Need them to come back to clean a few areas missed which they did. Very satisfied.

They did a fine job. There was no additional charge. They were prompt and courteous. They left the place clean. It was all very good. It was the first time I used them.

I wasn’t thrilled about how it turned out. We have a very specific type of siding that is not supposed to be pressure washed (which I didn’t know), yet they proceeded to do the washing. I would think they would know about the different types of materials, as this kind of material becomes powdery. Very professionally disappointing, and I won’t use them again.

It was fine. The guy couldn’t have been nicer and they were right on time. We had some scheduling issues but they were flexible with scheduling & ready to go when I needed them.

I made an appointment to have my house cleaned, the office manager was cheerful and efficient. The housecleaners arrived a few minutes before the appointed time. I reviewed with them the work to be done, walked through the rooms and pointed out anything extra that I wanted done, like vacuuming the drapes and cleaning the wood blinds. They brought their own equipment and cleaning supplies. I left to take my grandson to an activity and when I returned, they were done, the house was shining, everything was clean and tidy. I appreciate that they polished the wood pieces, not just ran a duster over them. They were careful of the pets which I am grateful for. We have 2 cats and a dog, lots of dog fur. I couldn't be more pleased and highly recommend them.

The guys were prompt, very friendly, and super professional. Very easy to contact and would highly recommend them and will use them for all future services.

The interior window cleaning was very thorough & professionally done. I was not, however, satisfied with the less than thorough exterior powerwashing and the company representative was rude to my daughter who opened the front door when they arrived. Lastly, at the time of booking I asked if it was possible for them to powerwash the surface of our sports court. I was told they would try, but couldn't guarantee success. The section of the court that was attempted was the cleanest and eventually they indicated the powerwashing was not successful and it didn't make sense to continue. I was still charged $150 for the unsuccessful attempt to powerwash the cleaner of the 2 sides & there was no attempt to touch the side most in need of cleaning. I was not at all happy with the exterior work quality.

On the scheduled day, the SPC Cleaning Services team contacted me by email (which I didn't see till later) to tell me they were running late. A team of three women arrived about 30-45 minutes after the appointed hour, which was no problem since I was home anyway. They brought all their own equipment and cleaning supplies, took a quick tour of the house and asked if I had any special concerns. They got started immediately and worked thoroughly and without breaks till the job was done, even though it actually took somewhat longer than the two hours I bought. They were friendly and professional and did a fantastic job, especially with the few things I specifically requested. They even dusted shelves that had lots of little Lego figures and other small knick-knacks on them! I wish I could have them come out more often, and I will definitely call on them again when the need arises!

Two workers did a good job of cleaning siding on my mom's house that had a green algae coating in many places. They were on time and efficient. They also cleaned a small section of gutter and soffit that was particularly grimy. The result looked good if not quite "like new". That probably would have taken a scrub brush and elbow grease. (I had one small problem where paint came off an old storm door but I didn't hold it against these guys because that door probably should have been repainted years ago.)

It went very well. They were prompt, timely, and did an excellent job. There was no additional work done other than housecleaning.

What stood out was just the effort that they made to do the cleaning. They did a very good job and there was very good communication. The price was very reasonable.

The experience was wonderful. The provider paid extra attention to the side of the house with moss. He made certain that all of the moss was removed. He also noticed some debris in the gutters and removed it free of charge. After the work was completed, he walked me around the house explaining what he did. The difference was amazing. I was very impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of this provide

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for whole house cleaning as a Mother's Day gift for my wife. Soon after I purchased the deal, I was contacted by email to set up a time for the cleaning team to come to the house. The email exchange was very helpful, and we set a date that worked for us and for them. The team showed up, asked what we would like to focus on, brought all of their own materials, but were willing to use ours if we wanted them to, set about their work and soon the house was sparkling clean. The team did a great job- we'll be using them again.

Great. He removed all visible mold and dirt that was accumulating on the siding. They pressure washed my decks and did a nice job overall.

Fantastic. Great crew. They really went the extra mile, and even power washed the swingset for me. Absolutely wonderful. I forgot they were coming, but that didn't slow them down. Very impressed with the level of service and quality of work.

We own a 1250 sq. ft. house with 2 cats and 2.5 year old. My wife cleans about once a week so it is never really dirty, She also works about 20 hours a week so not exactly a stay at home mom, therefore doesn't have the time to do a thorough cleaning. This cleaners showed up on time and went right to work. The three women cleaned everything and our house is spotless. It has not looked this good in a long time. We can not believe the work they did. Chris and a helper arrived to power-wash our 2-story Colonial house exterior. They arrived over 1/2 hour later than the time I was originally told but that was not a major issue since I'm retired and didn't need to take time off from work. I discussed the problem-areas with him and then he was ready to start. He started with the north-side of the house where the green algae and mildew were most prevalent and eliminated all siding-discoloration on the first & 2nd levels nicely. He also pressure-washed the discolored stucco on the fireplace chimney surfaces which, he said, is something that normally isn't included in their services. They removed furniture and patio umbrella from our back-deck area so as not to accidentally stain/bleach it with their solution...they returned everything to it's proper place when they were done. He tried removing the rust-colored staining from a central-A/C condensation drain pipe high on one wall but told me that he could only lighten it and couldn't remove all of it. He suggested I could try several other cleaning methods to see which might work the best for that type of stain. Overall he spent a little over 2 hours on the job and we're very satisfied with the results of his efforts. One additional comment...expect to clean the exterior of all of your house windows after the pressure-washing since the cleaning solution used to clean the siding leaves milky spots & residue on all of the windows.
