Overall, I was very, very pleased with JMS, who I had chosen because of their high rating on Angie's List. Jan of JMS actually came to our house to give us an estimate on duct cleaning. My boyfriend handled the estimate, and was very happy with Jan's professionalism and recommendations. We ended up getting the anti-microbial package, which uses a natural solution (we have dogs, so chemicals were somewhat of a concern). We ended up scheduling a carpet cleaning as well. The scheduling was the only area where I could possibly ding JMS. Jan indicated that they had lost their admin assistant a few months ago, and were still trying to ensure nothing had fallen through the cracks. Other than having to make a few extra phone calls, nothing went amiss. The day of, the service team showed up when they were scheduled to (between 9 and 10). Both techs were professional, courteous and pleasant. They let us know in advance where they'd be working so we could corral our dogs appropriately. They started with the duct cleaning, which took approximately two hours. The registered were removed and cleaned, and the ducts vacuumed out. They were then sprayed with the anti-microbial agent, which smelled fairly strong at first, but quickly dissipated. They then moved to the carpet cleaning. Small plastic slipcovers were placed under the legs of the furniture to protect them, a detail which I appreciated. Since there were two techs, they were able to move and clean under the bed. The carpets (which are approximately 11 years old), looked great when they were done. I was very, very pleased with how the carpets looked afterwards. In all, it took approximately 2 hours for the carpet cleaning. Since the carpets were still damp, the technicians left plastic booties for us to use. I would recommend JMS very highly, and plan to use them next year for the same services.

I sent an email and I received the response within about twenty-four hours. I did not take up on the estimate because it was more than my budget can handle. There was also a coupon that I could have used but it was still out of my budget. If their price was less, I would use them in the future.

They did a great job on my house. I wasn't looking for anything special, just professional service and a quality job. I got everything I was looking for. The workers showed up on time. They were professional and courteous. And the best part was there were no surprises. I marked the price as good, not because I wasn't satisfied, but because it was higher than I wanted to spend. But it is my experience that when you go with the cheap deal you get to poor service and the poor quality. JMS offered my quality service at a fair price. And they stand by their work which is important to me. Use JMS and you will be happy.

They quoted me about $180. My carpets are really stained; so I needed a special thing for that. They seemed very good but were quite expensive. However, I felt I was going to get what I was going to pay for. The person who came out was very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything to me. If there were questions, he would figure out what it was that I needed. I was quite impressed with him.

They moved all the furniture and essentially, my wife and I did no have to do a thing. They were courteous and even left us with several pair of shoe covers so that we could walk around while the carpet dried. A very courteous and professional company and I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Excellent service. The owner was very knowlegdable and seemed to care about his business and that was the best part.

I approached JMS for an estimate on 1) cleaning roman shades and 2) cleaning the grout of my ceramic tile in 3 bathrooms. A date was promptly made and Jan arrived as scheduled to do the estimate. I had just purchased a new home and inherited 14 roman (accordian-type) shades that were very dusty/dirty, so I asked Jan to advise me on what his company could do. He spot-tested one shade to demonstrate the approximate results that could be achieved. A pretty dirty area cleaned up very well and very quickly after the cleanser was applied. I was pleased to hear that the majority of cleansers JMS uses are environmentally friendly. The estimate was $25 per single window (averaging about 3 feet wide) and $50 per double window (mine were over 6 feet wide), totaling $450 for the cleaning of 14 shades. After hearing me describe that I wasn't sure I really wanted to keep the shades, Jan advised me on the general quality of the shades and discussed alternatives to cleaning and keeping them. He shared with me his knowledge about window tinting film; also of the relative cost of replacing a shade versus cleaning it. I appreciated this honesty and the fact that he did not try to sell me on services. The second item included in the estimate was cleaning the white grout of my white ceramic tile flooring in 2 large bathrooms and 1 powder room. The quote was $150 for each large room and $75 for the powder room, totaling $375. Again, Jan tested a tile to demonstrate how effective his cleansers would be on removing the dirt stains in the grout. I was impressed by the results. After considering my options, I ended up having JMS clean the grout but not the shades. I will be removing the shades and pursuing other window treatment options. The grout cleaned up nicely and made the floors look much better. In addition to the positive results, Jan was very friendly and professional and seemed eager to please his customers.

Your Company did a great job. Several of my neighbors will be calling soon. And It looks like we will have you out again for our new kitchen chairs to maybe scotch guard them from the kids. And please tell daniel he did a great job.....

Daniel arrived exactly on time as promised and did a thorough and efficient job of cleaning the family room carpet. He treated for some animal stains with a very effective product and left us with a bottle in case we needed more. We have previously had rugs cleaned by JMS and were impressed then with the thorough job that they did.

