They were on time, professional, and did a great job!

They were professional and reasonable priced. It took about two hours with one technician to complete the work. Scheduling was easy and they were able to come out my business quickly. I did have to point out some areas that I saw were not fully cleaned.

The two tech showed up on time and cleaned every duct vent and sanatized the duct work. The cut two new holes in the duct work to permit access with their equiptment. However one of the patches came down about a few days later and I re taped it with duct tape. That is the only downside to the entire operation. I was a little disappointed with the "steam cleaning" of the vents. They were just washed with out the pressure of a steam cleaning. Otherwise it all went well.

First, I called them because they had a 20% coupon, because they were on Angie's List, and because they have had nothing but "A" reviews! The office person, Nicole, was extremely sweet and helpful at a time when we needed it, for we are in the process of putting some things in storage and general cleaning up. The stress levels! It is a very large, old house that we have loved these many years. Nicole monitored the entire rug pick-up event. She scheduled the time for pick-up, she alerted me the day they came, she informed me that the men had trouble finding parking. I saw them driving around the block, time after time, but we finally decided that they should park at the bus stop, knowing that it would be for a very short time. Then, after the men left, I called Nicole to deposit a down-payment, and she assured me that however and whenever we wanted to pay the remaining balance was ok with her company! The phone was ringing off the hook as background noise, but she kept her cool! The two men, Donovan and Jeff Henry (Fiber Care Specialist), patiently scanned the house for the rugs, expertly rolled them up or folded them, and carried them out to the van....not a moment's worry! I was so relieved that the rugs were getting the attention they so deserve (and that I didn't have to do it!) Now, I look forward to seeing the results of this expert cleaning! Thank you, everyone!

Their cost was reasonable. The guy seemed like a salesman, which he was, and it was fine. It seemed like they were okay from the presentation, but it seemed like they were not too qualified to do the ductwork. I had someone else come out to do the service of the unit, plus the duct work. I would use them if I ever had rug cleaning to be done.

My first encounter with JMS was a phone call to set up an estimate. i spoke with Faith who was so pleasant and knowledgable. she followed up with an email of their pricing and several options of service packages. the next day i received a call from Jan, the owner congratulating me on my new home and asked if I had any other questions. He gave him own personal cell phone number in case I had questions after we hung up. The guys showed up right on time today and worked with me on what would work with my budget. They were extremely accommodating. They explained exactly what they would do and how. Every time we crossed paths they had smiles on their faces, even while steaming the carpets, which was probably horribly hot. They finished the job in record timing and everything was perfect. I will definitely use them again.

It was everything I expected. Dan was on time, walked through the ares to be cleaned with me while I poined out areas that appeared to be stained, then he began. He pretreated several areas and when he was done there were no stains and the very light colored carpet looked very good!

customer service is top notch ..

They called me 20 minutes in advance of their arrival so I could leave work and meet them at my house. The technician was right on time. He looked over my carpets for stains and problem areas and we discussed how they could best be treated. The technician,Craig, was very professional, did a through job, placed foam protectors under the furniture and provided shoe booties for us so we could safely walk on the carpet while it was drying. Great job.

Jan came in and checked out our HVAC system and all the registers. Supplies and returns. Then we had a presentation about the rotobrush method of cleaning out the ducts, including a video of the actual process. Still ahd other privders to talk to so we didn't hire him on the spot. He is knowledgeable and their price is fair.

The men were very nice and professional. They were able to get out tough stains.

Did a good job and will use them again. Only knock - they recommended Executive Maids. Executive Maids did a horrible job and wouldn't recommend them. I will be calling JMS and telling them they shouldn't be recommending Executive Maids. Prior to JMS arriving I had to clean the entire upstairs of my house. The condition before and after Executive Maids was done was unacceptable for a rug steam cleaning. Walls were dusty, fan not cleaned and rugs very poorly vacuumed.

