They did a really nice job. They came out a month after I purchased the deal and I didn't spend anything extra. My husband is a very tough customer and he was very happy with them so that was good enough for me.

For carpet cleaning, I had them last year and they did a really good job and they actually got an old pet stain off. They had to come back two times because it took them twice to get the pet stain out. Others have tried to get it out but couldn't so that was good. My only negative comment on them that time was when they came, they kind of ran their hoses throughout the house and they covered my kitchen floor which is not a big deal but they dragged their hoses over my Oriental rug so I was like, "Hello?!" For window cleaning, I had them last summer and when they were out here for carpet cleaning, they have given me an estimate on window cleaning and on air duct cleaning. The owner, Steve, walked all over the house and counted all the windows. He gave me an estimate and I decided to have the windows done. I called them and said, " Can I have them done next week because I am having a large party." He said, "Yes, no problem." He gave the date when they were gonna come and they day came but they didn't show up. I called them and said, "What happened?" He said, "Oh well, it's next week." I said, "No." There again, it was like he was not paying attention to details but he was very apologetic and they came out and did it. They did an excellent job but right towards the end, the owner showed up and said that they were gonna have to charge me more because there were more windows than he thought. So I was like, "Excuse me? First of all, you screwed up with the date so I had to rearrange my schedule so that I could get this done before my party. It's like you're telling me that I haven't any windows since you came and gave me the estimates." There again, they do a good job but the professionalism and attention to detail is a little bit lacking. He walked throughout the whole house, through every room so he counted the ducts and the windows at the same time. When I started saying, "Are you kidding me?", he backed off and they didn't end up charging me anymore. It was a shame because they did a good job and cleaned all the sills but it's the little things that drive me crazy. I thought the price was reasonable because they're not the cheapest but they're not the most expensive either. I was very impressed with the fact that all the other companies that I called for estimates, nobody ever came out to look at what they were gonna do but this guy actually came out and looked at the job.

They did a wonderful job, and made my carpets look like new again. Very nice people too.

They were very pleasant. When they came, I was very dizzy and couldn’t move anything for them, and they were very amenable in moving everything for me. They did the job efficiently.

The guys came out on time and went right to work. It was an Angie's list Big Deal, so a limited size of service. We talked about some possibilities, including washing the stucco. They did a great job on the garage, the siding of the house and even took care of a stain on the brick that we had long ago given up on. Excellent job, everything looks clean and new. Will definitely recommend them to others.

We had them arrive just before we left for a vacation and they were punctual and clean. We reviewed the job before starting any work and once confirmed, they started. It was going well, job took a few hours and they cleaned up nicely. We did have to leave the windows open due to some kind of cleaner they use but that's normal I think. We noticed a large water mark on the master bedroom floor the next day and when we called, they were IMMEDIATELY responsive and wanted to IMMEDIATELY take care of the situation and fix it so that we were happy. Due to scheduling conflicts we were unable to have them come out to fix it for several weeks. Owners son came out again, took full ownership and he made it right - our carpet never looked better. I am very impressed by this company's desire to do not just a good job but an exceptional job and you can tell by their first interaction with you that they value YOU, their customer. Despite the water mark, they came right out, fixed it, and you can not even tell it was there. They follow through and make good to their word, something which is hard to come by in these times. I would WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend Custom Cleaning and Maintenance for your home cleaning and maintenance needs. They are absolutely amazing when it comes to customer service. We will most definitely be using them again.

They were polite and asked if I had any questions. They did a fine job of power washing and the house looks great. I did have to ask them to rinse the first floor windows as they were badly streaked from the washing substance. They gladly rinsed the windows for us and now they look great, too. They spent at least 1 1/2 hours to do the whole job, so I think we got our "money's worth". I would recommend their services.

They were done before I got home, my guard dog didn't have any complaints.

Steve came out to give us an estimate and was very thorough in explaining the services and process. When he came back out for the after inspection, we were very pleased. Everything was spotless...bathrooms, kitchen, blinds, floors....everything! We would highly recommend CCMS for your cleaning needs....you won't be disappointed!

The guys were amazing. Very clean, courteous, punctual, and professional. They took extreme care to make sure the job was done properly and in a timely manner and went the extra step for all the small details I would have never thought about. Overall, they did an amazing job and couldn't have been any nicer! I would highly reccomend this company to anyone.

Custom Cleaning did a great job on short notice for our move-in cleaning. We have a very large old home, with lots of nooks and crannies throughout. Steve's crew got everything clean and sparkling. He called a couple of days after we moved in to check in, which was appreciated. My only regret is that it's impossible for us to keep the house as clean as Custom Cleaning got it now that we're living here!

Custom cleaning got the job done right. Very courteous and wanted to make sure things were done to our specifications. Price was the same as estimate which I feel was a little high even with 5% discount but no complaints on work done. Cleaning was two bedrooms, three bathrooms family room, study and kitchen. Carpet cleaning was two bedrooms and hallway upstairs including carpets on staircase. Carpets downstairs were hallway, study and family room. I would recommend them as the did a great job. Steve, Scott and rest of the team were great.

These guys are great! Very professional. The owner Steve made an appointment to came out to survey the job and to provide a quote. He called ahead and arrived right on time. The price was reasonable and we agreed to the job. His appointment setter was very helpful in finding a convenient time. The crew arrived on time. They were very courteus anf professional. They explained the method of cleaning, how long it would take, and confirmed that my schedule would allow them to finish. Theu did a great job. The carpets and rugs look great. They used a special process, for an extra charge, on the rug with significant pet stains and did a very nice job. Overall this was a very good experience and i would use these guys again for this and other services.

They did a good job except they placed some protectors on our wood furniture so the stain from the wood wouldn't seep into the wet carpet. However, the stain still seeped through in our dining.

I cannot say enough complimentary things about Custom Cleaning and Maintenance Services. From the moment I first contacted Steve to get a quote, he was friendly and professional and e-mailed me a confirmation and checklist of work to be performed within 10 minutes of our conversation. When the cleaning crew arrived at the apartment the day of the job, they were also outgoing and hardworking. They even did me a huge favor while they were in the middle of working by going out on my back porch and measuring some fencing because I called them from Home Depot and asked them to do so. As for the cleaning itself, I was beyond impressed. The bamboo floors, windows, chrome appliances and granite countertops absolutely SPARKLED. The bedroom carpet was vacuumed so thoroughly it looked brand-new. The apartment looked like something out of a magazine, and was restored to absolutely beautiful condition for the tenant who was about to move in. I highly recommend CCMS to anybody who is having any cleaning service done!

They are fantastic! Thorough, quick. Very professional. We also use them for our window cleaning in the Spring and Fall (inside and out) and also rug cleaning.

Everything from the first meeting for the quote to the time the cleaning was completed, was professional, punctual, and perfect. Having been in the carpet cleaning industry I had a good idea of what is a good service vs bad. They really make sure you are taken care of, and keep you informed through out the process. The pricing was more than reasonable. I will definitely be reaching out to them for other services (power wash house, etc..) in the near future.

This family owned business is very professional and very knowledgable (which is not common today). They knew exactly what to do and had the right tools for the job (puppy accident seeped into the pad and had a horrible smell). While other companies wanted to lift the carpet and replace the pad, the crew at CCMS was able to complete the job successfully without having to lift and replace. I was dealing with a few people from the company and sometimes didn't know who I was responding to or if messages were being passed to the right person. But everyone was so friendly and so easy to talk to it didn't make a difference in the end. I have dealt with so many companies lately and people are so rude- and this was never the case with CCMS. I would absolutely use them again.