I was thrilled with the service from JMS Enterprises! They cleaned the ducts, my carpets, and sofa. I thought we were going to have to replace a couple rooms of carpets by they look brand new now. My husband who is allergic to pet dander, and was concerned about having issues with the carpets and ducts in the house, was so presently surprised. He has no issues with his allergies whatsoever. Upon the cleaners leaving i mentioned to them about the tile and grout in one of our bathrooms. They gave me a sample cleaning. It looked brand new!! I had them come out the following week to clean the bathroom and it looks amazing. The carpet cleaners were great and knowledgeable. They were prompt and on time. I will definitely be using JMS in the future and referring them to my friends!!!

The workmen were wonderful. They came in and did their job. They were thorough. I like them a lot.

Working with JMS was a pleasure. I did a a lot of research on Angie's List and chose JMS based on their reviews. I got a call within few hours after I left a request on Angie's List. I spoke to Jan and had a lot of questions, some of them I am sure were very silly. Jan took his time responding to all of my concerns and I decided to go with them. The crew showed up exactly when they said they will show up. They cleaned all the air-vents from dust, debris and dog hair (I have two dogs). Then they cleaned all the carpets in the house and did a great job of removing stains left by the dogs. The technicians were very friendly and explained everything they did. They also explained on how I could tackle the stains in future. I was very pleased with my experience with JMS and would recommend them to anyone.

They did a really good job. He came out and cleaned the carpet and put the stain remover on it. He came back a couple of days later to check on it. He was very attentive to what he was doing and very professional and friendly. I was very impressed that he actually came back to check on it. It was an emergency situation that we were in and they responded right away and took great care of us!

They responded pretty quickly and gave us a quote. They were punctual. Their price was okay. They also sent someone out. They communicated well, but we just haven’t gone with them yet.

We called JMS for air duct cleaning based on a recommendation from our heater/ac company. We went with it and JMS quickly scheduled an appointment for Jan to come out and review the job. In our home nothing was a problem. Jan was very good at upselling and we not only had the air duct cleaning set up, but also carpet cleaning in the living room and hallway and he also suggested the antibacterial spray, which I was uncertain about using in my home. We live in an inter city neighborhood, so I very specifically mentioned parking and if that would be a problem. We were told not at all since the best machine to use in our situation for both the air duct cleaning and carpets were portable and not truck mounted. This is the conversation we had in my living room. I later decided that I did not want the antibacterial spray, which I think was an extra $125. Through an email exchange the JMS admin asked me to try to secure parking close to house, if I could as it would be helpful. I said I certainly would do my best. At no time did anyone say, if we can not park right in front of your house we can not do the job - never said those words prior to the day of the job. At 4:46 am on the day of the job, while I was sound asleep, Jan sent me an email stating that the truck mount, not the portable unit was much better for the carpets and they would need parking in front of my house. As I was asleep I never saw the email until later that morning well after a rather unpleasant conversation with Jan. About an hour or so before they were scheduled to arrive the office called to assure that parking had been secured. I explained that we had a space across from the house and was informed that they could not do the job. I suggested that something will likely open up as people would be moving their cars to go to work. Jan informed me that wouldn't work as an option and he was not going put his guys in a difficult situation on a very hot day and to call him to reschedule when we secured parking. As I know my neighborhood, within 30 minutes several spaces opened up in front of my home. If JMS had simply kept their appointment instead of sending out email before dawn or calling me to cancel everything would have gone fine. It appeared they did not want to do the job and the parking issue gave them an out. Needless to say we got the job done exceptionally well by someone else and at a better price. Thanks to our inner city neighborhood - we lucked out by not using this provider.

They did a great job of getting the stains out on a white sofa. They were very nice to work with.

When I called, Jenn couldn't have been more helpful explaining the prices and process. I explained my dilemma concerning the need for immediate service and she managed somehow to get me in that night. Then my good fortune to have Justin who kept this experience with JMS going so smoothly! It was such a great company, they went out of their way to help me. Price was what I expected, no sticker shock. Definitely call them if you need this service.

I liked them. They showed up on time and did the work. They moved furniture for me before working on the carpet. I will hire them again in the future.

They were responsive and was able to do the job soon after we called. They offered a variety of services including steam cleaning,and a bleach accident solution. They provide the chemistry and color to match a bleach stain in your carpet so you wont have to buy new carpet. Their prices seem to be reasonable. I haven't used any other cleaning companies to really compare service and price, but I am happy with what I have received so far. I would consider using this company again in the future.

I have been using this company for years. The cleaning technicians were very courteous, friendly, and arrived on time. They have a tank on the truck so they don't use any of your water like some other companies do, and the carpet is not left sopping wet like some companies have done before. Price is on the slightly higher end, but I feel the quality is worth it. There were a few stubborn spots on the carpet - the whole service from start to finish was 30-40 mins.
