They were prompt in providing a quote and the final cost of service matched the quote. The carpet cleaner came on time, worked efficiently, and was very personal, He kindly accommodated a last minute request to add a second room to the original request. The result of the cleaning was outstanding.

I had a terrible experience with them. They were terrible. I would not trust them with my rugs. I would like people to know not to trust them. I would never use them, they should be out of business. They made a mistake, they lied about it. They were not forthright. I dealt with the owner. The workers seemed fine, but actually, in the end, they lied to me. They ruined my rug and it was very difficult to deal with them.

Chris arrived on time and explained the cleaning process and reviewed the cost of services that I had agreed to when I made the appointment.. He asked for a tour of the rooms that he'd be working in and he asked me to point out any special concerns. He moved furniture where I asked him to. He covered his shoes with protective bags when he entered the house so as not to bring in any debris from outside when he brought in the cleaning supplies. He was thorough and pleasant. At completion he walked me around to inspect his work before my payment.

we had used JMS in the Spring for carpet cleaning and were very pleased, so when we saw that they also do dryer vent cleaning, we immediately contacted them. I called on Friday, 11/7after our dryer stopped heating and the repair service told us it was a blocked dryer vent. Fortunately, they were able to schedule an appointment the following morning. Chris was the technician who came to service the vent. He showed up a few minutes early, which we appreciated and he was exceptionally professional and efficient. It took approximately 40 minutes and he took pains to put back the vent hose and the dryer in their proper place. He also cleaned up the area. We were again very pleased with the great service of JMS.

Chris arrived on time. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable about his job. I showed him the attic system which was to be cleaned. It was very hot in the attic, but he did not seem to mind. He told me about how long the job would take and was right on target. He carefully brought his equipment up the stairs. He was very careful not to scratch the floors. He explained what specifically needed to done. He answered all my questions. He actually discovered the answer to the problem I was having with the system. He worked continuously until the job was complete. He was extremely thorough. He cleaned the return register so well that it looked brand new. This is the second time I have used JMS and was again impressed with the results. I did receive a follow-up call the next day about my experience. This company is dedicated to quality work and service as well as to customer satisfaction. I give the company an A+ .

JMS did a careful and thorough job cleaning my vents. They were completely professional and made sure not to damage my walls or anything else in my house. I'm very impressed with their service! Highly recommended!

There was only one worker but he did a good job. There were supposed to be two workers, but only one came. I think if there were two workers the job could have been done a little better, but the worker who did come still did fine.

It went as expected with a couple of perks. They steam cleaned ground and upper floor carpets and even left a couple of bottles of their brand spot remover "just in case". Also left booties in case I needed to walk on the carpet before it was completely dry.They were professional and accommodating. Great job!

Donovan and Jason arrived on time. When Donovan started his work, he was getting the correct suction from the dryer vent. He then began researching the problem and found that the vent line had become disconnected and that lint had been depositing in our basement drop ceiling! Lint was more than an inch thick in some areas, and what a fire hazard! Donovan reconnected and secured the line, helped us clean up the mess, and explained any concerns he'd recommend we take care of. This young man was our hero for catching what could have been a very dangerous situation. JMS Enterprises is very lucky to have this professional!

It went well. They did an okay job but not exceptional. The edges of the carpet near the wall were still having a dusty look. Only the three bedrooms are carpeted. Everything else is hardwood. I found the price of $175 to be about $10 or $15 higher. They were immediately responsive. They were professional. We didn't have any problems. I would use them again if the price is less and if they would do a more thorough job.

There was no pressure to sign up with him at that time and his estimate was in-line with others we received. The work was done in a clean and professional manner, which is very important to me because I have two toddlers at home.

For the carpet cleaning - excellent experience. Arrived on time, was careful and conscientious while performing the service. Serviceman seemed to care about doing do a good job, which he did. For the Oriental carpet cleaning - another good experience. They picked up and dropped off the rug. It took longer than usual for them to complete because of a backlog, but they told me this would be the case up front. Rug came back looking great!

Have used this cleaner several times in 2 houses. First few times, owner cleaned (excellent) and last few times staff cleaned. (Very good.) Did a very good job overall, but wished that more time was spent vacuuming up so as to reduce drying time (last visit took 2 days for the carpets to dry thoroughly.) Did not think that the pre-treat stain remover was especially effective. Carpets are old now & need to be replaced, so I will not be shampooing in the near future. Referred JMS to a friend and she was very pleased with the service. Both she & I agreed that JMS did a better job than other companies we had tried.

Carroll arrived at the stated time. He was courteous, professional and efficient. Sprayed cleaning solution on the upholstery first, then tackled the dryer vent. He was careful moving his equipment in and out of the house. Dryer job completed, he moved on to finish the chairs. They are about fifty years old and upholstery has never been cleaned. Carroll explained that he couldn't guarantee that they would be completely stain-free, but he would do his best. Did better than that, they came clean and look better than ever! I was impressed with the speed of the job -about an hour. However, Carroll was thorough and showed me his work before he wrote up the bill to be certain I was satisfied. The cost was in line with what was quoted when I scheduled the job. I am very pleased and satisfied. I will use this company for future jobs in the spring and recommend them to others.
