly, professional employees, great looking driveway and outstanding cleanup. Reasonable priced.
