Overall Jarren is a professional and I would recommend his work. But... I did have one major issue. The 2000 square ft, 8-in thick, concrete slab was poured on clean bluestone, 24" deep. He did not vibrate or compact the stone before pouring the concrete. I know because I was there watching them install. It was made very clear that it was very important to do that. We talked about it on several occasions and it must be done. I had asked him to do that and he said he would do that but he did not do that. I followed up with him on email about the issue but he has not yet responded. This was not a major expense to do, so I'm not clear why he would cut a corner on this part of the project that's so very important to do. Perhaps it was just an oversight?

We had a driveway resurfaced to cure a cracked driveway from tree roots and 22 years of weather and wear. Suggesting a resurfacing saved us a lot of money. They were responsive from the very first phone call request for an estimate and all through the project. They started on time and did a great job keeping areas level with garage foundation and walkways that interface with my driveway, And they left my property clean after they were done as well. I am very pleased with the results.

We had a concrete driveway removed and asphalt installed by Pennsy Paving. They came on time each day, cleaned everything up. And it was a mess taking old driveway out! Finished when they told us. We love our new driveway!

Poor customer service. Warranty stipulates driveway must be sealed by the contractor. However when trying to schedule the return for sealing, they never respond. That way they can deny any warranty claim.

I hired this company and we agreed on a price. The man I talked to said he'd call me the next week to set up a date for the work to be done. He never called. I waited another week, then called him and left a message. He never returned my call. I called again and got a message that his mailbox was full and to call back later. I still haven't heard from him.
