Description of Work: JMS was prompt in getting to me to make the appointment and arrived at the appointment on time. They were professional and courteous, and completed the purchased gutter cleaning service plus replaced the flashing along one side of the house for an additional but very fair fee. They went right out and purchased the materials and did the repair without having to make a second appointment. I would definitely refer them to a friend and use them again

Description of Work: They cleaned my 3 lounge chairs and sectional. Carpets in three room and a hallway. He was on time. And I believe he did a fantastic job. Everything smelled clean and fresh. There was no mess. He was very informative about future stains and what to do. I believe it a great service and will use them again.

Description of Work: Carpets cleaned

Description of Work: The technician arrived on time. Cleaned 2 area rugs, one wall to wall carpet and 6 dining room chair seats, all to our satisfaction. The office called a few days later to ask if there were spots that needed redoing. The technician returned and not only retreated the spots, but recleaned a portion of the wall to wall carpet that was not to his satisfaction. This was above and beyond what one has become accustomed to. We would recommend this service highly.

Description of Work: Scheduled JMS to clean carpet in six rooms, plus two stairwells, one hallway and two area rugs. They were approximately 20 minutes late arriving for the appointment. They did an adequate job cleaning the carpets, although a textured berber looked worse after the cleaning than before. Once I ran the vacuum, this improved. One area rug needed to be taken back to their shop to be dry cleaned. That rug was $180 of the total price. When they picked up, they said they should have it back to me in one week unless the shop was backed up. I was contacted 10 days later and scheduled fro drop off two weeks after the initial pick up. They called the day of the scheduled drop off and said they could not return the rug that day because "our truck broke down". Apparently they do not have any other trucks because the drop off was then scheduled for another week later. They arrived late for that drop off, and just wanted to drop the area run in the garage and leave me to my own devices to move furniture and put the rug back in place. Upon questioning this, I was told they do not put the carpet back in place as part of their standard service. They should state whis when they quote the job, if that is indeed the case. Overall, not a good experience with these folks. I selected them based on the overwhelming good reviews they have received on Angie's List. Wonder why my experience was so bad. WIll not be giving them a second chance.