They were good. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

Perfectly fine. Our dog had surgery and there were a few "spots" but those were treated and cleaned up perfectly

Their work seemed to be fine. The scheduling was all over the place. They schedule me and not show up. I called back. It took awhile to get the scheduling done, but once they got in here, they did the job.

From start to finish service was very good. Had Jan come to my home to give me an estimate on the cleaning of all the air ducts in our home. We had a number of contractors doing reconstruction of our home. From demolition and new construction of a bad DIY finished basement, installing new wood floors throughout the house, skim coating of wall and ceilings,retiling a bathroom, painting, etc. etc. I knew the duct work was in need of a reallyyyyyyyyyyyy good cleaning. Jan walked through the entire house noting all the vents and returns. Then proceeded into the unfinished area of the basement to take a look at the duct work. He noted areas that were taped with plastic duct tape and was not pleased with it. He advised me that he would have his workers remove all the plastic tape and retape with metal tape. He also noted that there was a number of areas that were not taped at all. Which allowed my heat to escape into that unfinished area rather than go into the living area of my home. He noted all the specifics to make sure that they would be taken care of at the time of service. He also advised that they might have to cut into other sections of the duct work to allow for access of the cleaning brushes. I wasn't overjoyed to think that I would now have more areas to allow for air escape. But he reassured me that it would be taken care of 110%. On the date of service, Brian and Donovan were punctual in arriving. I walked them around the house and we discussed everything that was to be done, according to my meeting with Jan. They were there for a few hours, being very careful to clean up after themselves. Donovan cleaned all the vents and registers in each room. While Brian took care of the cleaning of the vents. When they were done with the cleaning, all the openings were taped, the area was cleaned up and Brian walked me through to inspect the work. Was very pleased with everything. Both Brian and Dovovan were very considerate of my possesisons. Very courteous and hardworking young men. I have noticed a big difference in the unfinished area of the basement. Its much cooler that the rest of the house. Did not realize how much of my heat was escaping there. Would definetly recommend

We needed a wall-to-wall berber carpet cleaned in our basement and basement stairs. I contacted JMS via email giving them the approximate square footage (400) and that a stairway was involved. JMS responded promptly via email; we exchanged info during the course of a few messages. JMS's Angie's List rating was high, the quoted price felt okay with our pocket book, so we agree to use JMS for the job. We did not get competitive quotes. The technician arrived 3 minutes early (great!) and was professional, personable and courteous. He wore plastic booties while in the house. He left us a few pairs of booties, too, in case we needed to walk on the cleaned carpet before it was fully dry. The job took about an hour and fifteen minutes. The carpet looks great. There were two heavily used spots (in front of the sofa and a couple of the stairs) that would not come completely clean in spite of his best efforts. The carpet is over 10-15 years old, so this was not an unexpected outcome on our part. We would definitely use JMS again. The service techician was very easy to talk with ... and cheerful, if that's important to some people. The same is true of the various service staff we talked to and emailed in the office. We had a great experience all the way around.

Estimate for carpet cleaning, did not use. Friendly and competitive, would use in the future.

Amazing services as always . Daniel did a great job he went the extra mile . That's why I always bother my poor fiends and family that they have to use Jms . And I also used them for my office for a rug the got whet they used some sort of natural product to clean dry and disinfect it. It came out great .. Proved my wife wrong that I didn't have to throw the rig away . Thanks guys!!!!

This is a great company. We have been using them for several years. JMS prices are very reasonable. They even honored a special price package that I used several months before when they came to clean, and they gave me that package price again even though the date was expired. Also, our rugs and couch (microfiber) really take a beating due to dogs and kids. They get the rug and the couch super clean and fresh smelling. No more doggy smell! They also always give me a bottle of their signature spot cleaner which we use all the time. I highly recommend JMS!

I feel they did a very thorough job compared to what I have heard other people say. Their quality was good and they cleaned up very well. He could not make the first appointment, he called 24 hours ahead to let me know and so that was good.
