As we have spoken, the water pressure pump system does not have an existing lid which works with the radon sealed lid already in place in your home. We could create a lid which would work, but this is not the most aesthetically pleasing measure, which was of great concern for you. We are currently working on ideas on what to do about the lid issues. The manufacturer of this product has not developed such a lid as of yet. Therefore, unfortunately, in order to install the water pressure pump in conjunction with a radon sealed lid, the lid must be cut and reassembled together. Although this works perfectly fine, it is not the most pleasing to look at. We're doing our best to bring this phenomenal product to the customers despite this one lid issue. If at any point in the future you decide to move forward, we would be more than happy to complete it for you.

Description of Work: the install went went. The techs were knowledgable and explained things as we went. I did get charged an extra 150.00 for them to unseal the pit and then reseal it. The resealing was tough. The lid was cut into multiple pieces and they actually used a bag on it. I would say that would be the only thing i would change. overall, very satisfied with the work and would use the company again.

Description of Work: Very professional and explained the new water powered emergency sump pump, demonstrating how it worked. One valve connection was defective and created some leaking. Comfort Basement returned right away, replaced the valve and all is dry now. The installer was excellent and I would use Comfort Basement again.

Description of Work: Removed paneling to get at two cracks in my basement wall. Use epoxy to repair two vertical cracks. Needed to move the electrical box to get at one of the cracks. Not a drop of water since and we have had a couple drenching downpours. Good, knowledgeable people whom I would use again. Did not try to sell me more than was needed.
