They were very professional and they got the job done well. A couple technicians came out and it took them a couple of days; we had a big system put in.

That turned out outstanding. They were courteous, clean and they knew what they knew what they were doing. It took them a day to do the installation. They had one sales man came before the 2 technicians came out a couple days later to do the installation.

I had three bids on the new system and they were all pretty close in price. I chose UGI because of their comfort advisor Frank Brunner. He was very informative and easy to work with.The crew he had to install the system was very good and everything went great. It took them two days to complete the job.When I had questions about the system, I would call Frank and he would get back to me with the answers.One time he was on vacation and he still got back to me.

I have a contract with them that costs $11 monthly and they are the ones that installed my gas boiler. They had the best price and did a fabulous job installing it. The contract covers my boiler and hot water heater. It means in January I get immediate attention, which is difficult. They sent two people to clean the boiler.

We have a service contract with them. They installed the unit. I don't have anything to compare the price to. They are prompt, and do what they are supposed to do, and if it doesn't work, they come back. We renewed the service contract.

Awesome quality and workmanship. Savings will pay for itself.

Rep showed up promptly. Diagnosed problem and replaced defective component quickly.

The estimator came to my home and told me that he didn't think my request was feasible. He said that I would not get sufficient airflow into my lower level due to how the trunkline was structured and because of the size of my A/C unit. This concerned me as two other companies felt confident that it would work. He suggested that I do not waste my money and instead install an additional outdoor A/C unit that would feed two wall hanging units in my basement. He also assured me the cost would actually be less than running ductwork. After waiting over a week to hear from him I reached out to him and he got back to me with an estimate for over $6,000! I surely thought this was a type, so I contacted him again to verify the price and he never responded. I had the ductwork installed by H.B. McClure a few days ago for under $1,000 and it works beautifully. I was disappointed in the lack of A/C competency and poor communication of the salesman.

They where very thorough when servicing both the heat pump and AC unit. The motor unit that was replaced quickly and professionally.

The AC wasn't producing any cold air. Technician came out and saw that when we replaced the filter, we turned something off. After turning it back on, all was good as new.

I was not completely happy with the service, he was just supposed to check my furnace but he also checked the water heater, he said it was out of code when it was just replaced back in April. I was just curious why he checked the water heater when he was only supposed to check the furnace. I called the company less than a week later and I spoke with a lady name Cindy, she said I will needto contact the township in regards to my fuel line needing to be bonded and a person from UGI Hvac would contact me in regards why this fuel line needs to be bonded, but no one has called.

Gas boiler failed 2 days ago. UGI was the only top rated provider on this list that could respond in a timely manner. Even other providers said "call ugi" when I told them I need it fixed now and they could not because of schedule. I give them a "B" on price because I did not have the luxury to price other offers as it was cold wheather and I needed the furnace fixed. They where punctual, and professional. I got the boiler installed on a Saturday and the installers where great.

We were ready to move to Harrisburg from Western PA. We soon discovered that one of the ancient oil boilers in our new home was leaking oil and would not work. With winter fast approaching and not yet living here, we were very concerned. We contacted UGI.They worked with us to set up the conversion, dealing with the gas company, obtaining permits, etc.. They had their work completed in about a week, but it took longer for the gas company to install the gas line. They installed a temporary electric hot water heater so we could move in. As we were now living in the house and it was getting colder, they brought us electric space heaters and when the gas company would not give us a completion date, they intercede for us and got the line finished. Within 24 hours of completion of the gas line, they had our new system up & running. When summer came & we having trouble with our air conditioning, we again called them & they came within a day & repaired the problem ( a minor leak) for only $88.

Came when scheduled, we courteous, clean, explained everything. No complaints.

The installation went well and at a good price with a value coupon from Angie's list; $400 for $100 for UGI. Also got additional rebates for the high efficient units; A/C & furnace.

Contract had to come 2 times to fix the problem, it took 4 hours to fix.

They were great. Everything went well. They were professional and punctual.

The service was very good. I would use them again. I am recommending my brother to use them as well for the same service.

They are the best. They were just fantastic. They were very prompt. I'm older and I can't take the heat to the point where I could be in an emergency room so they came that same day in the afternoon. The guy was very efficient. I could tell he was not wasting time that would be added to the cost. He got right to the point. He was an outstanding service person. The fact that I got the 40 dollars off was just so nice of Angie's List.

Salesman was very knowledgeable and quoted a energy efficient Unit and setup a Installation Date. The installers were very professional and did a good job of installing the Furnace and Central Air system. All old parts were removed and cleanup was done accordingly.

Perfect. Called around 7:30 a.m. on a Saturday morning. Phone contact was professional and courteous. Their technician showed up as scheduled, figured out the problem very quickly and had the required parts on the truck. Was very satisfied with the service. Should also point out two things. I joined Angies List that morning and took advantage of a $45 Off Service coupon that was available free to Angie's List customers. So the membership was paid for the day it was purchased, and my $122 service call was reduced to $77. Also I have used UGI in the past and have been very satisfied with their service. Their technicians are very god to work with.

While Cindy, the receptionist that answered the call was very nice and professional, air conditioning service was only available to people who have a previous contract with the company. So the "Deals" and coupons and discount that was mentioned in this ad, were superfluous. It should have mentioned that the service was only available to contract holders. More time wasted on the phone trying to find someone to fix my air conditioner in this 90 degree heat.

Technician came around 7PM on a Friday night. He was very cordial and honest. He assessed the situation and assured me that our hot water heater did not need to be replaced and that the problem could be repaired with some minor adjustments. No issues since.

UGI representative provided a no pressure in home analysis and price quote prior to installation. We already had a service contract with UGI on our existing A/C, furnace, and water heater. We were always satisfied with their service and work. A thorough description of the job performed and time frame was explained to us and they answered all of my endless questions. The UGI team arrived on time, worked professionally and completed the job as scheduled. A big investment in a home and one that we are glad we made with UGI.

I thought the installation would have taken an hour at most, but it took 2 hours. In addition to the extra time, I had budgeted $135 but had to pay an extra $90 for that extra hour. Maybe it's just me but I really don't see the cost savings of gas appliances versus electric ones...it seems like I pay through the nose for the actual appliances and their installation, then I pay quite a bit more when I use them (my gas bills keep going up). In a few years, I'll reconsider gas vs. electric for my furnace...we'll see.
