Jesse and his crew were prompt to respond. Once the contract was signed they met or exceeded all my expectations. The price was very fair and the quality was excellent.

He was very good I really liked him. Given that we are not going to be hear long enough to enjoy it we decided to go another route.

I love them. It was Jesse and his crew. He explained everything perfectly for someone with no construction information like me.

Task or project is still going on

First off, the problem with purchasing a BIG DEAL is that you have to pay Angie List up front and then the contractor comes out to see if the item in the deal will even work. If it does not then you have to call Angie list and ask for your money back. So on this deal I called the contractor myself and had him come out to make sure he could do the job before I purchased the BIG DEAL. The contractor came out and looked at my exsiting sump pump and well and said the system would fit but he had to check the water pressure to see if it was powerful enough. He held a bucket at my outside connection and timed how long it took to fill. He then told me that my pressure was borderline low. He then called the company who told him it should be ok. I was supprised because the pressure in my house is super. I later found out that he tested a fitting that was a freeze proof design which changes the test results. I then paid Angie list for the BIG DEAL and made an appointment to get the job done. I was told it would take 1 day. The day came for the instillation and I got a phone call from the contractor that he recived the "wrong pump" and he would have to wait for the correct one to come in . about a week later he called said he had the pump and we made another appointment. He arrived on time with a helper he started the job,about 5 hours later he told me that the pump was "missing a part" and he would have to come back tomorrow. At this point I questioned if he had ever done this job before and he said yes but the company had "changed the design" of the pump. He came back the next day and installed the "missing part" he then had to go to home Depot for some "fittings" 3 hours later he was done. He tested the pump and said everything was ok. My overall feeling is that he was not 100% sure of the instillation. And neither was I. He asked me If I wanted my sump covered because there was now an extra pipe and he would have to modify the cover. I told him of course I wanted it covered I was supprised he had to even ask. He covered the sump and left. About 2 days later a small plastic box he hung on the pipe which he told me was an "alarm" started to beep at 3 oclock in the morning. I opened it and changed the 9volt bat. and it stopped beeping. The problem happened three more times so I just left the battery out. Calls to the manufacture were no help. They told me they could not figure the problem over the phone.. Will the pump work, Not sure I have not had any power falure to check the operation. verill

They were responsive. They knew what they were doing and they did it very fast. I asked document for all these works for qualification and they gave me without any trouble at all. They were very professional. Their pricing seemed to be right and was not expensive. It was right in line with other companies. They had an opening, so they called to check if they can come early. They came two weeks early. They have the best price in the town.

He proposed several options that we could choose to improve our situation. We chose to wait before we do anything. He like Jesse and he seemed fair and honest.

He was a very likeable person. He did a good job. Everyone in that industry is expensive. He was in line with other people.

I needed a water powered sump pump in my basement. Jesse and his crew did a very professional job. Everything was done in a day. He tested to pump with me to make sure it worked. The first time it did not work so he called the manufacturer and got the problem fixed. He explained how everythign worked. he also did a very good job cleaning up. I have called him afterwards with a couple of questions and he called me back right away. I would recommend you use this company.

The owner Jesse responded quickly to my inquiry and was able to start within a week of the estimate. The work was done correctly, however there were some definite communication issues and some re-arranging of things that I was not consulted on. Once the pump was installed I was told that I was good to go, however the back up pump had not been adjusted or even tested prior to being told everything was OK. Once the washer was hooked back up I attempted to hook my wash sink up and was unable to do so as the lines I hook up to the faucet would not reach AND the drain pipe was moved/heightened. I moved the sink to where I could at least hook up the water lines and run the washer. Upon turning on the washer, the back up pump was running (running up my water bill as well) the same time as the electrically powered sump. I had a huge amount of water spilling into the street, but was reassured everything was OK. Jesse did come over to square up the payment and fixed the discrepancies. The float for the back up pump had slipped down and needed to be secured better. This caused both pumps to run at the same time. My suggestion would be to complete one job before moving on to the next. The work was completed on a Friday and I saw Jesse the following Wednesday (after a few calls).

The entire experience was very pleasant. The employees were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They were prompt, clean, and always answered any questions we had before and during the installation.

They would not come to West Chester.

Jesse was very professional and gave me honest opinion about the crack and how to address it. Did a very nice job & would recommend to anyone else having the same service.

Jesse was prompt and returned phone call within 24 hours. We he came out for the estimate, he was very professional and was able to answer all my detailed questions. He also walked me through all the steps he would take to repair the crack. I got five other estimates and he was the best priced but he also had the best repair method. I had done extensive research on the proper way to repair the crack and Jesse was using the best products on the market. I also liked the fact that he was flexible with his schedule. I was able to have him come out on a Saturday so I would not have to miss work. When he came out, he once again ran over the steps he was going to take to repair the crack. Throughout the process he kept me informed. Unfortunately, I was able to be home the whole time he was their but he sent me photos on my cell phone to keep me up to update. When I returned home, he was finishing up and needed access to my interior. As soon as he walked in, he removed his shoes and made sure he was not tracking any dirt in the house. I would not hesitate to give him a call if I ever need him again.

The service person look at the 1 year old sump pump already installed and made the recommedations to replace with another pump. I need dry wall replaced because of past water damage.

He did a good evaluation of the basement. He didn’t find any cracks to repair within the deal but he did provide good information on French drains. We went over the installation process, payment plans, etc. He said that he would call me back in approximately 45 days to see if we could move forward with the drains.

Based on Angie's List reviews, I called Comfort to see if they could come out to provide an estimate on my home. The receptionist indicated to me that they would not schedule unless my husband was home to make the decisions with me. Further, after explaining the challenges with both of us being home at the same time, the receptionist indicated that I should "ask the Mr." about his availability. Given the outdated assumptions of the roles in our house, I did not believe that this company would be a good fit for us.

The previous contractor did not do the repairs correctly. At this time, I can not afford the total repairs but, if I could fund the repairs, I would have it done by this company.

Jesse punctually arrived to inspect crawl-space. Took his time to listen to our issues and concerns. He provided estimate and explain options. Gave us timeline. We agreed on work. Crew was very professional and maintain work area as clean as possible during and after the work. Work finished one time and as agreed.

It took a lot of my time to receive a sales pitch for a much more elaborate system than I would ever consider

Arrived on time, worked efficiently, completed same day. Friendly attitude, competent service.

All he did was look at it and say it was working. He then tried to sell me some additional services which I ended up not doing.

No issues, arrived on time, were courteous, professional and later followed up with phone call.

Jesse called about a month in advance to schedule an appointment with us. He called to ask us if it was alright to come a day earlier, which was fine with us. He performed the inside and outside inspections in an unobtrusive, complete, and timely manner. Further, he provided his recommendations without making us feel pressured at all. He provided complete answers to all my questions as well.
