Description of Work: They came to do annual service on the heating system, which was covered under the service contract.

Description of Work: The provider installed (one year ago) new air conditioning and heating units. Although this was not the subject of this review, everything was completed on budget (previously agreed to) and on time. This review is for the one year annual inspection (included in the purchase price)and was completed professionally, as scheduled and with full response to all my questions.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater...great job...price was VERY competitive...Ihave used them in the past for new Air Conditioning Unit...and ventilation for furnace...they are great, their personnel are professional and neat...I will use them for any further services for my gas or electric needs.

Description of Work: Called to get a quote for inserting a line for a gas fire pit. The customer service was polite and helpful. Told me someone would call within 48 hours. I never received a call. I went through this process twice. I called another service and they got back to me right away. Will not bother contacting UGI for services again.

Description of Work: This was the first Angie's list deal this office had ever used so they were a bit unfamiliar with how everything worked. I had used UGI before in our last house in Reading, PA, their service was excellent, so I used them again here. While the quality of the service was good, I feel that the price was above average when compared to other local providers. The same goes for prigin out their service contracts. While I was happy with this particular service, I will be using a locally-based company for future work

Description of Work: UGI was out my house the tech told me he would need a copy of this coupon I was unable to print out at my home .. not sure why he could not except just the coupon number from angies list ? .. when I called UGI to set up the service call they seemed in the dark about angie's list coupon so then I was a little taken a back especially since this company was rated so highly on your list and then seem so unaware ? so basically intead of spending $57.00 I had to right a check for $112 way to much spent for nothing..

Description of Work: Fan was blowing air, but not cooled air. UGI technician replaced a part and the unit is working properly.

Description of Work: My air conditioning was not working properly. I have a Maintenance Agreement with UGI for heating and AC. They have always been responsive and do quality work. The $50 was to replace freon.
