Fantastic service! Steve and Scott were extremely professional, knowledgeable, competent and friendly. Unfortunately due to a specific circumstance I had a lot of pet urine stains on the carpet in two rooms of my house. They were very accommodating with quick scheduling, communication was great. Scott and his assistant did a fabulous job lifting the stains and my home is now odor-free. I am grateful to Custom Cleaning and Maintenance Services for a great experience and will definitely use them again for any future cleaning services.

Steve Israel and his team were phenomenal....!!!!!! I liked Steve from the initial phone contact (he responded to my e-mail via Angie's List the same day...!!!).....I could tell that he was experienced and very professional and would be extremely comforable to work with...CC&M Services is a family-owned business and they did a fantastic job of cleaning my property top to bottom - inside and out..They cleaned all the appliances to look brand-new, windows, sills, countertops in the kitchen, scrubbed the bathroom 'til it shined, vacuumed all the carpeting and even cleaned out the (2) storage closets on the patio......My propert is approx. 44 years old (it's a condo) and now looks new....Also, when I went over to check the property when they were done, Steve met me there and was still checking areas with his white handtowel making sure everything was cleaned properly and it was...........Steve works with realtors getting properties ready, among everything else his company does, and I recommended him to my realtor......I thought for the quality of the work done, the price was extremely reasonable and will definitely use them again.....

Steve is excellent, he is very professional and committed to the work. He is overall helpful--we are new to the neighborhood and he gave us a lot of contacts for other referrals that we needed.

Custom Cleaning was very professional and knowledgeable. They arrived on time and used floor mats and shoe protectors to keep my house clean. The carpets came out great and the price was very reasonable. they explained to me their process in terms that made sense to me. I will be using them in the future and i will gladly recommend them to my friends and family.

Hello, I first contacted "Steve" with a fairly urgent request. My daughter had been renovating an old condo for months but before she could move into it, she needed a complete, thorough & detailed cleaning from months of all the construction debris. She needed it done quickly because there was an "order" to what needed to be done. For example: she needed all the dust removed before the custom window treatments could be hung and that was only a week away! We were skeptical about getting a competent agency to respond to our needs under such a tight time frame but within moments of speaking with Steve, I felt completely at ease. He took a lot of time on the telephone to listen to my concerns about what we needed and then he asked me a lot of questions. He told me he would make it work for us and that he would get it done within a few days. His crew of 4 arrived along with Steve who stayed there the entire time to supervise. They cleaned the condo from top to bottom until it squeaked! They were done in under 3 hours (1300 sq ft). We were so impressed we asked Steve if he could come and look at the apartment she was going to vacate. She had lived there for 20 years. It needed a BIG cleaning. The walls actually had soot on them from an old oil furnace and they had a greasy film over them. Again, Steve came to the rescue as he and 4 crew members came and literally scrubbed down all the walls with a special solvent that removed all the greasy film revealing the semi-gloss white walls underneath all the grime. They scrubbed and cleaned walls, light fixtures, windows, tile bathroom, vinyl and wooden floors. They vacuumed the carpeting multiple times. They not only cleaned the exterior of the kitchen cabinets, but they cleaned inside them too! They washed all appliances and made everything look brand new. They were there about 3 hours and were all very polite & professional. Steve is someone I am proud to recommend for regular house cleaning and deep cleaning or even for the clean out jobs of rentals, etc. I will most definitely use his services again. P.S. My Angie's List membership expired literally 1 day after Steve completed the services! I just rejoined today and wanted to be sure to give this man and his company the recognition it deserves. He was our angel in time of need. Call Steve, you will not be sorry.

They come in, get set up and go in three directions simultaneaously. All know what they are doing and get it all done with the same great quality. Highly recommended.
